Service Scope

Logo Design Package is a focused service for businesses that need a professional, polished, and ready-to-use logo without purchasing a full brand identity package. It provides a strong visual mark that can be used across your website, social media profiles, business documents, presentations, marketing graphics, and other customer-facing materials.

The process begins with an understanding of your business, market, audience, and visual preferences. From there, we develop logo directions, refine the selected concept, and prepare the final approved files for practical business use.

Brand Discovery Questionnaire

Before the design process begins, we collect the information needed to create a logo that fits your business. This includes your business name, industry, target audience, preferred logo style, preferred colors, competitors, examples of logos you like, business goals, positioning, slogan or tagline where available, and relevant website or social-media links.

If you have an existing logo, brand files, or visual materials, these can also be shared as part of the discovery process.

Logo Concept Development

We create logo concept directions based on your business brief, industry, target audience, and preferred visual style. The objective is to identify a logo direction that feels professional, relevant to your market, and easy to use across both digital and print materials.

The concept-development process includes visual exploration, direction development, review of client feedback, refinement of the selected direction, and completion of the final approved logo design.

Final Logo Files

Once the final logo direction is approved, we prepare the logo system for everyday business use. Your final delivery includes a primary logo, an alternative logo version, an icon or submark version, color, black, and white versions, plus transparent-background files where applicable.

Files are prepared for web and print use. Vector files are included where applicable so the final approved logo can be scaled for signage, packaging, large-format materials, and other professional uses.

Basic Color Guidance

This package includes basic color guidance for the final logo so it can be used consistently across web, print, and digital materials. You receive the primary logo color, a secondary color where applicable, black and white versions, HEX color codes, and basic guidance for using the approved logo system correctly.

Copyright and Intellectual Property Transfer

After the project is completed and paid in full, you receive a written Copyright / Intellectual Property Ownership Transfer Document for the final approved logo.

The document confirms that the final approved logo was created specifically for your business, paid for by you, and assigned to your business for exclusive use. The final approved logo may be used on your website, social-media profiles, business cards, signage, packaging, marketing materials, digital advertising, documents, and other business materials.

The final approved logo will not be resold to another client. Unused concepts, unused drafts, rejected logo directions, and internal design files remain the property of Veteran Global Solutions unless purchased separately or otherwise agreed in writing.

Final Delivery Folder

All final assets are delivered in an organized folder for easy access by your team, printer, web designer, or marketing partners. The folder may include PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files, along with web-ready and print-ready versions, transparent-background files, black and white versions, the final approved logo files, and the Copyright / Intellectual Property Ownership Transfer Document.

Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after all required information is received. The timeline may depend on how quickly the client provides the necessary business details, visual preferences, and feedback during the review process.

Revisions

Logo concept development includes exploration and refinement based on the original approved business brief. After the final logo direction is selected, the package includes two rounds of refinement revisions to polish the approved concept.

Additional major changes after the final direction has been approved may require an additional fee if they change the original project scope.

Client Requirements

To begin the project, the client should provide the business name, industry, short business description, target audience, preferred logo style, preferred colors where applicable, examples of logos they like, competitor examples, available website or social-media links, slogan or tagline where applicable, and any existing logo or brand files.

Scope Boundaries

This package includes logo design only. It does not include a full brand strategy, full brand guidelines, full typography system, business-card design, letterhead design, email-signature design, social-media templates, website design, paid-advertising setup, trademark registration, legal trademark search, or copyright registration with the U.S. Copyright Office.

The included Copyright / Intellectual Property Ownership Transfer Document applies to the final approved logo created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received. Trademark registration is not included. If you wish to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, this should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Full brand identity, business-card design, letterhead design, email-signature design, social-media branding, website design, CRM setup, and marketing automation may be purchased separately.
