WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

GoHighLevel Reputation Management Setup

Turn good customer experiences into visible trust.

Set up a clear HighLevel process for requesting reviews at the right time, monitoring feedback, routing alerts and showcasing approved social proof.

Build a Review Process Your Team Can Run Consistently

We start by mapping one approved review process: the customer moments that justify a request, who is responsible for initiating it, when a reminder is appropriate, who watches incoming feedback, and how the team should escalate a concern. HighLevel is then organized around that practical routine instead of relying on ad hoc messages and unmonitored reviews.

Set Up One Reputation Workspace

One HighLevel sub-account is prepared as the central workspace for the included reputation process. We configure the available Reputation area, agreed notification preferences, working responsibilities, and a simple daily or weekly review routine so the responsible team member can see request activity, incoming feedback, and the next action without rebuilding the process each time.

Connect One Supported Review Profile

One client-owned, supported public review profile is connected or configured for the approved process—typically a verified Google Business Profile, where the required owner or manager access is available. The client remains responsible for profile ownership, verification, platform policy compliance, and any approval required by the provider. Additional locations, profiles, directories, listing-management work, and unsupported platforms are scoped separately.

Define the Right Moment to Ask for a Review

We identify up to two approved customer milestones that can trigger a review request, such as a completed appointment, fulfilled service, delivered order, closed project, or confirmed positive outcome. The process is designed around genuine customer experience and client-approved messaging—not incentives, review gating, or screening customers based on the rating they may leave.

Create Two Branded Review-Request Messages

Up to two practical review-request messages are prepared for the chosen process, such as one SMS and one email version. They can use available contact personalization, the correct review destination, approved business identity, and a clear call to action. The client supplies final wording, any required consent or legal language, and brand assets; extensive copywriting, campaign design, and message libraries beyond the included two are separate services.

Build Up to Two Native Review-Request Workflows

Up to two native HighLevel workflows are configured to initiate the included review request process after the agreed milestones. Each workflow may contain up to six standard actions, such as applying a tag, checking an approved condition, waiting for an appropriate interval, sending a supported review request, notifying the team, or creating a follow-up task. General marketing nurtures, bulk campaigns, AI agents, custom code, external API actions, and complex CRM automation are not included.

Set Sensible Request Timing and Follow-Up Rules

The included workflows are given practical timing, stop conditions, and internal safeguards around the approved process. We can prevent a duplicate request from being sent inside the agreed window, stop the flow when a relevant outcome is recorded, and route exceptions to a team member. Messaging consent, unsubscribe handling, platform rules, and the client’s legal compliance remain the client’s responsibility.

Configure Two Alerts and Ownership Rules

Up to two internal notification or assignment rules are prepared so the appropriate person knows when a review request needs attention or new feedback requires a response. Depending on the available account features and client access, a rule can notify a designated user, create a task, apply a tag, update a working field, or place the related contact into an agreed follow-up queue. Multi-location escalation structures and 24/7 monitoring are separate services.

Prepare a Clear Review Response Process

Up to four client-approved response templates or internal response guides are prepared for common situations, such as a positive review, a neutral comment, a service concern, or an issue that needs private follow-up. We clarify who may respond, what needs manager review, and when a conversation should move offline. The package establishes the process; it does not provide ongoing review monitoring, public-response management, dispute handling, or crisis communications.

Launch One Review Widget or Trust Display

One available HighLevel review widget or approved trust display is configured around the connected review source and placed on one existing HighLevel website or funnel page. For an external website, we provide the available embed code or implementation guidance for the client’s web team. A website rebuild, custom front-end development, multiple placements, review-video production, and conversion-page redesign are not included.

Organize Review Monitoring for Everyday Use

We prepare a straightforward monitoring routine around HighLevel’s available Reputation views, review activity, alerts, and the included response ownership. The responsible team member receives a concise view of what to check, which feedback needs action, and how to record follow-up. Advanced sentiment analysis, competitive research, cross-platform reporting, and ongoing reputation strategy are separate services.

Test, Train, and Hand Off the Reputation Process

One controlled test cycle is completed with approved representative contacts and scenarios. We verify the connected profile or review link, request messages, workflow timing, alerts, ownership, review display, and the documented response routine before handoff. The client receives a practical setup summary, one 60-minute live handoff session, and 14 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the original scope. HighLevel subscriptions, phone, SMS, email, WhatsApp or other usage, profile verification, paid applications, custom integrations, external services, and third-party fees are purchased or quoted separately.
