WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

GoHighLevel Agency Client Delivery System

Launch every client account from one repeatable agency standard.

Create one connected HighLevel agency delivery framework for onboarding, client sub-accounts, Snapshot deployment, permissions, launch governance and reporting—so your team can launch client accounts consistently while keeping delivery work organized and visible.

Map Your Standard Client Delivery Model

We begin with one agency delivery workshop to map how your team should onboard, launch, hand off and monitor standard HighLevel client accounts. The resulting blueprint defines the approved service model, account naming approach, client lifecycle stages, ownership, required inputs, launch criteria, support boundaries and escalation points. It is designed for one defined delivery model rather than multiple unrelated vertical packages or a full agency operations redesign.

Create an Agency Delivery-Control Workspace

One designated agency workspace is organized as a delivery-control foundation with one onboarding and launch pipeline of up to eight stages and up to five practical saved views or working queues. Your team can use it to see what is waiting on the client, ready for setup, in validation, live or requiring follow-up. This foundation does not replace an external project-management platform, full client-support desk or financial-operations system.

Make Client Onboarding Repeatable

Up to two standardized client onboarding forms or checklists are prepared to collect the agreed setup inputs, such as company details, authorised contacts, access requirements, brand assets, service selections and launch approvals. The process is structured to give your team the same starting point for each included account. The client remains responsible for supplying accurate information, necessary permissions, approved policies and timely decisions.

Define the Standard Client Account Framework

One reusable client-account framework is configured for the service model you approve. It includes up to 20 approved Contact or Opportunity custom fields, one standardized opportunity pipeline with up to eight stages and the agreed lifecycle values, tags and ownership approach. This creates a consistent base for the included client accounts; industry-specific CRM design, complex custom objects, client-specific sales processes and historical data cleanup are separate services.

Build One Maintainable Snapshot

One HighLevel Snapshot is built from the approved standard client-account framework so common assets can be deployed more consistently. It can include the selected fields, pipeline, up to six client-facing native workflows with up to 10 standard actions each, up to 12 reusable templates and one simple client-account dashboard foundation with up to six supported native widgets. Only assets appropriate for repeatable deployment are included; client-specific designs, connected channels, websites, funnels, integrations and exceptional configurations are not automatically copied or guaranteed to be compatible across every account.

Set Clear Access, Roles and Ownership

We establish practical access patterns for agency administrators, client administrators and client users, then configure up to 30 named user and permission assignments across the initial launch group. The setup can apply supported role permissions and assigned-data visibility so each person has the access appropriate to their approved responsibility. Final security policy, employee screening, permission approvals, administrator assignments and ongoing access administration remain with the agency and each client.

Launch Up to Ten Client Sub-Accounts

The initial rollout covers up to 10 approved HighLevel client sub-accounts using the agreed naming, core framework, Snapshot and launch sequence. For each included account, we apply the repeatable foundation, configure the client-approved standard values, assign the included users and complete the agreed activation steps. New client accounts beyond the included 10, substantial variations between clients, historical CRM imports and custom client builds are quoted separately.

Automate the Agency Delivery Routine

Up to three native HighLevel workflows are configured in the agency delivery-control workspace, with up to 10 standard actions in each. These can support intake acknowledgement, internal task creation, missing-information reminders, setup assignment, launch approval, client handoff or a controlled follow-up step. The workflows automate the agreed operating routine; custom API actions, extensive branching, artificial intelligence agents, bulk campaign programs and ongoing process optimization are separate services.

Prepare Consistent Client Communications

Up to 12 reusable client-facing or internal notification templates are prepared for the moments agreed in the delivery model, such as a welcome, access request, missing-information reminder, launch confirmation, handoff or internal alert. The client supplies approved copy, sender details, consent language, branding, links and legal notices. Full copywriting, email design, campaign production and client-by-client message variations are not included.

Create Agency Visibility and Reporting

One agency reporting structure is configured around up to six approved delivery or account-health measures, such as onboarding stage, launch status, account ownership, workflow readiness, activity or agreed performance indicators where available. One supported report-scheduling routine may be configured when it is available on the active HighLevel plan. Agency rolled-up reporting, report scheduling, data availability and metric detail depend on plan eligibility, connected sources and data quality; external business intelligence, data warehousing and custom reporting are separate.

Validate the Delivery System Before Handoff

One controlled rollout and validation cycle is completed across the included framework and client-account group. We test up to 25 agreed scenarios covering onboarding, sub-account setup, Snapshot deployment, permissions, workflow actions, templates, launch visibility and reporting. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved delivery model and account environment remain unchanged; new business processes, late scope changes and additional client variations are quoted separately.

Train Your Team and Support the Initial Rollout

You receive an agency client-delivery summary and two 60-minute live handoff sessions for the agency owners or delivery team. The implementation also includes 30 calendar days of launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel agency and sub-account plans, SaaS billing or rebilling configuration, phone, email and SMS usage, domains, client-specific content, data migration, paid apps, custom integrations and third-party fees are separate.
