Learn to Manage Klaviyo With Confidence
Service Scope
Klaviyo Training & Consultation is a fixed-scope private training service for one business, one Klaviyo account, up to three participants, and one 90-minute live online session.
The service combines account-specific preparation, practical platform education, a live screen-shared walkthrough, focused consultation, questions and answers, and a personalized action checklist.
Training can be delivered in English, Russian, or Ukrainian when the preferred language is confirmed before scheduling.
This is an independent KizilCo training service. It is not an official Klaviyo Academy course, certification program, or Klaviyo-issued credential.
Pre-Session Questionnaire
The client receives one concise questionnaire to identify the business context, current Klaviyo experience, account status, priority questions, and desired outcomes.
The questionnaire covers:
- Business and ecommerce model
- Current Klaviyo experience
- Connected ecommerce platform
- Primary email-marketing goals
- Current lists and segments
- Existing campaigns and flows
- Known account problems
- Team responsibilities
- Up to three priority training topics
- Specific questions for the live session
The completed questionnaire must be received before the account and agenda review begins.
Account and Agenda Review
Before the live session, we complete up to 30 minutes of focused preparation.
This may include reviewing:
- Account navigation
- Visible account structure
- Lists and segments
- Existing campaigns
- Existing flows
- Signup forms
- Templates
- Integrations
- Analytics sections
- User access
- The client’s submitted questions
This preparation is not a comprehensive account audit. It is used to organize the training session around the client’s selected priorities.
Technical troubleshooting, data analysis, deliverability investigation, and implementation work are not included in the preparation allowance.
Select Up to Three Training Topics
The client may select up to three related Klaviyo topics for the live session.
Available topics may include:
- Account navigation and organization
- Profiles, lists, and segments
- Email campaigns
- Email templates
- Signup forms
- Flows and automation
- Triggers, filters, delays, and splits
- Ecommerce customer data
- Product and event personalization
- Campaign and flow analytics
- Deliverability fundamentals
- Consent and suppression tools
- User roles and permissions
- Testing and previewing messages
- Reporting and performance review
- Recommended workflow and maintenance
The three topics should fit reasonably within one 90-minute session. Broad subjects may need to be narrowed during preparation.
Advanced technical subjects such as APIs, custom events, custom integrations, webhooks, predictive modeling, and custom code require separate consultation or implementation services.
Private 90-Minute Live Session
We conduct one private 90-minute online session using an approved video-meeting platform.
The session is structured around:
- The client’s current level of experience
- The selected topics
- Account-specific examples
- Live navigation through Klaviyo
- Practical demonstrations
- Client questions
- Recommended next steps
The goal is to help the client understand how relevant Klaviyo features work and how to manage routine tasks with greater confidence.
Training is adapted to the client’s account and business context rather than delivered as a generic platform presentation.
Live Account Walkthrough
Where appropriate access is provided, the session takes place inside the client’s Klaviyo account through screen sharing.
The walkthrough may demonstrate how to:
- Navigate major account areas
- Locate profiles and customer activity
- Review lists and segments
- Understand segment conditions
- Find campaigns and templates
- Review flow triggers and filters
- Preview email content
- Interpret basic performance metrics
- Locate account and user settings
- Identify relevant troubleshooting information
The client’s Klaviyo role affects which areas and settings are visible. Owner, Admin, Manager, Campaign Coordinator, or other roles may provide different permissions.
The client is responsible for providing access appropriate to the selected training topics.
Practical Demonstrations
The session may include limited demonstrations using existing account features, drafts, or test data.
Examples may include:
- Creating a sample segment definition
- Reviewing a campaign draft
- Previewing a flow email
- Explaining a trigger or filter
- Demonstrating personalization variables
- Reviewing analytics
- Showing where to manage users or settings
- Explaining how to test a message
Demonstrations are educational and limited to what can reasonably be completed during the session.
Building a production campaign, flow, form, template, integration, or complete segment system is not included.
Questions and Answers
The client may ask questions throughout the session.
Priority is given to questions related to the three approved training topics and the client’s visible Klaviyo configuration.
Questions requiring extensive research, legal interpretation, custom technical development, third-party platform investigation, or work outside Klaviyo may be documented for a separate service.
The session duration is fixed at 90 minutes, including questions and answers.
Personalized Action Checklist
After the training session, the client receives a concise action checklist based on the topics discussed.
The checklist may identify:
- Recommended account tasks
- Settings requiring review
- Campaign or flow priorities
- List and segment improvements
- Testing recommendations
- Relevant Klaviyo resources
- Items requiring professional implementation
- Suggested order of completion
The checklist is a practical handoff, not a comprehensive strategy report, technical audit, implementation plan, or legal compliance document.
Session Recording
One session recording is included when:
- Recording is requested before the session
- The selected meeting platform supports recording
- Every participant provides permission
- No technical restriction prevents recording
The recording is provided for the client’s internal training use.
KizilCo cannot guarantee recording availability if the meeting platform, browser, device, participant permissions, or unexpected technical conditions prevent it.
Official Learning Resources
The client receives links to relevant official Klaviyo Help Center or Klaviyo Academy materials connected to the selected topics.
These resources may include:
- Getting-started learning paths
- Flow training
- Campaign instructions
- Segmentation guidance
- Template-editor courses
- Signup-form training
- Account and user documentation
External learning materials are provided as supplementary resources and remain subject to Klaviyo’s availability and platform changes.
Seven-Day Email Follow-Up
One consolidated email follow-up is included for up to five short clarification questions.
The questions must:
- Be submitted together
- Be received within seven calendar days of the session
- Relate directly to the approved training topics
- Request clarification rather than implementation
- Be answerable without a new account investigation
Additional questions, another meeting, new topics, account troubleshooting, or implementation work require a separate service.
Client Requirements
Before the session, the client must provide:
- Klaviyo account access appropriate to the selected topics
- Completed training questionnaire
- Up to three approved topics
- Specific questions or problem areas
- Names of up to three participants
- Preferred training language
- Preferred meeting times
- A reliable internet connection
- A computer suitable for screen sharing
- Timely confirmation of the scheduled session
Participants should join from a computer rather than a mobile phone when they plan to follow along inside Klaviyo.
Scheduling and Rescheduling
The session is normally scheduled within 5–10 business days after the completed questionnaire, required access, and preferred availability are received.
The session must take place within 60 calendar days of purchase.
One rescheduling request is included when submitted at least 24 hours before the confirmed meeting time.
Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. Additional sessions or time beyond the included 90 minutes require a separate purchase.
