Design a Connected Content Publishing Foundation
We review how the business publishes website pages, landing pages, blog content, and conversion assets, then organize HubSpot Content Hub around one approved publishing model. The result is a practical content workspace connected to customer data instead of a collection of disconnected pages, forms, and default settings.
Connect the Approved Domain and Brand Settings
One approved website, landing-page, or blog domain or subdomain is prepared using the DNS records and connection steps provided by HubSpot. One brand foundation is also configured with client-provided logo files, colors, fonts, favicon, and basic company details when supported by the client’s active edition. The client or its domain administrator must publish all required DNS changes.
Prepare the Theme, Navigation, and Global Content
One client-selected HubSpot theme is installed and prepared using its native settings. We configure the basic global header, footer, typography, colors, primary navigation, footer navigation, and reusable theme options supported without custom development. The package uses the selected theme’s existing modules and layout capabilities.
Build Up to Five Core Website Pages
Up to five approved standard website pages are assembled with client-provided copy, images, links, and calls to action. Typical pages may include Home, About, Services, Contact, and Thank You or another agreed combination. Work includes template-based layout, responsive review, metadata, navigation placement, and connection to the included conversion assets.
Launch a Practical Blog Foundation
One approved HubSpot blog is configured with its name, URL structure, language, subscription settings, author and tag foundation, and available listing and post templates. Up to five client-provided authors, up to 15 approved tags, and up to three client-provided blog posts are formatted and prepared for publication.
Create Up to Five Landing Pages
Up to five approved landing pages are assembled using the selected HubSpot theme or available templates. The client supplies final copy, images, links, legal language, and the conversion objective for each page. Setup includes practical page structure, responsive review, metadata, call-to-action placement, and connection to the included forms.
Configure Forms, Calls to Action, and One Conversion Path
Up to five approved HubSpot forms and up to three calls to action are configured with available contact properties, client-provided consent language, thank-you behavior, internal notifications, and basic follow-up settings. One complete conversion path is assembled from the included assets, connecting an approved call to action, landing page, form, and thank-you experience.
Establish the SEO and Measurement Foundation
Basic on-page SEO settings are prepared for up to 10 included pages or posts, including approved page titles, meta descriptions, URLs, headings, image alternative text, and available search recommendations. One supported Google Search Console property may be connected, and one existing Google Analytics measurement ID may be added with client authorization. Keyword research, technical remediation, and ranking guarantees are not included.
Organize Users and Publishing Access
Basic Content Hub access and publishing permissions are prepared for up to five named users using the roles and controls available in the client’s edition. The agreed structure can separate administrators, content creators, editors, and publishers so responsibility is clear without creating unnecessary access to unrelated portal tools.
Build Content Reports and Performance Visibility
Up to 15 approved content reports and two dashboards are configured using the data available in the portal. Reporting can focus on page views, traffic sources, blog performance, submissions, conversion rates, new contacts, and content-assisted activity when supported by the client’s edition, tracking configuration, and data quality.
Test and Prepare the Content Workspace for Launch
The approved domain, brand settings, theme, navigation, website pages, blog, landing pages, forms, calls to action, conversion path, SEO settings, user access, reports, and dashboards are reviewed and tested. Practical corrections and refinements are completed within the fixed package scope before the client approves launch.
Train the Team and Support the Initial Launch
The package includes two 60-minute live sessions for the portal administrator and content team, covering everyday publishing, form management, reporting, and governance. It also includes 14 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor adjustments to the assets delivered within the original approved scope.
