ESSENTIAL KLAVIYO ECOMMERCE FLOWS

Automate the Journey From Signup to Review

Create a coordinated lifecycle foundation that introduces new subscribers to your brand, reconnects with interested shoppers, recovers incomplete checkouts, supports customers after purchase, and encourages valuable product reviews.

Service Scope

Klaviyo Essential E-commerce Flow Bundle is a fixed-scope implementation package for one business, one Klaviyo account, and one connected ecommerce store.

The bundle includes four coordinated email automations:

  • Klaviyo Welcome Series
  • Klaviyo Browse Abandonment
  • Klaviyo Abandoned Cart
  • Klaviyo Post-Purchase and Review Request

The complete package includes up to 12 branded email messages, strategic triggers, filters, delays, personalization, conditional logic, testing, activation, and implementation handoff.

The four services would cost $4,896 when purchased separately. The bundle price is $3,999, providing a total savings of $897.

Coordinated Customer Journey Strategy

We establish one coordinated lifecycle strategy across the four included flows.

The planning process covers:

  • Entry point for each automation
  • Purpose of each email
  • Customer eligibility
  • Message timing
  • Purchase and checkout exclusions
  • Product personalization
  • Offer placement
  • Review-request timing
  • Smart Sending preferences
  • Overlap between active flows
  • Manual or Live activation sequence

Each automation retains its own purpose and entry criteria while sharing an approved brand direction and messaging strategy.

The bundle does not combine the four customer journeys into one oversized flow. Each flow is created and managed separately inside Klaviyo.

Flow 1: Welcome Series

We create one Welcome Series triggered by the client’s approved primary subscriber list.

The Welcome Series includes:

  • Up to three branded emails
  • Up to two time delays
  • Up to three approved filters
  • Up to 12 approved images
  • Subscriber-entry configuration
  • Re-entry review
  • Marketing-status review
  • Offer or coupon placement when supplied
  • Desktop and mobile optimization
  • Testing and activation

The sequence may introduce the brand, communicate its value, feature important products or services, provide an approved introductory offer, and guide subscribers toward their first purchase.

The client must have one approved primary subscriber list and a functioning method for adding properly consented subscribers to that list.

Signup-form design and website form installation are not included in this bundle.

Flow 2: Browse Abandonment

We create one Browse Abandonment flow for identifiable shoppers who view a product but do not proceed to checkout or complete a purchase.

The Browse Abandonment flow includes:

  • Up to two branded emails
  • Up to eight post-trigger components
  • Up to two time delays
  • Up to one split
  • Up to eight approved images
  • Viewed Product trigger review
  • Checkout and purchase exclusion filters
  • Dynamic viewed-product content
  • Customer personalization
  • Desktop and mobile optimization
  • Testing and activation

The flow may remind shoppers about a viewed product, reinforce product value, provide supporting information, and guide them back to the relevant product page.

The store must already have functioning Klaviyo onsite tracking and a reliable Viewed Product event. Onsite tracking installation or repair is not included.

Flow 3: Abandoned Cart

We create one Abandoned Cart flow for shoppers who begin checkout but do not complete their purchase.

The Abandoned Cart flow includes:

  • Up to three branded emails
  • Up to 12 post-trigger components
  • Up to three time delays
  • Up to two splits
  • Up to 12 approved images
  • Approved checkout trigger
  • Completed-purchase exclusion filter
  • Dynamic cart or checkout content
  • Customer and product personalization
  • Offer placement when supplied
  • Desktop and mobile optimization
  • Testing and activation

The sequence may remind the shopper about the incomplete order, return them to the checkout experience, address common hesitation, reinforce product value, and present an approved incentive when appropriate.

The client’s ecommerce integration must already provide a reliable checkout event and completed-order event.

Default cart-recovery notifications from the ecommerce platform may need to be disabled to prevent duplicate messages. The client must approve any change affecting existing store notifications.

Flow 4: Post-Purchase and Review Request

We create one Post-Purchase and Review Request flow for customers who complete an order.

The flow includes:

  • Up to four branded emails
  • Up to 14 post-trigger components
  • Up to four time delays
  • Up to two splits
  • Up to three native actions
  • Up to 16 approved images
  • Purchase trigger and filter configuration
  • New or repeat-customer logic when supported
  • Order or product personalization
  • Post-purchase education or follow-up
  • Review-request configuration
  • Desktop and mobile optimization
  • Testing and activation

The sequence may include a thank-you message, product guidance, customer-care information, cross-sell or repeat-purchase content, and a review request.

One review configuration is included:

  • Klaviyo Reviews using the available review-request event and settings
  • One client-approved external review destination

Installing a third-party review application, configuring an entire review platform, migrating historical reviews, or paying review-platform subscription fees is not included.

Individual Flow Limits

Each flow retains its own approved quantities and technical boundaries.

Unused emails, delays, splits, components, actions, revisions, or images cannot be transferred from one flow to another.

For example, if the Browse Abandonment flow uses only one email, its unused second email cannot be added to the Welcome Series or Abandoned Cart flow.

Requests to redistribute quantities or create a materially different automation structure require a revised scope.

Unified Email Design

We establish one approved visual direction for all 12 included emails.

The email system may include:

  • Brand colors
  • Approved fonts
  • Logo placement
  • Header and footer styling
  • Button styling
  • Product-content blocks
  • Image treatment
  • Text hierarchy
  • Mobile-responsive spacing
  • Consistent calls to action

Up to 48 approved client-provided, website-sourced, or product-feed images may be used across the complete bundle according to the individual flow limits.

