Service Scope
Klaviyo Email Campaign Setup & Launch is a fixed-scope service for one business, one Klaviyo account, and one single-channel email campaign.
The service prepares one campaign using final client-provided content and an existing Klaviyo template or standard campaign layout. We configure the approved recipients, sender information, campaign content, links, tracking, testing, and delivery settings before scheduling or sending the campaign.
This is a one-time campaign service rather than ongoing campaign management.
Review the Campaign Requirements
We review the materials and instructions supplied for the campaign.
The review covers:
- Campaign purpose
- Approved offer or message
- Intended recipients
- Existing template availability
- Final written content
- Supplied images
- Calls to action
- Destination URLs
- Sender information
- Requested send date and time
- Applicable tracking instructions
The client remains responsible for approving the campaign strategy, offer, content, recipients, and delivery timing.
Create One Klaviyo Email Campaign
We create and configure one regular email campaign inside the client’s Klaviyo account.
The service applies to one single-channel email campaign and does not include SMS, mobile push, WhatsApp, or a coordinated multichannel campaign.
We assign a practical internal campaign name and organize the available campaign settings related to the approved send.
Configure the Recipient Group
We configure the campaign to send to one existing Klaviyo list or one approved segment.
If a new segment is required, the service includes one segment containing up to five standard conditions based on information already available in the account.
Conditions may use approved criteria such as:
- Email marketing consent
- Profile properties
- Location
- List membership
- Engagement activity
- Purchase behavior
- Campaign activity
- Available integration data
Advanced segmentation strategy, predictive analytics, custom event development, database cleanup, and creation of multiple recipient groups are not included.
Review Recipient Eligibility
We review the visible estimated recipient count and obvious delivery exclusions before launch.
Some profiles may not receive the campaign because they are:
- Unsubscribed
- Suppressed
- Invalid
- Missing email consent
- Excluded by the selected segment
- Excluded by another campaign setting
- Restricted by Smart Sending
- Ineligible under Klaviyo’s platform rules
The final number of recipients may change as profile information, consent, segment membership, or campaign settings are updated.
Use an Existing Template or Standard Layout
The campaign is assembled using one existing Klaviyo template supplied or approved by the client.
If no suitable custom template exists, we can use a standard Klaviyo layout and apply the available client-provided brand assets within the limits of this service.
Custom email-template design, custom HTML development, multiple design concepts, and creation of a reusable modular template system require a separate service.
Assemble the Campaign Content
We place the final client-provided content into up to eight email sections.
Depending on the approved campaign, these sections may include:
- Announcement bar
- Header
- Hero message
- Introductory text
- Featured product or service
- Promotional offer
- Image and text section
- Customer testimonial
- Educational content
- Call-to-action section
- Social links
- Footer
The service includes placement of up to 10 client-provided images.
Copywriting, extensive rewriting, photography, custom illustration, advanced image editing, and creation of additional campaign assets are not included.
Configure the Subject Line and Preview Text
We configure one approved subject line and one corresponding preview-text version.
The client may provide the final wording or approve wording adapted directly from the supplied campaign content.
Multiple subject-line concepts, professional copywriting, AI-generated variation packages, and subject-line A/B testing are not included.
Configure the Sender Information
We configure the approved:
- Sender name
- Sender email address
- Reply-to email address
The sender information must use an address available and permitted within the client’s Klaviyo account.
Sending-domain verification, DNS changes, DKIM or DMARC configuration, inbox warming, and sender-reputation repair require separate services.
Apply Basic Personalization
We can add one basic profile-personalization element, such as the recipient’s first name, when the required data already exists in Klaviyo.
A practical fallback value is included so the campaign remains readable when the profile property is unavailable.
Advanced conditional logic, event-based content, dynamic tables, individualized product feeds, and complex personalization are not included.
Configure Links and Calls to Action
We add the client-provided destination URLs to the approved buttons, images, and text links.
