WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

HubSpot Sales Growth Suite

Turn every new lead into a managed sales opportunity.

Create one connected sales workspace for capturing leads, routing ownership, keeping follow-up moving, managing deals and measuring team performance in HubSpot.

Design One Connected Sales Growth System

We begin by mapping how an inquiry becomes a known lead, how the team qualifies and follows up, when an opportunity is created, and what management needs to see. HubSpot Smart CRM, Sales Hub, lead capture, and reporting are then configured around one approved sales process so data, activity, ownership, and revenue visibility stay connected from the first conversion through the closed deal.

Configure the Core Portal and Team Access

Core portal settings, company information, time zone, business units where available, and account preferences are prepared for one approved HubSpot portal. Up to 10 named users are configured with practical access levels supported by the client’s active subscriptions and available seats, so each person can work in the tools relevant to their role.

Build a Clean Customer and Lead Data Foundation

Contacts, companies, activity history, ownership, and core record views are organized around the approved sales model. Up to 35 approved contact, company, deal, or lead properties are created or configured, giving the team a consistent way to capture lead source, qualification details, product interest, territory, sales status, owner, and agreed reporting information.

Define Lifecycle and Lead-Stage Structure

The customer lifecycle and lead-stage process are aligned with the way inquiries become qualified conversations, open opportunities, customers, and ongoing relationships. Required information, practical views, and agreed ownership cues are configured so the team knows what should happen next and managers can see where leads are getting stuck.

Create Two Practical Sales Pipelines

Up to two approved deal pipelines are configured with up to 10 stages each. Stages are aligned with the client’s approved sales motions, such as new business and renewals, inbound and outbound, or another agreed split. The setup includes stage outcomes, deal probabilities where available, required information, and practical views for pipeline management.

Connect Email, Calendar, and Meeting Tools

Basic email and calendar connection guidance is provided for up to 10 named users. Up to three approved meeting links or scheduling pages are configured with practical availability, meeting details, and assignment behavior supported by the client’s edition. The team can then log activity, schedule conversations, and keep customer context connected to the right records.

Prepare Consistent Sales Follow-Up

Up to 10 approved reusable sales templates, snippets, or saved responses are prepared using client-provided copy. Up to three approved sales sequences, each with up to eight steps, are configured when supported by the client’s active edition. The agreed sequences can support prospect follow-up, meeting reminders, re-engagement, or another approved sales use case.

Build the Lead-Capture Foundation

HubSpot tracking is prepared for one approved website using the access or installation method provided by the client. Up to five approved forms, up to 10 active or static lists, and one client-provided HubSpot landing page or conversion page are configured to capture inquiries, segment leads, trigger practical notifications, and connect new records to the sales process.

Automate Routing, Ownership, and Next Steps

Up to five approved native routing or automation rules are configured when supported by the client’s active edition. These may assign a new lead, create a task, notify an owner, update a property, set a lifecycle or lead stage, enroll an agreed sequence, or manage another routine handoff. Automation is built around the approved process and does not replace a broader custom integration or operational redesign.

Build Sales Dashboards and Revenue Visibility

Up to 15 approved native sales reports and three dashboards are configured using the data available in the portal. Reporting can focus on lead volume, source, conversion, response activity, meeting activity, ownership, pipeline coverage, deal value, stage movement, close rate, and team performance when supported by the client’s edition and data quality.

Test, Train, and Support the Launch

The approved portal settings, data structure, lifecycle, lead stages, pipelines, activity tools, sales assets, lead capture, routing, automation, reports, and dashboards are tested before launch. The package includes two 60-minute live training sessions for administrators and sales users, plus 14 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor refinements within the original approved scope.