New branding, product photography, custom illustration, advanced image retouching, and custom-coded HTML email development are not included.

Dynamic Customer and Product Content

Where supported by the client’s integration and account data, the included emails may use:

  • First-name personalization
  • Customer information
  • Viewed-product information
  • Cart or checkout content
  • Order details
  • Product images
  • Product names
  • Product prices
  • Product-page links
  • Approved profile properties
  • Relevant catalog recommendations

Fallback content is configured where appropriate to reduce visible errors when optional profile information is unavailable.

Catalog repair, custom product feeds, custom recommendation algorithms, and source-data reconstruction are not included.

Trigger and Filter Configuration

We configure and review the appropriate trigger and eligibility rules for each included flow.

The configuration may include:

  • Subscriber-list entry
  • Viewed Product activity
  • Checkout activity
  • Completed-order activity
  • Review-request eligibility
  • Marketing status
  • Purchase exclusion
  • Checkout exclusion
  • Customer status
  • Product or order conditions
  • Re-entry behavior

The selected events must already exist and contain usable information.

Creating custom events, repairing an integration, implementing API tracking, or reconstructing historical event data requires a separate service.

Coordinated Timing and Sending Frequency

We configure the included delays according to the purpose of each flow and the client’s approved customer journey.

The timing strategy considers:

  • Immediate subscriber welcome
  • Time after viewing a product
  • Time after beginning checkout
  • Time after completing an order
  • Delivery or product-use timing
  • Review-request timing
  • Customer local time
  • Existing campaign frequency
  • Potential overlap between flows

Smart Sending and other message settings are reviewed according to the purpose of each email.

The service does not include long-term send-time experimentation or ongoing frequency optimization.

Offer and Coupon Placement

Client-approved offers may be incorporated into the Welcome Series, Browse Abandonment, or Abandoned Cart flow when appropriate.

The client must provide:

  • Final discount terms
  • Approved coupon codes
  • Offer expiration details
  • Eligible products or collections
  • Required exclusions
  • Correct website destination

We can insert approved static codes or supported existing Klaviyo coupon content. Creating ecommerce discount rules, calculating promotional profitability, or developing advanced coupon logic is not included.

Email and Tracking Settings

We review the essential settings for every included email.

This includes:

  • From name
  • From email address
  • Reply-to address
  • Subject line
  • Preview text
  • Smart Sending preference
  • UTM tracking
  • Link destinations
  • Marketing eligibility
  • Unsubscribe functionality
  • Message status

The client’s sending domain and general account configuration must already be operational. Domain authentication and deliverability setup are available separately.

Bundle Testing

We test the four flows using the preview and testing options available in Klaviyo.

Testing includes:

  • Trigger review
  • Filter evaluation
  • Delay configuration
  • Split-path review
  • Dynamic-content preview
  • Personalization fallback review
  • Product and checkout link testing
  • Review destination testing
  • Desktop and mobile email review
  • Test emails to up to three client-provided inboxes
  • Manual-mode review when appropriate

Testing depends on the events and representative data available in the client’s account.

KizilCo cannot guarantee that every possible customer, product, inventory, device, or email-client scenario can be reproduced during implementation.

Phased Activation

The four flows may be activated in a coordinated sequence so entry behavior, filters, and customer overlap can be reviewed before every message begins sending automatically.

Depending on the approved launch plan, individual messages may initially remain in Draft or Manual status before being placed in Live status.

No flow is activated without final client approval.

Implementation Handoff

The client receives an implementation summary identifying:

  • Four flows configured
  • Triggers selected
  • Filters applied
  • Emails created
  • Delays and splits configured
  • Dynamic content implemented
  • Review-request method selected
  • Testing completed
  • Status of each flow at handoff
  • Any unresolved account or integration limitation
  • Recommended next steps

The Klaviyo account, ecommerce store, customer information, email content, and associated business assets remain owned and controlled by the client.

Client Requirements

Before work begins, the client must provide:

  • Administrator access to the Klaviyo account
  • Access to the connected ecommerce store when required
  • A functioning ecommerce integration
  • One approved primary subscriber list
  • Reliable Viewed Product data
  • Reliable checkout activity
  • Reliable completed-order activity
  • Review platform or destination details
  • Approved sender name and sender address
  • Brand guidelines and logo files
  • Product information and approved images
  • Final offer and coupon information
  • Confirmation of marketing permission
  • Up to three test email addresses
  • Timely feedback and final approval

Missing events, incomplete catalog information, inaccessible integrations, unavailable assets, or delayed approvals may extend the delivery schedule.

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 20–30 business days after all required access, event data, business information, brand assets, offers, and review details are received.

Two consolidated revision rounds are included across the complete bundle when submitted within seven days of the initial delivery and remain within the original scope.

Revisions may address the included copy, design, timing, filters, splits, links, and standard configuration.

The revision allowance applies to the bundle as a whole, not separately to each email or flow. A replacement strategy, additional flow, additional message, or materially different creative direction requires a separate service.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following are not included:

  • Klaviyo subscription or usage fees
  • More than one Klaviyo account or ecommerce store
  • More than four automation flows
  • More than 12 email messages
  • Quantities exceeding the limit of an individual flow
