LINKEDIN DOCUMENT ADS CAMPAIGN

Turn a useful B2B resource into a focused lead-generation campaign.

We configure one LinkedIn Document Ads campaign around your approved guide, report, checklist, or case study, with targeted delivery and one native Lead Gen Form to capture interested prospects.

Service Scope

LinkedIn Document Ads Campaign Setup is a fixed-scope campaign-build service for one business, one LinkedIn Campaign Manager account, one primary market, one client-provided document, one Document Ads campaign, and one native LinkedIn Lead Gen Form. It is designed for businesses that want to promote a useful B2B resource while collecting relevant lead details inside LinkedIn.

Document and Offer Setup

We upload and configure one approved client-provided document, such as a PDF guide, report, checklist, case study, brochure, or other eligible downloadable resource. The client supplies the final document file, approved title, supporting ad copy, call to action, and any required legal or brand approvals. Document writing, design, layout, editing, and file repair are not included.

Audience and Campaign Direction

We configure one prospecting audience approach based on the approved target market. This may include relevant location, industry, company size, job function, seniority, job-title, or professional-interest criteria where appropriate and available. The campaign is aligned with the approved document, audience direction, budget, schedule, and available delivery settings.

Native Lead Gen Form Setup

We create and configure one native LinkedIn Lead Gen Form with up to four approved standard fields. The form includes the approved headline, supporting details, privacy-policy URL, call to action, and post-submission confirmation message or destination link. The client remains responsible for the privacy-policy URL, legal wording, and approval of the information collected.

Document Ad Variation Setup

We configure up to two approved Document Ad variations using client-provided copy and the approved document asset. This service covers campaign assembly, document upload, call-to-action setup, and launch settings. It does not include ad-copy writing, document design, creative strategy, graphic production, or content revisions.

Lead Access and Campaign Settings

We provide native lead-access direction so the client knows how to access submitted form leads after launch. We also configure the approved budget, schedule, geographic settings, available placements, and delivery controls. CRM integration, automatic lead routing, spreadsheet automation, email automation, lead scoring, and follow-up workflows are separate services.

Quality Assurance and Handoff

Before handoff, we review the document upload, campaign objective, audience direction, Lead Gen Form, call to action, approved copy, budget direction, schedule, and visible campaign settings. You receive a launch-ready campaign in paused status, together with one concise handoff summary explaining the completed configuration and remaining client steps before activation.

Client Inputs, Timeline, and Scope Boundaries

After purchase, the client provides Campaign Manager access, the final document file, target-market direction, approved ad copy, Lead Gen Form details, privacy-policy URL, approved budget, and required legal or brand approvals. Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after complete intake, required access, and approved assets are received.

One consolidated clarification round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the approved scope. Ad spend, campaign activation, billing support, document creation or editing, copywriting, creative production, additional documents, additional Lead Gen Forms, CRM integration, automatic lead routing, full Insight Tag or Conversions API setup, landing-page work, policy appeals, optimization, reporting, ongoing management, and performance guarantees are not included.
