CUSTOM BREVO EMAIL AUTOMATION

Build One Tailored Email Journey Around Your Process

Translate one defined business goal into a custom Brevo email workflow with a supported trigger, up to five emails, practical timing, two basic branches, exit rules, testing, and documented handoff.

Service Scope

Custom Brevo Email Automation Workflow Setup is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, one defined automation goal, and one supported data source.

The service designs one workflow with one primary trigger, up to five emails, ten total workflow steps, two basic condition branches, and the approved eligibility, timing, and exit rules.

The objective is to automate one clearly defined email journey while keeping the workflow within Brevo’s supported data, plan, and maintainability constraints.

Map the Workflow Logic

We convert the approved goal into a documented entry-to-exit path before building the automation.

  • Primary trigger
  • Contact eligibility
  • Email sequence
  • Delays and wait conditions
  • Up to two branches
  • Conversion and suppression exits
  • Re-entry rules

Build Up to Five Emails

We configure up to five emails using final client copy, approved brand assets, personalization fields, offers, and destination links. New creative strategy and copywriting are separate services.

Configure Branches, Exits, and Safeguards

We add up to two basic branches using available attributes or events and configure supported exits intended to prevent irrelevant or duplicate messages after conversion or eligibility changes.

Testing and Validation

We run controlled test profiles through representative paths and review the trigger, branches, emails, delays, personalization, exits, and workflow status.

  • Entry trigger
  • Eligibility rules
  • Email order and timing
  • Two branch paths
  • Conversion and suppression exits
  • Activation status

Implementation Summary

At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.

  • Workflow objective
  • Trigger and data source
  • Emails and steps
  • Branches and exits
  • Test-path results
  • Known platform limitations

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:

  • Brevo administrator access
  • The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
  • Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
  • Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
  • One written automation goal and customer journey
  • Reliable trigger, branch, and conversion data
  • Final copy, images, offers, and links for up to five emails
  • Representative test profiles for each path
  • Written activation approval

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 10–15 business days after the workflow brief, final content, data rules, and test profiles are ready.

One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are not included in this service:

  • Custom event, API, or integration development
  • More than one trigger, five emails, ten steps, or two branches
  • Lead scoring model design
  • Copywriting or content strategy
  • External application logic
  • Multi-language variants
  • Ongoing optimization or monitoring
  • Guaranteed delivery, conversion, or revenue
