Service Scope
Google Ads Search Campaign Setup is a fixed-scope implementation service for one Google Ads account, one website or primary domain, and one primary geographic market. It prepares up to two Google Search campaigns in paused, launch-ready status for a business that has an approved offer, usable landing pages, and functioning conversion tracking or has purchased conversion tracking as a separate service.
Business Goals and Search-Campaign Direction
We confirm the approved business objective, primary conversion action, target customer, service area or market, and up to three priority services, products, or offers to promote. This ensures the Search campaign setup is built around one defined commercial goal rather than a broad list of disconnected services or generic website traffic.
Search Intent and Keyword Research
We conduct focused keyword and search-intent research for the approved offers and organize up to 60 priority keywords into relevant themes. The research focuses on demand that is commercially relevant to the agreed objective, such as high-intent service, product, location, solution, or brand searches. This package does not include unlimited keyword research, a complete SEO keyword strategy, or campaign types beyond Google Search.
Campaign and Ad Group Structure
We build up to two Google Search campaigns with up to six total ad groups. Campaigns and ad groups are organized around the approved offers, locations, customer intent, and budget direction so that keywords, ads, and landing pages have a clear relationship. Complex multi-brand, multi-country, franchise, enterprise, or large inventory structures require separate scope approval.
Keyword Match-Type and Negative-Keyword Framework
We apply an appropriate starting match-type direction for the approved keyword set and prepare an initial negative-keyword framework to reduce clearly irrelevant traffic. The setup includes up to 30 approved negative keywords or negative-keyword themes. Search-term optimization, ongoing negative-keyword expansion, and changes based on live campaign data belong to a separate management service.
Responsive Search Ad Creation
We create up to three responsive search ads for each included ad group, for a maximum of 18 ads. The ads are written around the approved offer, customer intent, key differentiators, call to action, and relevant destination page. The client is responsible for timely approval of any regulated claims, pricing, promotional terms, legal language, trademarks, or business-specific statements before launch.
Ad Assets and Destination URLs
We configure the appropriate available Google Ads assets for the included campaigns, such as sitelinks, callouts, structured snippets, call assets, lead-form assets, price assets, promotion assets, or image assets where suitable and supported by the account. We use up to six approved destination URLs. Asset eligibility and final display depend on Google Ads policies, account status, campaign settings, and available client information.
Campaign Settings and Targeting
We configure the approved campaign settings, including locations, languages, networks, ad schedule direction, devices where relevant, budget allocation, and audience observation settings where applicable. The configuration is based on the agreed market and business goal. Audience-list creation, remarketing setup, customer-list uploads, and advanced demographic or geographic testing are outside this package unless expressly included through a separate service.
Budget, Bidding, and Conversion-Goal Direction
We apply the agreed budget and starting bidding direction based on the available conversion data, business objective, and account readiness. We connect included campaigns to the appropriate existing Google Ads conversion goal structure where it has already been implemented. Google Tag Manager, GA4, conversion-tag installation, attribution repair, and tracking troubleshooting are separate services and are not included in campaign setup.
Quality Assurance and Launch-Ready Handoff
Before handoff, we review campaign settings, keywords, ads, assets, destination URLs, and conversion-goal selection for the approved scope. The completed campaigns are delivered in paused, launch-ready status for client review. This package prepares the campaign build; it does not include activating campaigns, placing Google ad spend, live delivery monitoring, or optimization after activation.
Client Inputs and Timeline
After purchase, the client provides Google Ads access, website and landing-page URLs, approved offers, target locations, target customer information, differentiators, brand guidelines, required legal or compliance language, media-budget range, and the desired conversion action. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after complete intake and all required access are received. Delayed approvals, missing landing pages, unavailable tracking, policy restrictions, or incomplete business information may extend delivery.
Revisions and Scope Boundaries
One consolidated revision round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. Google ad spend, campaign activation, campaign monitoring, ongoing optimization, reporting, management, landing-page design or development, conversion tracking implementation, Merchant Center setup, product-feed work, Performance Max, Shopping, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube, remarketing, video production, and creative design are not included. Google alone determines ad approval, ad placement, delivery, auction outcomes, costs, and performance; no impressions, clicks, leads, sales, conversion rate, ROAS, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.
