WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

GoHighLevel White-Label SaaS Launch

Turn your HighLevel agency into a branded recurring SaaS offer.

Prepare an eligible HighLevel Agency Pro account to launch one branded recurring SaaS offer—with defined plan tiers, checkout, supported rebilling, automated sub-account provisioning, Snapshot fulfillment and customer onboarding—so new customers can buy, receive access and start with a consistent experience.

Launch One Branded SaaS Offer With a Clear Commercial Model

We begin by mapping one approved HighLevel software offer: the audience it serves, the practical promise behind each plan, what customers receive after purchase, who owns the launch process and where exceptions should go. The implementation is designed for one sellable recurring SaaS offer with a defined customer journey, not a custom software build, a full agency repositioning project or an open-ended client-delivery service.

Confirm Agency Pro, SaaS and Billing Readiness

One existing eligible HighLevel Agency Pro account is reviewed as the operating foundation for the launch. We confirm the designated Agency Sub-Account, appropriate administrator access, available SaaS and rebilling controls, the approved billing owner and the practical prerequisites for connecting a supported payment provider. HighLevel subscription eligibility, account verification, provider approval and feature availability remain controlled by HighLevel and the relevant providers.

Apply the White-Label Brand Foundation

We configure the available agency white-label settings using your client-approved business identity, logo and brand direction. Up to two client-owned branded domains may be prepared where the active HighLevel account supports them and the required DNS access is available. Brand strategy, a custom mobile application, website redesign, custom interface development and legal review of customer-facing terms are outside this implementation.

Define Up to Three SaaS Plan Tiers

Up to three approved recurring SaaS plan tiers are structured around clear names, client-approved prices, included platform access and practical entitlements. Each included tier receives one recurring billing interval and a consistent description of what the customer can expect after payment. We organize the configured plans; pricing strategy, tax treatment, refund policy, usage allowances, commercial claims and legal terms are supplied and approved by the client.

Configure Recurring Billing and Supported Rebilling

One client-owned, supported payment-provider connection is prepared for the approved SaaS billing flow. Up to four supported rebilling categories can be configured with the client-approved markup or pass-through approach, where the active plan, provider and HighLevel controls allow it. This creates a controlled commercial setup for the launch, but it does not include payment processing costs, carrier charges, accounting, tax filing, dispute management or ongoing revenue operations.

Create One Checkout and New-Client Provisioning Path

One native SaaS checkout page or payment link is configured for the launch offer. We connect the approved purchase outcome to the customer-provisioning path so a qualifying new subscriber can receive the correct plan, a new client sub-account and the included Snapshot deployment where supported by HighLevel. Full landing-page design, conversion copywriting, advertising campaigns, abandoned-cart programs, sales-team management and every possible declined-payment or exception scenario are separate services.

Build One Reusable Client Snapshot

One reusable Snapshot is prepared as the common foundation delivered to new qualifying client sub-accounts. It can include up to 25 approved Contact or Opportunity custom fields, one onboarding pipeline with up to eight stages, practical tags or working views, up to six native workflows and up to 12 approved reusable notification templates. The Snapshot creates a repeatable starting point; bespoke client configuration, historical data migration, client-specific content and large variations between customer accounts are not included.

Guide Customers Through a Consistent Onboarding Journey

We configure one onboarding form or checklist with up to 15 approved fields, one customer activation routine and one booking calendar for up to five named team members. The purpose is to give each new subscriber a clear next step after purchase, gather the approved launch information and show your team when an account needs attention. The client supplies the final questions, consent language, support promises and any customer-facing resources needed for the journey.

Automate the First Customer Actions

The included native workflows are configured around the approved launch sequence, such as acknowledging a purchase, assigning onboarding work, applying a plan or tag, waiting for an agreed interval, sending a client-approved notification, creating a task, updating a working field or alerting the designated team. Workflows remain focused on the delivered SaaS offer; advanced API development, AI agents, external software orchestration, unlimited message libraries and ongoing customer-success campaigns are outside the package.

Set Access, Ownership and SaaS Visibility

We establish a practical agency and client administrator access framework for up to 10 named administrators or launch test users. One native SaaS visibility dashboard with up to six supported widgets is configured to help your team monitor the approved subscription, onboarding or account-launch measures. Agency roll-up reporting, dashboard widgets and scheduled reports depend on the active HighLevel plan and available features, so the delivered dashboard uses the supported native reporting available at launch.

Test the Complete Subscriber Experience

One controlled end-to-end testing cycle is completed across up to 25 agreed subscriber, plan, billing, rebilling, provisioning, Snapshot and onboarding scenarios. We verify the included settings, checkout outcome, new-client account path, assigned plan, deployed assets, notifications, access and handoff points before launch. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved offer, plan structure and customer journey remain unchanged.

Handoff the System and Support the Launch

You receive a practical White-Label SaaS operating summary and two 60-minute handoff sessions for the agency owner, administrator or launch team. The package includes 30 calendar days of post-launch support for questions and minor corrections within the delivered scope. HighLevel plans, domains, payment processing, phone, email, SMS and AI usage, taxes, legal or compliance review, custom integrations, paid applications, data migration, client-specific implementation and third-party fees are separate.
