Organize the Approved Knowledge

Configure the Assistant Instructions

We configure up to 15 operating instructions covering the assistant’s role, tone, approved information, response format, and situations that require a human. This package uses the platform’s standard assistant features.

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the information, access, and approvals required for the selected service.

• Final approved business information, source material, and required wording
• Permission to use the supplied material and appropriate access to the selected accounts
• A named business owner for approvals and consolidated feedback
• Access to a compatible AI platform and the required account plan
• Final approved source material
• A description of the assistant’s role and permitted tasks
• A named administrator and human escalation contact

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after all required content, access, account capabilities, and approvals are received. External account, carrier, or vendor approval delays are outside this delivery window.

One consolidated correction round is included. Corrections cover the approved role, sources, and quantities. New use cases, changed requirements, additional integrations, or replacement source material are separately scoped.

The package includes 14 calendar days of setup support after client acceptance for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. This support does not include continuous monitoring or new functionality.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included unless specifically stated:

• Website chatbot installation or customer-facing channels
• External-system actions or API connections
• Model training, fine-tuning, or a custom application
• Software subscriptions, AI model or API usage, hosting, telephony, and paid connector fees
• Additional languages, channels, sources, or work beyond the stated quantities
• Ongoing monitoring, maintenance, or content updates after the included support period

AI-generated answers, classifications, and extracted information may be incorrect. The client’s responsible team member reviews outputs and approves sensitive actions. This service does not promise error-free or fully autonomous operation.
