WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Website design, landing pages, social media management, advertising setup, CRM setup, and marketing automation can be added separately.

GoHighLevel Email & SMS Marketing Setup

Make every campaign timely, relevant and ready to launch.

Create a practical HighLevel foundation for email and SMS campaigns—sender setup, audience rules, reusable templates, broadcast drafts and one controlled nurture flow—so your team can communicate consistently without rebuilding the basics each time.

Start With One Practical Marketing Sending Plan

We begin by mapping one approved email and SMS marketing routine: who should receive messages, what they should receive, which actions trigger follow-up, how often communication should be sent, and who approves broadcasts. The result is a clear operating plan built around your actual customer journey rather than a collection of disconnected messages and lists.

Prepare One HighLevel Marketing Workspace

One HighLevel sub-account is prepared for the agreed marketing process. We organize the core sending settings, working ownership, message categories, approved brand details, and everyday campaign structure so your team has a practical place to prepare, review, schedule, and track communications. Historical campaign migration is not included.

Connect One Approved Email Sending Domain

One client-controlled sending domain is configured for the selected HighLevel email system, subject to the client providing the required DNS access and approval. We verify the setup available in the account and complete a controlled test send. Domain purchase, DNS hosting, mailbox configuration, sender reputation recovery, and external email-platform migration are separate services.

Prepare One SMS Sending Foundation

One existing SMS-capable HighLevel phone number or approved messaging connection is prepared for the included campaigns and nurture flow. Where applicable, we assist with one standard sender-registration submission using the business, consent, and sample-message information supplied by the client. Number provisioning, carrier review, registration approval, special-use cases, and all carrier charges remain dependent on the provider and are not guaranteed.

Configure Basic Consent and Preference Controls

We configure the agreed contact preferences, opt-out handling, and message-category approach available in the client’s account so marketing audiences are easier to manage responsibly. The client supplies approved consent language, privacy-policy links, terms, and legal direction. This service configures the platform; it does not provide legal advice or certify compliance with any law, carrier rule, or industry requirement.

Build Up to Six Useful Smart Lists

Up to six Smart Lists are created around the audiences your team needs to reach, such as new leads, active customers, appointment no-shows, opted-in SMS contacts, recent email engagers, or re-engagement candidates. Each list uses the approved available contact data, tags, source information, subscription status, or activity signals. Advanced scoring models, large-scale data cleanup, and new CRM architecture are scoped separately.

Create Eight Reusable Email and SMS Templates

Up to eight practical reusable templates are prepared: up to four email templates and up to four SMS templates. They may cover an introduction, offer, reminder, appointment prompt, educational follow-up, re-engagement, or other approved routine. The client provides the final approved copy, images, offers, links, legal language, and brand assets; original copywriting and design production are not included.

Prepare Up to Two Broadcast Campaigns

Up to two email or SMS broadcast campaigns are configured using the included templates and approved Smart Lists. Setup includes audience selection, subject line or message preview, sender details, scheduling settings, and one review-ready campaign draft per broadcast. A campaign is sent or scheduled only after the client gives final written approval; high-volume pacing, testing, and additional campaigns are separate unless expressly added to scope.

Build One Controlled Nurture Flow

One native HighLevel nurture workflow is built around one agreed entry trigger, such as a form submission, tag, new lead status, or booking outcome. It can include up to eight standard actions, including delays, approved email or SMS sends, tags, field updates, internal notifications, and basic exit conditions. Complex branching, multi-funnel journeys, AI agents, external API actions, and advanced sales automation are separate services.

Apply Sensible Timing and Delivery Controls

For the included broadcasts and nurture flow, we apply the agreed timing, business-hour, Do Not Disturb, and available pacing settings supported by the client’s account and sending provider. These controls help your team avoid sending an approved message at an obviously unsuitable time, but they do not guarantee deliverability, inbox placement, response rates, carrier acceptance, or campaign performance.

Test the Audience-to-Message Journey

One controlled testing cycle is completed using approved representative contacts. We check sender configuration, Smart List logic, template merge fields, opt-out behavior, broadcast readiness, and the included nurture workflow before handoff. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved audience and communication process remain unchanged.

Hand Off a Reusable Marketing Foundation

The client receives a concise setup summary and one 60-minute live handoff session covering the included sending foundation, lists, templates, broadcasts, and nurture workflow. The package includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within scope. HighLevel subscriptions, email and SMS usage, carrier and registration fees, paid applications, domains, copywriting, design, legal review, custom integrations, and third-party services are purchased or quoted separately.
