WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel AI Customer Engagement System

Give every customer conversation a smart first response—and a clear human next step.

Create a connected HighLevel AI front line with one Voice AI agent and one Conversation AI agent, a controlled knowledge foundation, booking calendars, workflows and human handoff—so customers get a fast, consistent first response while your team stays in control.

Map the Customer Conversations That Matter Most

We begin by mapping up to four approved customer communication and qualification use cases for one HighLevel sub-account. Together, we identify where a customer first reaches the business, the question or need the AI should handle, the information that must be captured, the booking or routing outcome, and the team member who owns the next step. The result is one practical customer-engagement model rather than a collection of disconnected bots.

Confirm Account, Channel and Calendar Readiness

Before configuration begins, we verify the HighLevel AI features, user permissions, eligible communication channels, phone-number access, calendar setup, available workflows and required client approvals. We identify what can be delivered through the client’s current HighLevel environment and what would require a different plan, number, channel approval, connected provider or separately scoped implementation. This package configures only the supported functions actually available at the time of setup.

Build One Controlled Knowledge Foundation

One curated AI knowledge foundation is prepared from up to 50 client-approved source items, such as FAQs, website pages, service information, policies, process documents, approved files or supported tables. The same source foundation can support the included Voice AI and Conversation AI experiences where HighLevel allows it, while each agent receives the context appropriate to its own role. The client remains responsible for the accuracy, ownership, permissions and ongoing maintenance of every source item; large content cleanup, writing, research and knowledge migration are not included.

Configure Conversation AI for Digital Enquiries

One Conversation AI agent is configured for up to three client-authorized digital entry points, such as a website chat, supported messaging channel or eligible inbox. It can provide approved answers, collect initial details, qualify an enquiry, guide a contact toward an included booking path, trigger an agreed follow-up process or hand the conversation to a person. The included agent is built around the customer journeys approved in the discovery stage, not an unrestricted autonomous sales or support operation.

Configure Voice AI for the Call Journey

One Voice AI agent is configured for one approved inbound call route using an eligible HighLevel, LC Phone, Twilio or other supported deployment method. The agent can greet callers, answer approved common questions, capture qualification details, direct qualified callers toward booking, transfer eligible calls and record the right next step in the customer journey. Number purchase, carrier registration, call-recording consent, emergency-call handling, outbound calling programs and unsupported telephony environments remain separate.

Give Both Agents Clear Prompts and Guardrails

Up to 30 approved instructions, prompts and response guardrails are organized across the two included agents. These establish the business identity, tone, approved services, qualifying questions, booking boundaries, working-hour behavior, sensitive-topic escalation, prohibited responses and fallback rules. The client supplies final policies, legal language, privacy decisions and escalation requirements. AI output remains a controlled first response and is not a substitute for licensed, legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Capture the Information Your Team Needs

We configure up to 12 approved contact, opportunity or qualification fields so both voice and digital conversations can collect the information that matters before a team member steps in. This can include service interest, location, urgency, appointment preference, budget range, existing-customer status or another agreed qualification signal. The system is designed to create useful context for the next human action, not to replace a full CRM redesign, complex lead-scoring model or custom-object build.

Connect Calendars to the Right Booking Outcome

Up to two approved booking calendars are prepared with availability for up to eight team members. We connect the selected booking rules, appointment types, confirmation path and handoff logic so an eligible customer can move from an AI conversation to a clear booking outcome without being sent through a maze of links. Calendar-provider access, staff schedules, appointment policy, service availability, reminder wording and rescheduling decisions remain client-controlled.

Route Each Conversation to the Right Human Next Step

Up to six approved routing, escalation or human-handoff conditions are configured across up to three designated destinations. These conditions may cover a direct request for a person, a qualified sales opportunity, a customer-service issue, a sensitive question, an unanswered request or a booked appointment that needs confirmation. Where supported, digital conversations can be handed to a responsible user and voice calls can be transferred to the agreed destination. Staffing coverage, response speed and final customer ownership remain with the client.

Link AI Outcomes to Follow-Up Workflows

Up to eight native HighLevel workflows are configured to connect AI outcomes to the team’s day-to-day process. They can apply a tag, update an approved field, create an opportunity or task, send a client-approved confirmation, notify an owner, start a reminder sequence, acknowledge a follow-up request or move a contact into the appropriate queue. Bulk campaigns, AI-driven outbound programs, custom API actions, advanced sales automation and new copywriting are separately scoped.

Test the Voice and Digital Experience Before Launch

We complete one controlled test plan across up to 25 approved voice and digital scenarios. Testing reviews each agent’s opening, knowledge use, qualification path, captured information, booking behavior, routing, human handoff, workflow outcome and available HighLevel logs or reporting. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved journeys, sources and account environment remain unchanged. Ongoing prompt optimization, testing outside the approved scenarios and performance guarantees are not included.

Train Your Team and Support the Launch

You receive a practical AI Customer Engagement System summary and two 60-minute live handoff sessions for administrators and the team responsible for calls, messages and follow-up. The implementation includes 30 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions and AI usage, phone, SMS and email fees, carrier or channel approvals, calendar-provider access, paid applications, custom integrations, legal or compliance review, external services and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
