WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process starts, we collect the key information needed to build your brand identity.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

HubSpot Small Business Starter Setup

Launch the connected customer foundation your small business needs.

Bring customer data, lead capture, sales, basic service, content and reporting into one practical HubSpot workspace your team can use from day one.

Launch One Practical Customer Platform

We review how the business attracts leads, manages sales conversations, serves customers, and publishes simple content. HubSpot is then organized around one approved small-business operating model so customer information, lead capture, sales activity, support conversations, and reporting begin in the same connected workspace.

Configure the Core Account and Team Access

Core portal settings, company information, time zone, business units where available, and basic account preferences are prepared for one approved HubSpot portal. Up to five named users are configured with practical access levels supported by the client’s active subscriptions and seats so each person can work in the tools relevant to their role.

Build a Clean Smart CRM Foundation

Contacts, companies, activity history, ownership, and core record views are organized around the client’s approved customer process. Up to 25 approved contact, company, deal, or ticket properties are created or configured, giving the team a clear place to capture lead source, service interest, customer status, ownership, and other essential information.

Define Lifecycle Stages and One Sales Pipeline

The customer lifecycle is aligned with how a new inquiry becomes a qualified lead, an open opportunity, a customer, and an ongoing relationship. One deal pipeline is configured with up to seven approved stages, expected outcomes, stage probabilities where available, and required information so the team has one consistent way to manage sales progress.

Prepare Email, Calendar, and Meeting Tools

Basic email and calendar connection guidance is provided for up to five named users, with one approved meeting link or scheduling page configured for the business. Up to five reusable email templates, snippets, or sales responses are prepared using client-provided copy so team members can follow up consistently without rewriting the same messages.

Create a Lead-Capture Foundation

HubSpot tracking is prepared for one approved website using the access or installation method provided by the client. Up to five approved forms and up to five active or static lists are configured to capture inquiries, organize audiences, notify the right people, and give the business a dependable starting point for lead follow-up.

Establish Basic Marketing Follow-Up

Up to three approved marketing emails are prepared using client-provided branding, sender information, copy, links, and legal language. Up to two simple native follow-up or notification automations are configured when supported by the client’s active Starter tools, helping the business acknowledge new inquiries and keep internal owners informed.

Build a Simple Content and Conversion Presence

One client-selected HubSpot theme or native layout foundation is prepared using available settings, along with basic brand details supplied by the client. One approved landing page or website page is assembled from client-provided copy and imagery, with a connected form, call to action, and basic page metadata so the business has a usable conversion destination from day one.

Set Up the Shared Inbox and Ticket Process

One approved shared inbox and one ticket pipeline are configured for customer requests, with up to seven ticket stages and up to 10 ticket properties. One supported support email channel may be connected using client-provided authorization so incoming conversations can be assigned, tracked, and connected to the correct customer records.

Automate Everyday Handoffs

Up to three approved simple native automation rules are configured across the included CRM, sales, marketing, or service tools when supported by the client’s edition. These may create a task, notify an owner, update a property, set a lifecycle stage, route a form submission, or manage another routine handoff in the agreed process.

Build Management Reporting From the Start

Up to 10 approved native reports and two dashboards are configured using the data available in the portal. Reporting can focus on new leads, source, form activity, pipeline status, deal value, sales activity, open tickets, customer requests, and team ownership so the business can see core performance without exporting data into separate spreadsheets.

Test, Train, and Support the Launch

The approved account settings, CRM structure, lifecycle, pipeline, forms, lists, emails, page, inbox, ticket process, automation, reports, and dashboards are tested before launch. The package includes two 60-minute live training sessions for administrators and daily users, plus 14 calendar days of post-launch support for configuration questions and minor adjustments within the original approved scope.
