WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel Courses & Communities Setup

Give every member a clear place to learn, connect and progress.

Create a branded HighLevel learning and member environment with structured courses, controlled access, organized community groups, offers and onboarding workflows—so members know what to do from first enrollment through continued participation.

Map One Practical Learning and Member Journey

We begin by mapping one approved member experience: who the learning program is for, how they enroll, what they should see first, how they progress through the material, which community space they can join, and when your team should step in. HighLevel is then organized around that clear journey instead of leaving members with disconnected course links, unclear access and scattered communication.

Set Up One Branded Member Environment

One HighLevel sub-account is prepared as the central environment for the included courses and community. We apply the approved member-facing identity available in HighLevel, including the business name, logo, basic color direction and entry experience, so the learning space feels connected to the rest of your brand. Custom portal development, custom front-end code, brand strategy and new design assets are separate services.

Structure Up to Two Core Courses

Up to two approved courses are organized with a combined total of up to 20 client-provided lessons. Each course receives an agreed name, description, curriculum structure and lesson sequence. The client supplies final video, text, downloads, lesson links, imagery, copy and any required rights or permissions. Original course creation, filming, editing, instructional design, quizzes and content migration beyond the included lessons are not included.

Arrange Modules, Lessons and Release Rules

We arrange the included lessons into logical modules or categories, place them in the approved order and configure the selected release experience available in the client’s HighLevel plan. This may use immediate access or an approved native unlock rule, such as time-based or progress-based release where supported. Complex learning paths, certification programs, advanced gamification, assessments and custom completion logic are scoped separately.

Configure Up to Three Offers and Enrollment Paths

Up to three approved course or membership offers are configured to control which members receive access to the included learning materials. We connect each offer to the correct included course and define one approved enrollment path for the member journey, such as a client-provided registration action, an existing payment outcome or a controlled manual-access process. Payment-provider setup, checkout design, recurring billing, taxes, refunds and commercial-policy decisions belong in separate services.

Build Up to Three Community Groups

Up to three community groups are prepared around the audiences or program levels you approve. Each included group receives a clear name, purpose, basic visibility approach and access structure, so members can understand where they belong and your team can keep conversations organized. Additional communities, complex tiering, public-growth programs and ongoing community strategy are outside this package.

Organize Community Channels and Announcements

Up to six standard community channels are configured across the included groups, with clear names and intended use. One selected channel may be set up as an announcement space where the client’s administrators can keep important updates visible and focused. We organize the structure and initial settings; creating an ongoing content calendar, writing announcements, moderating discussions and handling member disputes are not included.

Set Member Access, Visibility and Administration

We configure the available member, group and administrator access settings for the approved experience, including which offers or groups should be visible to which audiences. The delivery can use the native access controls available in HighLevel and the client’s plan so administrators have a practical way to manage access without exposing every resource to every member. Member vetting, user-data cleanup, large data imports, identity verification and ongoing access administration remain with the client.

Build Two Member Onboarding Workflows

Up to two native HighLevel workflows are configured to support the approved enrollment and onboarding process. Each workflow can contain up to eight standard actions, such as granting an included course offer, granting group access, applying a tag, waiting for an approved interval, sending a client-approved message, notifying the team or creating a task. AI agents, bulk campaign programs, external API actions, advanced CRM automation and new copywriting are separate services.

Configure Notifications for Members and Your Team

One practical notification set is prepared for the included member journey, using available HighLevel course, community or workflow notifications. It can cover an enrollment confirmation, course-access instructions, a welcome message, a community invitation or an internal alert when a member requires attention. The client provides approved wording, sender details, consent language and any links or policies required for the communication.

Test the Complete Member Experience

Before launch, we run one controlled test with representative member access. We verify the included branding, course availability, lesson order, selected unlock behavior, offer assignment, group visibility, community channels, onboarding workflows and notification outcomes. One fixed-scope correction round is included once the original approved member journey remains unchanged.

Train Your Team and Support the Launch

You receive a practical Courses & Communities setup summary and one 60-minute live handoff session for the administrator or program owner. The package also includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel subscriptions, course-content production, payment processing, messaging and AI usage, paid applications, custom integrations, external services and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
