Service Scope
Google Ads Management is a recurring monthly service for one business, one Google Ads account, one website or primary domain, and one primary geographic market. It provides active oversight and ongoing optimization for up to ten approved live campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, and YouTube where applicable. Google ad spend is paid separately by the client.
Onboarding and Management Priorities
At the start of the service, we confirm the business objective, priority offers, target customer, primary conversion action, monthly media-budget range, campaign priorities, and available historical account context. Management is directed toward the agreed commercial priorities rather than simply increasing traffic or changing settings without a clear business purpose.
Account Access and Measurement Prerequisites
The client provides the required Google Ads access and maintains ownership of the account. Reliable existing conversion tracking is required for meaningful conversion-focused management. We review the available conversion-goal structure and flag visible measurement concerns, but Google Tag Manager work, GA4 setup, consent configuration, conversion-tag implementation, enhanced conversions, attribution repair, and tracking troubleshooting are separate services.
Campaign Coverage and Active Campaign Limit
The monthly service covers up to ten active campaigns within one account and the agreed market. The included campaigns may be Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, or YouTube campaigns. Additional accounts, websites, brands, markets, languages, or campaigns require separate approval. New campaign builds, major restructures, and new campaign-type launches are separate setup services unless explicitly added to the monthly scope.
Monitoring and Optimization Cadence
We review the included campaigns on an ongoing basis throughout the monthly service period and prioritize actions according to data volume, spend level, commercial importance, and visible performance opportunities. The service focuses on sensible, evidence-led changes rather than unnecessary daily edits or promises of constant manual intervention in every campaign.
Budget Pacing and Media Allocation
We monitor pacing against the agreed budget range and recommend or apply practical budget adjustments across the included campaign scope where appropriate. Budget changes are intended to keep spend aligned with available opportunity and agreed priorities. The client remains responsible for approving any material increase in media spend and for paying all Google Ads charges directly.
Search-Term, Keyword, and Negative-Keyword Optimization
For eligible Search campaigns, we review search-query themes, keyword coverage, match-type direction, and negative-keyword opportunities. We add or recommend sensible exclusions to reduce clearly irrelevant demand and identify themes that may deserve further attention. Keyword expansion, exclusions, and changes are managed within the available data and original campaign purpose; they do not replace a full campaign rebuild or a new keyword-research project.
Bidding, Conversion Goals, and Performance Signals
We review the relationship between campaign objectives, conversion-goal selection, bidding direction, budget, and performance signals. Where appropriate, we refine bids, targets, or optimization settings based on the data available in the account. Bidding systems, auction conditions, eligibility, and final delivery remain controlled by Google Ads; no specific cost, volume, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue, or ranking result is guaranteed.
Targeting, Audiences, and Campaign Settings
We review and refine relevant locations, language, device, schedule, audience, placement, content, brand, and other campaign settings within the agreed scope. The exact optimizations depend on campaign type, available data, business coverage, account eligibility, and the client’s approved priorities. Customer-list creation, data cleanup, CRM integration, audience-source implementation, and large-scale audience research are not included.
Ads, Assets, and Landing-Page Feedback
We review the performance and alignment of existing ads, extensions, assets, and destination URLs and make up to eight minor approved text or asset updates per month across the included campaigns. We also flag visible landing-page friction or message-alignment concerns that may affect paid traffic. Creative production, photography, design, video production, full copywriting projects, feed optimization, product-data changes, and website or landing-page development are separate services.
Monthly Reporting and Client Communication
You receive one monthly performance report covering the approved campaign scope, key results, material changes made, important observations, and recommended next priorities. One 30-minute monthly review call is included. Reports are intended to support informed decisions using the data available in Google Ads and agreed conversion reporting; they are not an audit, financial statement, or guarantee of future performance.
Service Period, Revisions, and Scope Boundaries
Management begins after complete intake, required access, and the initial account review are received, typically within 5–7 business days. The service renews monthly unless cancelled before the next billing period. Google ad spend, new campaign builds, account audits, conversion tracking implementation or repair, Merchant Center setup, product-feed creation or optimization, policy appeals, creative production, landing-page development, website edits, multi-market expansion, and services outside the approved campaign limit are not included. Recommendations and optimizations do not guarantee impressions, clicks, leads, purchases, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue, or any specific business result.
