WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

Logo concept development continues until the final direction is selected, based on the original business brief and project scope. Major changes to the business name, industry, offer, target audience, or creative direction after approval may require additional work and may be quoted separately.

GoHighLevel CRM Migration & Automation Rebuild

Move to a cleaner CRM without losing the process that keeps work moving.

Plan and perform a controlled move from an approved source system into a cleaner HighLevel CRM, rebuilding the fields, pipelines, workflows and working views your team needs—so data, ownership and follow-up continue with a clear operating structure.

Plan the Migration Before Moving Any Data

We begin with one focused migration and rebuild workshop around the source system, the records your team actually uses, the sales process that should continue after launch, and the automations that genuinely matter. Together, we define the approved source, target structure, ownership rules, pipeline stages, import sequence, validation checks and the work that should remain manual. This creates a practical migration blueprint before anything is loaded into HighLevel.

Audit the Source and Identify What Can Move

One primary client-provided CRM export or approved source dataset is reviewed to identify usable customer, opportunity, owner, status, tag and field information. We separate clean, structured data from incomplete, duplicated or unsupported history so the client can make informed decisions before the move. Historical email activity, call recordings, files, payment history, unsupported custom objects and relationships that cannot be reliably established are documented rather than guessed or reconstructed.

Design a Cleaner HighLevel Data Structure

One HighLevel sub-account is organized around the customer and opportunity information the team needs for daily work. Up to 35 approved Contact or Opportunity custom fields are configured with consistent labels, types, options and organization. The goal is not to copy every legacy field into a new system, but to retain the information that supports qualification, ownership, service delivery and reporting.

Map Customer, Opportunity and Ownership Data

We prepare one controlled field-mapping plan for the included migration. Approved source values are matched to standard HighLevel fields, configured custom fields, tags, owners, pipeline stages and opportunity status values. Where a source value needs a simple, approved normalization—such as capitalization, date format, stage name or selection value—it is prepared before import. Missing or ambiguous values are flagged for the client’s decision rather than silently changed.

Rebuild Pipelines Around the Actual Sales Process

Up to two opportunity pipelines, each with up to 10 approved stages, are configured around the process the team will use after migration. Stage names, win and loss outcomes, owner expectations and key opportunity information are aligned so a record has a clear next action. This replaces legacy pipeline clutter with a process that supports practical visibility and accountability.

Restore Essential Automation With Controlled Rules

Up to six native HighLevel workflows are rebuilt or configured around the approved operating process, with up to 12 standard actions in each workflow. They can support approved assignment, task creation, field or tag updates, opportunity creation or movement, internal notifications, timing rules and existing client-approved message templates. Complex multi-system logic, custom-coded actions, AI agents, campaign copywriting and unapproved automation redesign are separate work.

Prepare Data for a Clean Import

We prepare up to 15,000 approved Contact and Opportunity records in total for the included import. The work uses client-provided exports and the approved mapping plan to prepare usable CSV files, relevant unique identifiers, headers, values and import order. One controlled duplicate-risk review of up to 250 candidate records is included using client-approved matching rules; broad manual enrichment, row-by-row research and recovery of missing data remain outside the package.

Use a Staged Import Rather Than a Blind Switch

A representative test import of up to 250 approved records is completed before the production import. We check the field mapping, owner assignment, tags, pipeline values, opportunity creation, record visibility and any import-dependent workflow safeguards. The client reviews the outcome and approves the controlled corrections before the remaining included records are imported into the approved HighLevel structure.

Validate Records, Opportunities and Workflow Behavior

After the included import, we reconcile agreed source and destination counts, inspect representative contact and opportunity records, verify important field values and test the included workflows across approved scenarios. One fixed-scope correction round is included for mapping, import or configuration issues within the original approved scope. The result is a documented launch state, including known source-data limitations that need a separate decision or project.

Give the Team Practical Daily Work Views

Up to eight Smart Lists, saved filters or working views are prepared around the queues that matter after launch, such as unassigned records, active opportunities, overdue follow-up, stalled deals or selected lifecycle groups. One manager dashboard with up to six supported native widgets is also configured from the available data. These views help the team see current work without recreating manual spreadsheets after the migration.

Document the New Operating Standard

The client receives the approved migration blueprint, field and value mapping, import summary, validation results and a practical administration guide for future imports, field changes and workflow ownership. This gives the team a reference point for preserving the new structure instead of gradually rebuilding the same legacy problems inside HighLevel.

Launch With a Clear Handoff and Support Window

The implementation includes two 60-minute live sessions: one migration and validation review, followed by an administrator handoff. We then provide 30 calendar days of launch support for configuration questions and minor corrections within the original approved scope. HighLevel subscriptions, phone, email and SMS usage, paid apps, source-system extraction, custom integrations, legal or compliance review and third-party fees are separate.
