Service Scope
Google Ads Account Audit & Action Plan is a fixed-scope diagnostic service for one Google Ads account, one website or primary domain, and one primary geographic market. The audit covers up to 10 active or paused campaigns and up to 90 days of available performance data. It is intended for businesses with an existing account that need a clear, independent assessment before continuing, expanding, restructuring, or transferring management of Google Ads activity.
Business Goals, Account Context, and Performance Baseline
We begin by reviewing your stated business goals, priority products or services, target customer, primary conversion action, media-budget range, and current concerns. We then analyze available account and campaign data, including spend, impressions, clicks, click-through rate, conversions, conversion value where available, cost per conversion, and major performance changes. This establishes a practical baseline for determining where budget is producing useful outcomes and where results require correction or deeper attention.
Campaign Structure and Settings
We review how campaigns are organized and whether the account structure supports budget control, accurate measurement, and scalable growth. The assessment covers campaign objectives, campaign types, naming logic, ad-group structure where applicable, network settings, language settings, schedule settings, device settings, and possible campaign overlap. You receive recommendations where campaigns appear fragmented, underfunded, competing for the same demand, or misaligned with the real business objective.
Budget, Bidding, and Optimization Direction
We assess budget allocation, campaign-spending patterns, bidding strategies, bid targets, and the relationship between available conversion data and the selected optimization approach. The audit identifies potential problems such as inefficient allocation, low or conflicting bid targets, campaigns limited by budget, unsuitable automated bidding, insufficient conversion volume, or optimization toward actions that do not reflect real business value.
Search Terms, Keywords, and Negative Keywords
For applicable Search campaigns, we review search-query relevance, keyword themes, match-type direction, duplicate or conflicting coverage, irrelevant traffic patterns, and negative-keyword coverage. The goal is to identify opportunities to improve traffic quality and reduce wasted spend. This is an audit and recommendation service; it does not include building or uploading a complete new keyword list, applying negatives, or restructuring campaigns inside Google Ads.
Targeting, Audiences, and Location Settings
We review geographic targeting, language settings, audience configuration, ad schedules, devices, network choices, and other restrictions that may be too broad, too narrow, or inconsistent with the intended customer and market. The audit highlights whether current targeting supports the agreed commercial priority and where campaign delivery may be reduced by unnecessary limitations or diluted by low-quality traffic.
Ads, Assets, and Landing-Page Readiness
We assess available ads and assets for relevance to customer intent, offer clarity, calls to action, policy status, and message consistency with the destination page. We also review up to five campaign landing-page URLs for message match, mobile readiness, trust signals, conversion friction, and clarity of the next action. You receive recommendations on what should be improved before further paid traffic is sent to those pages. New ad copy, creative production, landing-page copywriting, design, development, and website edits are not included.
Conversion Goals and Measurement Review
We review up to three primary Google Ads conversion actions and the available measurement setup to identify whether campaigns appear to optimize toward meaningful business results. The audit may flag unclear primary goals, duplicate signals, missing values, weak data quality, unsuitable optimization direction, or tracking gaps that should be investigated. Google Tag Manager, GA4, consent configuration, enhanced conversions, call tracking, and technical conversion-tracking repair are separate services.
Account Health, Policy, and Delivery Constraints
Where visible in the account, we review campaign status, disapproved ads or assets, budget limitations, policy indicators, and other delivery constraints that may affect results. We identify issues requiring attention and explain their practical impact on campaign delivery. This service does not include policy appeals, advertiser-verification support, billing resolution, account recovery, or direct communication with Google on the client’s behalf.
Prioritized Findings and 90-Day Action Plan
Your final audit separates urgent issues, high-impact improvements, and longer-term growth opportunities. Each recommendation explains the issue observed, why it matters, the recommended next action, and whether it can be completed internally or requires a separate KizilCo implementation service. The action plan is organized into 30-, 60-, and 90-day priorities so you know what should be addressed first rather than receiving an unstructured checklist.
Final Deliverable
You receive one detailed Google Ads Account Audit & Action Plan in PDF or equivalent digital format, plus one 30-minute review call. The document brings together the performance baseline, campaign-structure findings, budget and bidding review, targeting analysis, search-term observations, measurement assessment, landing-page notes, prioritized recommendations, and 90-day action plan.
Client Inputs, Timeline, Revisions, and Scope Boundaries
After purchase, the client provides read-only Google Ads access, account ID, website URL, primary market, business goals, priority products or services, desired conversion actions, media-budget range, and current performance concerns. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after complete intake and access are received. One consolidated clarification round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery. Campaign edits, campaign setup or rebuilds, account-access changes, conversion-tag installation or repair, Merchant Center setup, product-feed optimization, ad-copy production, creative production, landing-page development, ongoing optimization, ongoing management, Google ad spend, and performance guarantees are not included.
