Turn your knowledge into a member experience people can buy, access and return to.
Start with a Member Journey That Can Generate Revenue
We begin by mapping one approved digital-product journey: how an audience member discovers the offer, enters the funnel, chooses a paid or free path, completes checkout, receives access, begins learning, joins the community and reaches the agreed next step. The suite is built around that connected experience so a course, community and offer do not operate as disconnected links.
Capture the Right Audience with One Focused Funnel
One HighLevel funnel with up to five approved page steps is configured around the chosen acquisition and offer path. Up to three client-approved lead-capture, checkout or onboarding forms may be connected with up to 12 fields each, so prospect details and intent enter the correct contact record without creating unnecessary form friction. Final messaging, imagery, claims and legal disclosures are supplied or approved by the client.
Keep Contacts, Sources and Offers in Context
Up to 20 approved Contact custom fields are organized to record practical information such as source, selected offer, enrollment status, purchase status, interest area, member segment or another agreed data point. The goal is a simple record structure that lets the team understand why someone entered, what they purchased and what member experience they should receive.
Build Learning Around a Clear Outcome
Up to two client-approved courses with up to 25 client-provided lessons in total are structured inside HighLevel. Modules, lesson order, progress settings and available native release rules are configured around the approved learning path, so members can move through the material with a clear sense of what comes next. Course videos, lesson copy, downloadable materials, quizzes and instructional design remain client-provided unless separately scoped.
Give Members a Useful Place to Connect
Up to three community groups and six channels in total are organized around the member experience. Access rules, visibility, group purpose, administrator settings and basic navigation are prepared so members can find the right discussion space without exposing areas that are not relevant to their offer. Ongoing moderation, daily engagement, support responses and community programming are not included.
Make Offers Clear and Ready to Buy
Up to three paid or free course or membership offers are configured around the approved products and access model. One supported payment-provider connection and one membership checkout path are prepared where the client has an eligible account, required permissions and regional availability. Payment terms, merchant approval, tax settings, chargebacks, refunds and processor fees remain the client’s responsibility.
Give Each Buyer the Right Access at the Right Time
The approved offer, course and community access structure is aligned so members receive the access attached to their purchase or approved enrollment condition. Native HighLevel capabilities can support access grants through an eligible offer or workflow trigger, helping reduce manual enrollment work while keeping the access model clear for the team. Complex entitlement logic, custom portals and third-party membership systems are separate services.
Automate the First Steps After Signup or Purchase
Up to six native HighLevel workflows are configured across the agreed capture, purchase, access, onboarding, engagement, completion and internal-handoff path. Each workflow may contain up to 10 standard native actions, such as tagging a contact, granting an offer, sending an approved message, waiting for a defined interval, updating a record, notifying a team member or stopping when an agreed outcome is recorded.
Keep Member Communication Purposeful
Up to eight reusable member email or SMS templates are prepared for approved moments such as opt-in confirmation, purchase acknowledgement, login guidance, welcome, first-lesson reminder, community invitation, progress encouragement or completion follow-up. One member-facing notification approach and one internal alert routine help the right person respond when a member needs attention, without turning the package into ongoing campaign management.
Make Engagement and Revenue Easier to See
Up to six practical audience segments or Smart Lists and one simple manager dashboard are configured around the approved operating view. The dashboard may surface available HighLevel data such as new leads, offer activity, purchases, access granted, member enrollment, course progress, completion or another agreed member signal. It is a focused management view, not a replacement for accounting, external business intelligence, data warehousing or full analytics implementation.
Test the Full Path Before Members Arrive
We run controlled testing across up to 15 approved scenarios covering funnel entry, form mapping, offer selection, checkout, payment outcome, access delivery, welcome communication, course visibility, community access, workflow actions and dashboard visibility. One fixed-scope correction round is included before launch, using client-approved test records and available HighLevel capabilities.
Hand Over a System Your Team Can Operate
The package concludes with a 90-minute administrator handoff, an overview of the configured funnel, offers, member access and workflows, and 14 days of launch support for configuration questions and minor adjustments within the original approved scope. HighLevel subscriptions, domains, payment-processing and transaction fees, email or SMS usage, course content, design, copywriting, moderation, paid apps, custom integrations and third-party fees are separate.
