WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

HubSpot Revenue Hub Setup

Build one connected process from quote to payment.

Prepare the catalog, quote, approval, contract, billing, payment and reporting structure your team needs to manage revenue from the same HubSpot records they already use.

Design One Connected Quote-to-Cash Process

We review how products are priced, how deals become quotes, who approves commercial exceptions, how contracts and invoices are issued, and how customers pay. HubSpot Revenue Hub is then configured around one approved revenue process so sales, operations, and finance can work from connected customer and deal records instead of disconnected spreadsheets and billing tools.

Build a Practical Product and Service Catalog

Up to 50 approved products, services, or recurring offerings are created or organized in the HubSpot product library using client-provided names, SKUs, descriptions, prices, tax treatment, billing frequency, and other required details. Up to 10 product categories or collections may be prepared to make the catalog easier for representatives to search and use consistently.

Configure Pricing, Discounts, and Billing Models

Up to three approved pricing or billing models are configured using the native capabilities available in the client’s edition. The models may cover one-time charges, recurring services, retainers, milestone billing, discounts, payment terms, or another supported commercial structure. Final prices, tax treatment, legal language, and accounting decisions remain the client’s responsibility.

Create Branded Quote Templates

Up to two approved quote templates are prepared with the client’s logo, colors, sender information, standard sections, terms supplied by the client, and available native branding settings. The templates are designed around the agreed sales motion so quotes present products, pricing, billing schedules, acceptance requirements, and payment options in a consistent format.

Standardize Up to Ten Quote Packages

Up to 10 approved quote packages, product bundles, or common line-item combinations are prepared from the included catalog. This gives representatives a repeatable starting point for the most common sale types while preserving the ability to adjust an approved quote when the client’s process requires it.

Set Up Quote Approvals and Commercial Controls

Up to three approved quote-approval paths are configured when supported by the client’s Revenue Hub edition. Approval criteria can use available properties such as quote amount, discount, product, billing frequency, payment terms, acceptance method, or quote owner. Each included path may contain up to two sequential approval steps using the client’s named approvers and approved rules.

Connect Quotes, Contracts, and Deal Records

One approved quote-to-contract lifecycle is configured using the available Revenue Hub features. Up to 10 practical quote or contract properties may be created or organized to support contract status, term, renewal date, payment condition, commercial owner, or another approved operational requirement. The client provides all final legal templates, terms, and legal review.

Prepare Invoices and Billing Schedules

Up to five approved invoice or billing scenarios are configured and tested, such as a one-time invoice, deposit, milestone, recurring service, or renewal payment. The setup aligns invoice fields, payment terms, due dates, available tax settings, line items, customer records, and deal associations within the capabilities of the client’s edition and payment configuration.

Enable Payment Collection and Payment Links

One supported payment processor connection is configured using either HubSpot payments or the client’s connected Stripe account, subject to regional availability and provider approval. Up to five approved payment links are created for common purchase scenarios. Payment processing fees, merchant underwriting, chargebacks, and the processor’s approval of the client’s account are outside this package.

Configure Recurring Billing and Renewal Visibility

Up to five approved recurring billing, subscription, or renewal configurations are prepared when supported. The structure may use recurring line items, payment schedules, invoices, payment links, or subscription records to help the team track active revenue, renewal timing, payment status, and follow-up responsibilities from within HubSpot.

Connect One Supported Accounting System

One supported QuickBooks Online or Xero connection may be configured when the client has an eligible account, required permissions, and a compatible Revenue Hub setup. We prepare the agreed invoice and payment sync behavior available through the native connection. Reconciliation, bookkeeping, chart-of-accounts design, tax filing, and accounting advice are not included.

Automate Revenue Follow-Up and Internal Handoffs

Up to five approved native workflows are configured with up to 10 actions in each workflow. Automation may notify an approver, alert an owner when a quote is accepted, flag an overdue invoice, create a follow-up task, update deal or contract information, or route another routine revenue event using available HubSpot features.

Build Revenue Reporting and Management Dashboards

Up to 15 approved revenue reports and two dashboards are configured using the data available in the portal. Reporting can focus on quotes sent and accepted, quote approval activity, invoice status, payment collection, overdue balances, recurring revenue, renewal timing, product performance, commercial owner activity, and revenue trends when supported by the client’s edition and data quality.

Document, Test, Train, and Support the Launch

The client receives a product-catalog summary, quote and approval guide, billing and payment configuration summary, workflow register, and revenue-governance checklist. Included assets are tested using approved sample records, followed by two 60-minute live administrator and revenue-team training sessions and 14 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor adjustments within the original approved scope.
