Build a Clear Company Voice on LinkedIn

Give your LinkedIn company page a regular publishing rhythm with content grounded in your business expertise. We turn company information and subject-matter input into professional copy, branded visuals, and a monthly plan.

Service Scope

This package covers one existing LinkedIn company page, one business, one brand, and one English-language content stream for 30 days. It includes 12 company page posts: eight single-image publications and four document carousels of up to five pages each. It applies to the company page; management of an executive's personal profile is a separate service.

Give your LinkedIn company page a regular publishing rhythm with content grounded in your business expertise. We turn company information and subject-matter input into professional copy, branded visuals, and a monthly plan.

Pricing and Service Period

The package price is USD 799.00 for one 30-day management period. Ongoing service can be renewed monthly under the agreed service arrangement. Paid advertising management and advertising spend are separate.

Clarify the Company Message and Audience

We review the page, existing posts, available analytics, and the client's business goals. During onboarding, we agree on the audience, tone, products or services to explain, and the company's approved areas of expertise. We use supplied company material to develop topics; original interviews, extensive external research, and unsupported industry claims are outside the scope.

  • 1 kickoff session of up to 30 minutes
  • 1 company page and available analytics review
  • 1 agreed audience and messaging direction
  • Minor company-description and website-link corrections

Prepare Business-Focused Posts and Document Carousels

We build one 12-slot calendar around approved business themes, useful explanations, company updates, and supplied evidence. Each post receives an original English caption of up to 2,000 characters and a relevant call to action. We design eight single-image visuals and four document carousels using one visual direction based on the existing brand.

  • 1 calendar with 12 company page publication slots
  • 12 original English captions of up to 2,000 characters each
  • 8 branded single-image visuals
  • 4 document carousels with up to 5 pages each
  • PDF exports for approved document posts

Review and Publish the Monthly Batch

We submit the calendar and materials for review, apply one consolidated revision round, and publish the 12 approved posts according to the agreed schedule. The client validates business facts, company claims, and any named customer examples. Replacing the content direction or requesting new concepts after approval is quoted separately.

  • 1 consolidated pre-publication revision round
  • Scheduling and publishing of 12 approved company posts
  • Copy, document-format, and destination-link checks
  • Approved calendar and publication record

Support Public Discussion and Report on Activity

We check public comments on the managed posts twice weekly on business days, with up to two hours of reply and escalation work across the month. Replies use approved facts; technical, commercial, or sensitive questions are referred to the client's contact. The monthly report reviews available page and post metrics and recommends useful adjustments for the next content period.

  • Public-comment checks twice weekly
  • Up to 2 hours of comment response and escalation work
  • 1 monthly page-performance report
  • 1 report-review call of up to 30 minutes

Testing and Quality Review

Before publication, we review included materials against the approved calendar, brand direction, and business information. Reports use analytics available in the selected account.

  • Check spelling, approved business facts, and destination links
  • Review visual legibility and selected publication formats
  • Verify agreed content counts and the approved calendar
  • Publish only after client approval
