CONNECTED CUSTOMER SERVICE

One Organized Workspace for Customer Support and Service Visibility

The HubSpot Service Hub Setup package creates a launch-ready customer-service workspace for managing shared communication, support tickets, ownership, routing, live chat, customer feedback, and service reporting.

Design the Service Workspace Around Your Support Process

We review how customers request help, which channels the team uses, how tickets should move, who owns each request, and what managers need to monitor. HubSpot Service Hub is then configured around one approved customer-support process instead of leaving the team with disconnected inboxes and generic default settings.

Configure the Help Desk and Shared Inbox

One approved help desk workspace and one shared support inbox are prepared for the service team. One supported shared email channel is connected using the access and authorization provided by the client so incoming conversations can be reviewed, assigned, and connected to customer records.

Build a Clear Ticket Pipeline

One ticket pipeline is configured with up to 10 approved stages. The stages are aligned with the way the team receives, investigates, resolves, waits on, and closes customer requests so ticket status remains clear and consistent across the support process.

Organize Ticket Information and Priorities

Up to 15 approved custom ticket properties are created to capture the information required by the service team. Practical priority, category, source, customer, product, and resolution details can be organized using native property types supported by the client’s active edition.

Establish Ownership and Ticket Routing

Basic service access and ownership are prepared for up to five named users. Up to three approved native routing or ticket-automation rules are configured when supported by the client’s edition. Routing may use agreed criteria such as request type, priority, customer segment, product, territory, or another available property.

Add Live Chat to the Support Experience

One approved HubSpot live chat widget is configured for one website with client-provided branding, welcome messaging, availability, basic qualification fields, and routing behavior. Installation uses the website access or placement method provided by the client.

Prepare Consistent Service Responses

Up to 10 approved email templates, snippets, or reusable support responses are prepared using client-provided content. These resources help team members answer common questions consistently while preserving the ability to personalize each customer conversation.

Configure One Customer Feedback Survey

One approved customer feedback survey is configured using a survey type supported by the client’s active Service Hub edition. The setup includes the approved question, audience or trigger, basic delivery settings, and internal notification or follow-up behavior available within the fixed package scope.

Build Service Reports and Management Dashboards

Up to 10 approved service reports and two dashboards are configured using the data available in the portal. Reporting can focus on ticket volume, status, ownership, response activity, resolution progress, support channels, customer feedback, and team performance when supported by the client’s edition and data quality.

Test, Refine, and Hand Off Service Hub

The approved help desk, inbox, ticket pipeline, properties, routing, chat widget, reusable responses, feedback survey, reports, and dashboards are tested before launch. Practical refinements are completed within the fixed package scope, followed by one 90-minute live administrator and service-team handoff session.
