DISPLAY & REMARKETING CAMPAIGN BUILD

Reconnect with high-value website visitors and extend reach with a controlled Google Display campaign foundation.

This service prepares up to two Google Display campaigns for one business and one primary market. It builds a focused structure around existing data segments, approved audience targeting, responsive assets, campaign controls, and measurement goals before spend begins.

Service Scope

Google Ads Display & Remarketing Setup is a fixed-scope campaign-build service for one business, one Google Ads account, one website or primary domain, and one primary geographic market. It prepares up to two Google Display campaigns with up to four total ad groups in paused, launch-ready status. The service is intended for a business that wants to reconnect with previous website visitors and, where appropriate, reach relevant new audiences through standard Google Display campaigns.

Business Objective and Campaign Direction

We confirm the approved business objective, primary conversion action, target customer, market, budget range, and up to three priority services, products, or offers. The setup is organized around a clear commercial purpose, such as lead generation, booking requests, sales, quote requests, or return visits from known website visitors. This package does not create a broad, unrestricted awareness program or a multi-market media strategy.

Measurement and Audience Prerequisites

A functioning Google tag or other eligible audience source is required for website-based remarketing. We review the available audience source and connect the campaigns to the appropriate existing Google Ads conversion-goal structure where reliable tracking already exists. Google Tag Manager work, GA4 setup, Google tag implementation, conversion-tag installation, consent configuration, enhanced conversions, attribution repair, and tracking troubleshooting are separate services.

Campaign and Ad Group Structure

We build up to two Google Display campaigns with up to four total ad groups. The structure may separate remarketing from new-audience prospecting, or divide approved offers, markets, or landing-page themes where this is commercially appropriate. Each included ad group is organized around one clear audience and message direction. Complex multi-brand, multi-country, franchise, enterprise, mobile-app, video, Demand Gen, or Performance Max structures require separate scope approval.

Remarketing Audience Segments

We create or configure up to four website-visitor or client-data audience segments using the existing eligible audience source. Depending on the available data and approved objective, this may include all website visitors, visitors to selected pages, engaged visitors, abandoned conversion paths, past converters for exclusion, or approved customer-data segments. Segment eligibility and delivery depend on Google Ads requirements, audience size, privacy settings, consent choices, and the data actually collected. We do not install tags, repair audience-source collection, clean customer data, or upload and manage large customer lists under this package.

Prospecting Audience Direction

Where prospecting is included in the approved campaign structure, we configure a practical initial audience direction using the Google Ads targeting options available to the account, such as approved custom segments, in-market segments, affinity segments, demographics, topics, placements, or a controlled combination of these. The objective is to give the campaign a focused starting point, not to create an unlimited audience-research program. Live audience expansion, testing, exclusions, and refinement after activation are part of a separate management service.

Responsive Display Ads and Client-Provided Assets

We create up to eight responsive display ads across the included ad groups, with a maximum of two ads per ad group. This includes approved display headlines, descriptions, calls to action, destination URLs, and configuration of client-provided images and logos. The client provides final approved visual assets, business name, branding details, usage rights, offers, legal language, and promotional terms. Photography, graphic design, image retouching, logo design, animation, video production, HTML5 banner production, and full creative-copywriting projects are not included.

Inventory, Placement, and Content Safeguards

We configure suitable available campaign controls for the approved scope, including network and inventory direction, content-suitability settings, and an initial placement or app-category exclusion direction where appropriate. These controls reduce clearly unsuitable exposure but do not guarantee that every placement will meet a particular brand-safety, lead-quality, or business-standard outcome. Continuous placement review, exclusion expansion, fraud investigation, and post-launch refinements are outside this setup service.

Budget, Bidding, and Frequency Direction

We apply the agreed starting budget and bidding direction based on the available conversion data, business objective, and account readiness. Where suitable and supported, we also apply frequency-cap direction to help control repeated ad exposure. This is a starting configuration, not ongoing budget management. Bid adjustments, budget reallocations, target changes, frequency changes, and performance-based campaign restructuring after activation are separate management work.

Landing-Page and Destination-URL Alignment

We review the selected destination URLs for visible alignment with the approved display message, audience, and call to action. We flag obvious issues that could create message mismatch or conversion friction before launch. Landing-page design, development, copywriting, website edits, product-page changes, and conversion-rate optimization are not included under this package.

Quality Assurance and Launch-Ready Handoff

Before handoff, we review the included campaigns, ad groups, audience selections, responsive ads, supplied assets, destination URLs, conversion-goal selection, budget and bidding direction, and visible policy or eligibility indicators. Completed campaigns are delivered in paused, launch-ready status for client review. This package prepares the campaign build; it does not include campaign activation, Google ad spend, live delivery monitoring, reporting, or optimization after activation.

Client Inputs, Timeline, Revisions, and Scope Boundaries

After purchase, the client provides appropriate Google Ads access, the approved market, website URL, budget range, primary conversion action, priority offers, selected landing pages, and all approved visual assets. The client also provides access to the existing eligible audience source or confirms the data segments that may be used. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after complete intake, required access, and approved assets are received. One consolidated revision round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. Dynamic remarketing, Merchant Center setup, product-feed work, conversion tracking, GA4 or Google Tag Manager work, campaign activation, ad spend, ongoing optimization, reporting, ongoing management, and performance guarantees are not included. Google controls ad approval, auction outcomes, placement, delivery, and audience eligibility; no impressions, clicks, leads, sales, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue, or other business result is guaranteed.
