LOCAL SEO MANAGEMENT

Keep Growing Where Your Customers Are Searching

Build stronger local visibility month after month through continuous optimization of your business profiles, website, location signals, reviews, citations, and local search opportunities.

Service Scope

Local SEO Management is an ongoing SEO service designed to improve and maintain the local organic search presence of one business.

The service covers one primary website, one primary business location or service-area business, and the approved geographic market targeted by the monthly local SEO program.

Each month, we review local search performance, monitor important business profiles and website signals, identify new opportunities, and implement approved improvements within scope.

The objective is to create continuous improvement across local organic search, Google Maps visibility, business profile quality, website relevance, citations, reviews, and location-based customer discovery.

Monthly Local SEO Strategy

Each monthly cycle begins with a review of current local search priorities.

Strategy may consider:

  • Priority services
  • Priority products
  • Target cities or service areas
  • Local search visibility
  • Google Business Profile performance
  • Website location signals
  • Local keyword opportunities
  • Competitor activity
  • Citation consistency
  • Review presence
  • Local content gaps
  • Conversion performance

The monthly plan evolves as previous priorities are completed and new opportunities become more important.

Local Search Performance Review

We review available local organic search performance to understand what is improving, declining, or changing.

The review may include:

  • Local organic traffic
  • Local search impressions
  • Organic clicks
  • Local landing page performance
  • Geographic traffic
  • Local conversions
  • Branded local searches
  • Non-branded local searches
  • Service + location searches
  • Priority page visibility

Available data is used to guide the next round of optimization.

Google Business Profile Management

Where access is provided, the Google Business Profile is reviewed and optimized as part of the monthly program.

Ongoing work may include:

  • Business information review
  • Primary category review
  • Secondary category review
  • Services
  • Products where applicable
  • Business description
  • Business hours
  • Special hours
  • Service areas
  • Website links
  • Appointment or contact links
  • Business attributes
  • Profile completeness
  • Client-provided photos
  • Location information consistency

Changes are made only when they accurately reflect the business.

Google Business Profile Performance Review

Where performance data is available, we review customer activity associated with the Google Business Profile.

The review may include:

  • Profile views
  • Website visits
  • Calls
  • Direction requests
  • Customer actions
  • Search visibility observations
  • Search terms where available
  • Performance trends

These signals help determine which parts of the local presence require additional attention.

Local Keyword Monitoring

We monitor priority location-based searches associated with the client’s products and services.

These may include:

  • Service + city
  • Product + city
  • Service + region
  • Industry + location
  • Local commercial searches
  • Near-me search themes
  • Service-area searches
  • Branded local searches
  • Long-tail local queries

Keyword priorities may change over time as the website gains visibility and new opportunities emerge.

Local Search Intent Review

We review whether priority pages match the intent behind important local searches.

Searchers may be trying to:

  • Find a nearby provider
  • Compare local businesses
  • Request a quote
  • Book an appointment
  • Purchase locally
  • Visit a physical location
  • Find service availability
  • Research local options
  • Contact a business

Website and profile optimization is aligned with the action customers are most likely to take.

Website Local SEO Optimization

The website is continuously reviewed for opportunities to strengthen legitimate geographic relevance.

Optimization may include:

  • Page titles
  • Meta descriptions
  • H1 headings
  • Service-area terminology
  • Location references
  • Contact information
  • Business address
  • Local internal links
  • Existing page copy
  • Geographic relevance
  • Calls to action
  • Location-specific supporting information

Local terms are used naturally and only for areas the business genuinely serves.

Location Page Optimization

Where the website has location or service-area pages, priority pages may be optimized as part of the monthly program.

Optimization may include:

  • Local keyword targeting
  • SEO titles
  • Meta descriptions
  • Headings
  • Service information
  • Geographic context
  • Contact details
  • Internal links
  • Customer-focused information
  • Calls to action
  • Google Business Profile alignment

The number of pages optimized each month depends on complexity and monthly priorities.

Local Landing Page Planning

Where the business has legitimate geographic expansion opportunities, we may identify potential location or service-area pages that could support future growth.

