Create a Branded System Email Ready for Dynamic Data
Service Scope
Custom Brevo Transactional Email Template Design is a fixed-scope Brevo email marketing service for one business, one Brevo account, and one transactional email template in one language.
The service designs one template with up to six content sections and up to ten approved variables, applies client-provided brand assets and copy, tests the template with representative sample data, and documents the template ID and variable requirements.
The objective is to give the client or developer a professional Brevo template that is ready to be called by an existing SMTP, API, or automation implementation.
Structure the Transactional Message
We organize the approved content around the message’s single operational purpose, such as an account notice, receipt, confirmation, alert, or service update.
- Brand header
- Primary status or message
- Dynamic customer or transaction details
- Required call to action
- Support information
- Legal or operational footer
Configure Dynamic Variables
We place up to ten approved variables using the syntax and sample payload provided for the client’s Brevo implementation. Safe fallback text is added where technically appropriate.
The client’s application remains responsible for sending valid variable names and values.
Prepare Developer Handoff
We document the Brevo template ID, the variables used, representative sample values, and any destination links or conditional content assumptions needed by the sending system.
Testing and Validation
We preview the template with representative sample data and complete one controlled test send from Brevo.
- Variable placement
- Fallback content
- Buttons and links
- Image and alt-text presentation
- Desktop and mobile layout
- Template ID and test result
Implementation Summary
At handoff, the client receives a concise implementation summary covering the completed work and any visible platform limitations or unresolved third-party dependencies.
- Template name and ID
- Variables and sample values
- Sections created
- Links tested
- Known rendering limitations
- Developer implementation notes
Client Requirements
Before work begins, the client must provide the following access, information, and approvals:
- Brevo administrator access
- The required website, store, DNS, or source-platform access for the approved scope
- Final brand assets, business information, and implementation instructions
- Timely review and approval of proposed settings and test results
- Final approved transactional copy
- Brand assets and destination URLs
- Approved variable names and representative payload data
- The message purpose and required legal or operational content
- A recipient inbox for controlled testing
Delivery and Revisions
Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after final copy, assets, variables, sample data, and access are received.
One consolidated correction round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. New content, a replacement brief, additional assets, or a materially different configuration is treated as separate work.
Important Scope Boundaries
The following items are not included in this service:
- SMTP, API, webhook, or application integration
- Business-logic or payload development
- More than one template, six sections, or ten variables
- Translation or localization
- Advanced custom HTML or interactive email
- Production data testing
- Ongoing template updates
- Identical rendering in every email client