The review covers:
- Primary call-to-action link
- Secondary links
- Image links
- Navigation links
- Social media links
- Contact links
- Footer links
- Preference-management link
- Unsubscribe link
The client must confirm that all supplied URLs, offers, product pages, prices, and destination content are accurate before launch.
Configure Campaign Tracking
We review and configure the available campaign-level tracking settings according to the client’s approved instructions.
This may include:
- Standard open tracking
- Standard click tracking
- Klaviyo conversion tracking readiness
- Approved default UTM parameters
- Approved campaign-specific UTM values
The service does not include Google Analytics configuration, conversion-event development, attribution consulting, tracking-code installation, or repair of third-party analytics systems.
Review Smart Sending
We review the campaign’s available Smart Sending setting and configure it according to the approved campaign instructions.
Smart Sending can prevent certain subscribers from receiving too many messages within a selected period. When enabled, eligible profiles who recently received another applicable message may be skipped.
The client must approve whether Smart Sending should be enabled or disabled for the campaign.
Review the Required Footer
We preserve or configure the standard footer elements required for the approved campaign.
These may include:
- Business name
- Mailing address
- Unsubscribe link
- Preference-management link
- Contact information
- Privacy-policy link
- Client-provided disclaimer
- Social media links
The client must provide accurate business information and determine which legal disclosures are required for its campaign and jurisdiction.
Preview and Test the Campaign
We review the campaign using Klaviyo’s available desktop and mobile preview tools.
The service includes one controlled test send to up to three client-provided inboxes.
The test review covers:
- Subject line
- Preview text
- Sender information
- General layout
- Images
- Buttons
- Text links
- Personalization fallback
- Footer information
- Desktop presentation
- Mobile presentation
- Obvious formatting problems
Testing across every email client, third-party inbox testing, spam-filter certification, and guaranteed rendering consistency are not included.
Complete the Pre-Launch Review
Before launch, we complete one standard pre-send review.
The review covers:
- Selected recipient group
- Visible estimated recipient count
- Suppression and exclusion readiness
- Subject line and preview text
- Sender and reply-to information
- Campaign content
- Images
- Links and buttons
- Tracking settings
- Smart Sending selection
- Footer information
- Requested delivery time and timezone
The client receives the prepared test and must review the final campaign carefully.
Require Written Approval
The campaign is not scheduled or sent until the client provides clear written approval.
Approval confirms that the client has reviewed and accepted:
- Final campaign content
- Recipient selection
- Sender information
- Subject line and preview text
- Links and destination pages
- Offers, prices, and dates
- Tracking settings
- Smart Sending selection
- Send date, time, and timezone
Changes requested after final approval may require rescheduling or an additional service.
Schedule or Launch the Campaign
After written approval, we complete one delivery action:
- Schedule the campaign for one approved future date and time, or
- Launch the campaign immediately
Only one initial launch is included.
A resend, follow-up send, campaign clone, corrected replacement campaign, A/B test, or delivery to another recipient group is treated as an additional campaign.
Confirm the Launch Status
After the campaign is scheduled or sent, we confirm the status visible inside Klaviyo.
The client receives a concise implementation summary identifying:
- Campaign configured
- Recipient group selected
- Subject line used
- Sender information configured
- Tracking settings applied
- Smart Sending selection
- Test send completed
- Approval received
- Scheduled or actual launch status
- Any visible platform restriction
Detailed post-send analytics, performance interpretation, campaign optimization, and ongoing monitoring are not included.
Client Requirements
Before work begins, the client must provide:
- Administrator access to the Klaviyo account
- Final approved campaign copy
- One existing template or complete usable brand assets
- Up to 10 prepared images
- Destination URLs for all buttons and links
- Approved sender name
- Approved sender email and reply-to address
- One existing list or clear segment instructions
- Confirmation of marketing permission for the intended recipients
- Approved subject-line direction
- Send date, time, and timezone
- Up to three inboxes for the test send
- Timely consolidated feedback
- Written final approval before launch
Campaign preparation begins after all required access, content, assets, and instructions are received.

Two consolidated revision rounds are included when submitted within seven days of the corresponding delivery and remain within the original campaign scope.
