WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel AI Employee Setup

Put AI to work with clear boundaries and a human team behind it.

Set up one eligible HighLevel Conversation AI or Voice AI experience around approved goals, reliable source material, clear guardrails, routing and human handoff—so AI supports your team without operating beyond its role.

Map the AI Work Worth Automating First

We begin with an AI-readiness and use-case review for one HighLevel sub-account. Together, we assess up to three practical communication or operational opportunities, then select the one that is ready for the initial deployment. Each approved use case is defined by its intended customer or team audience, business goal, information source, expected outcome, human owner and escalation point, so the AI supports a real process instead of becoming another unused feature.

Confirm What Is Eligible in Your HighLevel Account

Before configuration begins, we confirm the HighLevel AI features, subscription, account permissions, available communication channels, phone or inbox access, existing workflows and usage settings available to the client. We identify which requested capabilities can be configured through the current environment and which would require a different HighLevel plan, an additional number, a paid component, a connected service or a separate implementation. This package configures only the eligible functions actually available at the time of setup.

Set Up One Focused AI Agent Role

One primary HighLevel Conversation AI bot or Voice AI agent is configured around one approved role, such as answering common questions, qualifying a new inquiry, collecting initial details, routing a customer, supporting an existing booking journey or providing an after-hours first response. The package intentionally focuses on one clear role rather than a large AI fleet. Multi-agent systems, Agent Studio builds, public APIs, custom-coded logic and autonomous external-system actions are separately scoped.

Build One Approved Knowledge Foundation

One primary Knowledge Base is organized for the included AI agent using up to 25 client-approved source items, such as FAQ entries, public website pages, service information, process documents, approved files or supported tables. A website crawl is used only with the client’s explicit approval and only where the content is suitable. The client remains responsible for the accuracy, ownership, permissions and ongoing maintenance of every source; large content cleanup, research, writing and knowledge migration are not included.

Set the Agent’s Voice, Rules and Boundaries

Up to 15 approved operating instructions and guardrails are configured around the selected role. These can define the business identity, response tone, approved services or information, questions the agent must avoid, required wording, business hours, fallback behavior and situations that require a human. The client supplies final business policies, legal language, privacy decisions and escalation rules. The agent is not positioned as a substitute for licensed, legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Define the Conversation Goal and Information to Capture

We configure one primary outcome for the included agent, such as answering a question, qualifying a lead, gathering a request, directing a customer to an existing booking flow or sending the correct inquiry to a team member. Up to six approved contact or qualification fields can be collected or updated when supported by the chosen AI tool and existing CRM structure. Complex lead scoring, custom objects, large CRM redesigns and appointment availability architecture are separate services.

Connect One Supported Customer Entry Point

One approved deployment point is prepared for the selected agent. For Conversation AI, this can be one eligible inbox, messaging channel or website-chat entry point. For Voice AI, it can be one existing supported HighLevel, LC Phone or Twilio number, or an approved web-call placement where available. The client provides the required access and approvals; number purchase, carrier registration, channel verification, website construction and third-party channel restrictions remain separate.

Set Up Routing and Human Handoff

Up to three approved routing or escalation conditions and one clear human-handoff path are configured for the included process. Examples include a direct request to speak with a person, an unanswered question, a sensitive request, a qualified opportunity or a request outside the agent’s approved role. Conversation AI can pause for an assigned team member where supported, while Voice AI can transfer calls to one approved destination under the agreed conditions. Staffing, availability and response ownership remain with the client.

Link the Agent to Routine Follow-Up

Up to two native HighLevel workflows are configured to support the approved AI journey. Each workflow may contain up to six standard actions, such as applying a tag, updating an approved field, creating a task, notifying a named user, creating an opportunity, or sending a client-approved acknowledgement or follow-up. Bulk campaigns, advanced sales automation, AI-driven outbound programs, external API actions and new copywriting are outside this package.

Test the Real-World Scenarios

One controlled testing cycle is completed across up to 12 approved representative scenarios. We review the agent’s opening, instructions, knowledge retrieval, captured information, response boundaries, routing, handoff behavior, workflow outcomes and available logs before activation. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved use case and source material remain unchanged; new roles, expanded knowledge or changed processes are separately scoped.

Establish a Practical Review Routine

We prepare a simple review routine for the administrator or responsible team member using HighLevel’s available agent logs, conversation or call history, summaries and dashboards. The handoff explains what to inspect after launch, how to spot a knowledge gap or routing issue, and when to pause the agent while a problem is reviewed. Ongoing monitoring, prompt optimization, content maintenance, reporting analysis and performance guarantees are not included.

Train the Team and Support the Launch

You receive a practical AI Employee setup summary and one 60-minute live handoff session for the administrator and responsible team members. The package also includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions and AI usage, phone, SMS and email fees, carrier or channel approvals, paid applications, custom integrations, legal or compliance review, external services and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