Recommendations may include:

  • City landing pages
  • Regional service pages
  • Location pages
  • Service + location combinations
  • Local FAQ sections
  • Local resource content

Creation of large numbers of new pages is not automatically included in the monthly management fee.

Local Content Strategy

We identify content opportunities that can support local search relevance and customer acquisition.

Potential topics may include:

  • Local service questions
  • Geographic service information
  • Local customer concerns
  • Area-specific FAQs
  • Regional industry topics
  • Local guides
  • Location-based resources
  • Service availability information
  • Community-related business topics

Content recommendations are prioritized according to relevance and realistic search value.

Local Content Optimization

Existing content may be improved to strengthen local relevance where appropriate.

Optimization may include:

  • Clarifying service areas
  • Improving local terminology
  • Strengthening service descriptions
  • Adding geographic context
  • Improving customer questions
  • Updating outdated location information
  • Improving internal links
  • Strengthening page structure

Reasonable optimization of existing content is included within the monthly workload.

Business Information Consistency

We monitor the consistency of core business information across major owned and local search properties.

The review may include:

  • Business name
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Website URL
  • Business hours
  • Service areas
  • Business categories
  • Location information

Major inconsistencies are prioritized because they may create customer confusion and weaken local search signals.

Citation Monitoring

Selected local citations and business directory profiles may be reviewed periodically for accuracy.

Monitoring may identify:

  • Incorrect business name
  • Old address
  • Incorrect phone number
  • Broken website URL
  • Duplicate profiles
  • Incorrect categories
  • Outdated hours
  • Missing information

Reasonable corrections to existing accessible listings may be completed within scope.

Large-scale citation creation or extensive directory cleanup is available separately.

Directory Opportunity Review

We may identify relevant business directories or industry-specific platforms where the company should consider establishing or strengthening a profile.

Opportunities may include:

  • Local business directories
  • Industry directories
  • Professional associations
  • Regional business organizations
  • Business discovery platforms
  • Relevant niche directories

The focus is on legitimate and relevant platforms rather than mass-directory submission.

Review Presence Monitoring

We review the business’s customer review presence across relevant platforms.

The review may include:

  • Review volume
  • Recent reviews
  • Review frequency
  • Profile rating observations
  • Response activity
  • Reputation trends
  • Duplicate profiles
  • Platform consistency

The objective is to maintain a healthy and professional review presence without manipulating customer feedback.

  • Complaints
  • Customer service issues

Routine response writing at unlimited volume is not included unless separately agreed.

Reputation Risk Monitoring

During the local SEO program, we may identify reputation issues that could affect customer trust or branded local search.

These may include:

  • Duplicate review profiles
  • Outdated business information
  • Significant negative review trends
  • Incorrect third-party listings
  • Unclaimed profiles
  • Conflicting business information

Major reputation issues are documented with recommended next steps.

Local Competitor Monitoring

Relevant local competitors may be reviewed periodically to identify changes in the search environment.

The review may consider:

  • Google Business Profile positioning
  • Categories
  • Reviews
  • Services
  • Local landing pages
  • Search visibility
  • Local content
  • Website optimization
  • New geographic targeting
  • Authority signals

Competitor activity is used for context and opportunity discovery rather than copying competitor tactics.

Local Keyword Gap Analysis

We periodically identify local searches where competitors may have stronger visibility than the client.

Potential gaps may include:

  • Service + location searches
  • Product + location searches
  • Regional queries
  • Local informational searches
  • Commercial local queries
  • Location-specific content
  • Supporting service-area topics

Relevant opportunities are added to the local SEO action plan.

Maps Visibility Review

We monitor the client’s local search presence in relation to Google Maps and other local search experiences where practical.

The review may consider:

  • Business profile completeness
  • Search categories
  • Website relevance
  • Review presence
  • Location consistency
  • Service area
  • Competitor positioning
  • Local search coverage

Local visibility can vary significantly by user location and search context, so map observations are directional rather than fixed rankings.

