PERFORMANCE MAX CAMPAIGN BUILD

Build a controlled Performance Max foundation with the right goals, assets, audience signals, and budget direction before spend goes live.

This service prepares up to two Performance Max campaigns for one business and one primary market. It aligns campaign goals, asset groups, audience signals, supplied creative assets, conversion goals, budgets, and destination URLs before spend goes live.

Service Scope

Google Ads Performance Max Setup is a fixed-scope campaign-build service for one business, one Google Ads account, one website or storefront, and one primary geographic market. It prepares up to two Performance Max campaigns and up to four total asset groups in paused, launch-ready status. The service is designed for a business with an approved offer, usable landing pages, and reliable conversion tracking already in place or purchased separately.

Business Objective and Campaign Direction

We confirm the approved business objective, primary conversion action, target customer, market, budget range, and priority offers, products, or services. The campaign structure is built around one defined commercial objective, such as leads, online sales, conversion value, store actions, or another agreed supported goal. A second campaign is used only where a materially different approved objective, offer group, or market structure requires it within the original scope.

Conversion Goals and Measurement Prerequisites

We connect the included campaigns to the appropriate existing Google Ads conversion goals and review whether the selected goals match the approved objective. Reliable conversion tracking is required before campaign launch so Performance Max can optimize toward a meaningful business action. Google Tag Manager work, GA4 setup, conversion-tag implementation, enhanced conversions, attribution repair, value implementation, consent configuration, and tracking troubleshooting are separate services.

Performance Max Campaign Architecture

We build up to two Performance Max campaigns around the approved business objective, market, budget direction, and conversion-goal structure. Each campaign receives the relevant available settings for the approved scope, including naming, goal selection, locations, languages where appropriate, budget, bidding direction, and campaign URL controls. Multi-brand, multi-country, franchise, local-inventory, travel-goal, complex lead-form, or enterprise account structures require separate scope approval.

Asset Group Structure

We create up to four total asset groups across the included campaigns. Asset groups are organized around the approved offers, product ranges, customer segments, or landing-page themes so that messaging and destination pages have a clear relationship. The number of asset groups is kept practical for the available budget and creative inventory; large catalog segmentation, seasonal rebuilds, and ongoing asset-group expansion are outside this package.

Text Assets and Available Ad Assets

We prepare and configure approved text assets for each included asset group using the client’s approved offer details, differentiators, call to action, and destination pages. We also configure suitable available campaign-level ad assets, such as sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, price assets, promotion assets, call assets, or lead-form assets where relevant, supported, and supplied by the client. The client remains responsible for approving regulated claims, prices, promotions, trademarks, legal language, and business-specific statements.

Client-Provided Visual Assets

We upload and configure client-provided images, logos, and video assets that meet the applicable Google Ads requirements for the included asset groups. The client supplies final approved visual files, usage rights, branding details, and any required promotional terms. This package does not include photography, graphic design, product-image retouching, logo design, video production, animation, custom video editing, or creative strategy. Google-generated or platform-generated assets are subject to the account settings and Google Ads availability and are not guaranteed under this service.

Audience Signal Foundation

We create or configure up to four approved audience signals across the included asset groups using available client data, custom segments, website visitors, customer lists, or approved interest and search-intent direction where supported. Audience signals guide Google Ads automation; they do not function as a strict audience restriction. Customer-list creation, data cleanup, CRM integration, remarketing-tag implementation, and ongoing audience testing are not included.

Merchant Center and Product Feed Condition

For a retail Performance Max campaign using products, the client must already have an eligible Google Merchant Center account, an approved and linked product data source, and products that can serve in the target market. We review the available link and selected inventory direction within the campaign setup. Merchant Center setup, feed creation, product-data optimization, disapproval fixes, product-title or image changes, shipping or tax configuration, policy appeals, and product-feed troubleshooting are separate services.

Budget, Bidding, and URL Direction

We apply the agreed starting budget and bidding direction based on the available conversion data, business objective, and account readiness. We configure the applicable final URL and URL-expansion direction for the approved campaign scope and flag situations where a controlled landing-page approach is more appropriate. Live bid changes, target adjustments, search-theme changes, negative-keyword expansion, brand-exclusion maintenance, and budget reallocation based on performance data belong to a separate management service.

Quality Assurance and Launch-Ready Handoff

Before handoff, we review the included campaigns, asset groups, conversion-goal selection, audience signals, supplied assets, destination URLs, budget and bidding direction, and visible policy or eligibility indicators. Completed campaigns are delivered in paused, launch-ready status for client review. This package prepares the campaign build; it does not include campaign activation, Google ad spend, live delivery monitoring, reporting, or optimization after activation.

Client Inputs and Timeline

After purchase, the client provides appropriate Google Ads access, website or storefront URL, approved market, budget range, primary conversion action, priority offers or product groups, required landing pages, and all approved visual assets. Retail clients also provide access to the existing linked Merchant Center account and product data source where applicable. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after complete intake, required access, and approved assets are received. Missing assets, incomplete tracking, unresolved Merchant Center issues, policy limitations, delayed approvals, or unavailable business information may extend delivery.

Revisions and Scope Boundaries

One consolidated revision round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. Campaign activation, ad spend, ongoing management, reporting, optimization, Merchant Center setup, product-feed work, conversion tracking, GA4 or Google Tag Manager work, visual or video production, landing-page development, copywriting beyond the included ad text assets, policy appeals, advertiser verification, billing resolution, and account recovery are not included. Google controls auction outcomes, placement, delivery, automated asset use, and approval decisions; no impressions, clicks, leads, sales, conversion rate, ROAS, revenue, or specific business result is guaranteed.
