WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

GoHighLevel Complete Business Growth System

Run growth, sales and customer follow-through from one connected operating system.

Create a complete HighLevel implementation that connects acquisition, lead capture, conversations, booking, sales, payment, customer handoff, reputation, reactivation and leadership visibility—so each customer sees a clear next step and your team operates from the same data.

Map the Complete Business Growth Model

We begin with one implementation workshop to map the five connected customer journeys that matter most: acquisition, qualification and booking, sales and payment, customer handoff, and retention. The resulting operating model defines the intended customer path, ownership, information required at each stage, handoff points, communication moments and leadership measures. It is designed for one agreed business model inside one HighLevel sub-account, not multiple unrelated brands, business units or locations.

Confirm Account, Team and Channel Readiness

Before configuration begins, we confirm the client’s HighLevel plan, approved users, existing customer data, payment provider, calendar access, eligible communication channels, domains and required client approvals. This gives the implementation a practical technical foundation and identifies items that depend on plan eligibility, carrier registration, sender approval, connected providers or separately scoped work. The package configures only the supported functions actually available in the client’s active environment at the time of launch.

Build a Clean CRM and Customer-Data Foundation

One connected CRM foundation is configured with up to 50 approved Contact, Opportunity or qualification fields, shared lifecycle values, tags and ownership rules. Up to two opportunity pipelines with up to 10 stages each provide a clear structure for new business and the agreed post-sale or delivery journey. The included data work is designed to give every customer interaction useful context; complex custom objects, historic activity or file migration, large data cleanup and a full source-CRM rebuild are separate services.

Prepare Acquisition Funnels, Forms and Lead Capture

One focused HighLevel acquisition funnel with up to seven approved page steps is configured around the selected conversion path. Up to five lead-capture, qualification, booking or onboarding forms can be prepared with up to 15 approved fields each, with the agreed source, consent, tag and ownership values captured in the CRM. The client provides approved copy, creative, legal language, links, brand assets and any external website access; paid advertising, campaign creative, copywriting and a full website build are not included.

Turn Conversations into Qualified Next Steps

One shared Conversations workspace is prepared for up to four client-authorized channels, together with up to six routing or assignment rules and up to 12 reusable response templates. The included communication structure can acknowledge a new enquiry, direct it to the appropriate owner, request missing details, prompt a booking or create a clear follow-up task. Channel approvals, deliverability, phone numbers, messaging consent, response staffing and day-to-day inbox management remain the client’s responsibility.

Configure Calendars, Booking and Follow-Up

Up to four booking calendars are configured for up to 15 team members, using the agreed appointment types, availability, booking rules, confirmation settings, links, pages and embed code. The setup is designed to connect appointment activity to the correct contact, opportunity and owner so no booking begins as an isolated event. External calendar access, complex capacity management, multi-location scheduling, payment-required booking logic and ongoing calendar administration are outside the included scope unless specifically approved.

Move Opportunities from Sale to Payment and Handoff

Up to 60 approved product or service line items, two reusable estimate or proposal templates, one agreement or work-order template, two invoice templates and one supported payment-provider connection are configured for the agreed commercial flow. The implementation can connect an approved opportunity to a proposal, signature, invoice or payment step and then notify the team or move the customer into the agreed handoff process. Legal drafting, tax setup, accounting reconciliation, transaction disputes and payment-processing fees remain separate.

Make Customer Handoff and Fulfillment Visible

One customer-handoff structure is prepared to move a completed sale into the team, queue or follow-up process responsible for the next customer outcome. It can use the included pipelines, ownership rules, tasks, fields, notifications and workflows to make a promised next step visible rather than leaving it in a private message or spreadsheet. This is a practical customer-operating handoff, not a replacement for a full project-management, inventory, field-service or enterprise resource-planning platform.

Build the Retention, Review and Reactivation Loop

One connected review source, up to two review-request messages, one basic trust display and one controlled reactivation path are configured around the agreed customer lifecycle. Up to eight practical Smart Lists or audience segments can help the team identify new leads, active opportunities, completed customers, review candidates, inactive contacts and priority follow-up groups. The client remains responsible for review-platform access, consent, referral terms, campaign approval, social response and any ongoing customer-success activity.

Automate the Routine Without Losing Control

Up to 15 native HighLevel workflows are configured across the approved customer journeys, with up to 12 standard native actions in each. They can support lead acknowledgement, routing, booking confirmation, reminders, opportunity movement, task creation, proposal or payment notification, handoff, review requests, reactivation and internal alerts. The workflows automate the agreed routine; AI agents, bulk campaign programs, complex branching, custom API actions, advanced attribution and ongoing optimization are separate services.

Create Leadership Visibility Around the Right Measures

One management dashboard with up to 10 supported native widgets is configured around the agreed visibility requirements, such as lead sources, response activity, booking volume, opportunity movement, sales, payments, fulfillment status, reviews or reactivation results where the connected data supports them. Reporting reflects the data actually captured in HighLevel and the functions available on the active plan. External BI, data warehousing, custom metrics, financial accounting reports and unsupported data sources are separately scoped.

Validate, Document and Hand Off the Complete System

We complete one controlled end-to-end test across up to 35 agreed scenarios covering acquisition, data capture, conversations, booking, routing, sales, payment, handoff, retention, automation and dashboard visibility. One fixed-scope correction round is included while the approved operating model remains unchanged. You receive a complete system summary, practical operating documentation, three 60-minute administrator and team handoff sessions, and 45 calendar days of launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope.