Bing Places Review

Where applicable and access is available, Bing Places information may also be reviewed for consistency.

The review may include:

  • Business information
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Website
  • Business hours
  • Categories
  • Photos
  • Location information
  • Website consistency

This helps maintain a broader local presence beyond Google.

Local Structured Data Monitoring

Where local structured data exists, we review it for basic consistency and accuracy.

The review may include:

  • LocalBusiness
  • Organization
  • Address
  • Phone number
  • Opening hours
  • Website
  • Geographic information
  • Breadcrumb relationships
  • Relevant service data

Minor corrections may be included within scope.

Large-scale schema development may require a separate structured data project.

Local Internal Linking

We review and improve internal links connecting important local content with the rest of the website.

Optimization may include:

  • Homepage-to-location links
  • Service-to-location links
  • Location-to-service links
  • Contact page links

The goal is to make important local pages easier to discover and understand.

The review may include:

  • Indexed pages
  • Non-indexed pages
  • Sitemap inclusion
  • Canonical issues
  • Noindex directives
  • Crawlability
  • Duplicate local pages
  • Search Console observations

Significant indexing issues are added to the monthly priority list.

Search Console Monitoring

Where access is available, Google Search Console is reviewed for local organic search opportunities and technical issues.

The review may include:

  • Local search queries
  • Location landing pages
  • Search impressions
  • Organic clicks
  • Click-through rate
  • Average position
  • Indexing issues
  • Sitemap observations
  • Geographic performance

Search Console data helps connect local SEO activities with actual search performance.

Analytics Review

Where reliable analytics is available, we review local organic traffic and customer actions.

The review may include:

  • Organic users
  • Organic sessions
  • Location page traffic
  • Geographic traffic
  • Lead submissions
  • Calls where tracked
  • Appointments
  • Purchases
  • Conversion rate
  • Revenue where applicable

This helps prioritize local SEO based on business results rather than visibility alone.

Local Conversion Review

Where conversion tracking exists, we evaluate how local organic search contributes to meaningful customer actions.

Conversions may include:

  • Calls
  • Contact forms
  • Quote requests
  • Appointment bookings
  • Store visits where measurable
  • Purchases
  • Registrations
  • Other approved customer actions

Tracking limitations are documented when source data is incomplete.

Mobile Local Experience Review

Local searches frequently occur on mobile devices, so priority local pages are reviewed for obvious mobile usability concerns.

The review may include:

  • Contact accessibility
  • Phone links
  • Directions
  • Forms
  • Page readability
  • Calls to action
  • Location information
  • Navigation

The review may consider:

  • Brand name
  • Brand + location
  • Brand + reviews
  • Brand + services
  • Business profiles

The review may consider:

  • Local brand information
  • Business entity consistency
  • Website location signals
  • Public business profiles
  • AI referral traffic
  • Local source citations where observable
  • Service-area clarity

AI-assisted discovery is treated as an extension of the broader local search foundation rather than a replacement for traditional local SEO.

Scope Boundaries

Local SEO Management is an ongoing optimization and monitoring service for one business and one primary location or service-area business.

It does not include unlimited website development, unlimited content writing, unlimited Google Business Profile posting, unlimited review responses, guaranteed review acquisition, fake or purchased reviews, extensive citation campaigns, large-scale directory submissions, reputation crisis management, complete website redesign, major website migration, dedicated backlink campaigns, large-scale digital PR, paid advertising management, or third-party software and directory fees.

Additional physical business locations may require separate scope or an expanded monthly plan.

Monthly workload is prioritized according to local SEO impact and available service capacity rather than guaranteeing a fixed number of rankings, pages, citations, reviews, posts, links, or technical tasks.

Google, Bing, business directories, review platforms, and other third-party services independently control profile verification, publication, rankings, review moderation, map placement, indexing, and search-result presentation.

Local search results may vary by physical location, device, search history, query, competition, and other factors outside KizilCo’s control.

The service does not guarantee specific local rankings, Google Maps positions, review ratings, calls, website traffic, leads, appointments, conversions, or revenue.
