Service Scope
LinkedIn Ads Management is a monthly recurring service for one business, one LinkedIn Campaign Manager account, one primary market, and up to eight approved active LinkedIn campaigns. It is designed for businesses that already have eligible campaigns and need ongoing performance oversight, practical optimization, and clear monthly reporting.
Performance Monitoring and Budget Pacing
We monitor the included active campaigns and review delivery, spend pacing, reach, engagement, clicks, leads, conversion signals where available, and visible campaign performance trends. We make practical budget-pacing recommendations and adjustments within the approved campaign scope to help maintain controlled delivery across the month. LinkedIn ad spend is paid directly by the client and is not included in this service.
Audience, Bid, and Campaign Optimization
We refine audience direction, geography, delivery settings, bid direction, campaign settings, and available optimization controls based on the approved business objective and observed account performance. We also review exclusions, retargeting-audience use, campaign overlap, and available audience refinements where the current account structure supports them.
Existing Campaign and Asset Adjustments
The service includes up to eight minor approved text or asset updates per month across the included campaigns, using client-provided final copy and assets. Minor updates may include replacing approved ad text, destination URLs, existing images, videos, documents, calls to action, budget settings, schedules, or audience criteria. New campaign builds, new ad concepts, creative production, copywriting projects, and major campaign restructures are separate services.
Measurement and Lead-Experience Review
We review the existing conversion-goal direction and provide practical feedback on the current destination pages, lead experience, and visible measurement signals. This service uses the tracking already available in the account. Insight Tag or Conversions API implementation, event creation, tracking repair, attribution work, CRM integration, and landing-page development are not included.
Monthly Reporting and Review
You receive one monthly performance report summarizing the included campaign activity, visible performance results, key changes made, current priorities, and recommended next actions. One 30-minute monthly review call is included to discuss performance, upcoming priorities, approved changes, and any decisions needed from the client.
Onboarding, Timing, and Scope Boundaries
Management begins within 5–7 business days after complete intake, required account access, approved campaign list, business objectives, target-market direction, budget information, and existing creative assets are received. The client retains ownership of the LinkedIn account and remains responsible for billing, taxes, policy compliance, verification, approvals, and final business decisions.
This service does not include LinkedIn ad spend, new campaign builds, account recovery, billing support, tracking implementation or repair, creative production, copywriting projects, video editing, landing-page development, website edits, CRM work, list sourcing, contact enrichment, additional accounts, additional markets, campaigns above the included limit, or performance guarantees. Ongoing management covers only the approved recurring scope.
