Service Scope
Meta Ads Account Audit & Action Plan is a fixed-scope diagnostic service for one business, one website or primary domain, and one primary geographic market. It is designed for businesses with an existing Meta Ads account that need a clear, independent assessment before continuing to spend, rebuilding campaigns, scaling budgets, or changing their advertising approach.
The audit reviews up to 10 active or paused campaigns and focuses on the practical issues that can limit performance, create unnecessary spend, weaken conversion quality, or make reporting difficult to trust.
Account Structure and Campaign Review
We review the overall account structure, including the relationship between campaigns, ad sets, ads, objectives, conversion locations, budget setup, naming logic, and campaign status. The review identifies whether the account structure supports clear decision-making or whether campaigns may be competing, overlapping, or making performance harder to evaluate.
We also assess whether the selected campaign objectives align with the stated business goal, whether that goal is awareness, website traffic, leads, messages, sales, or another agreed outcome.
Performance, Spend, and Budget Analysis
You receive a review of up to 90 days of available performance data, spend, delivery patterns, cost per result, conversion activity, budget allocation, and pacing. We identify where budget appears to be supporting meaningful activity and where spend may be limited by weak structure, unclear optimization, poor audience quality, insufficient data, or another practical issue.
The audit does not guarantee savings, lower costs, leads, sales, or a specific return on ad spend. It provides the information needed to make better next decisions.
Audience, Placement, and Funnel Review
We review the account’s targeting approach, including prospecting audiences, retargeting audiences, exclusions, custom audiences, lookalike audiences where available, placements, and the role each campaign plays within the customer journey.
The audit identifies potential audience overlap, missing exclusions, weak retargeting logic, limited funnel coverage, and other areas where the account may not be reaching the right people with the right message at the right stage.
Ads, Creative, and Destination Review
We review the available ad creative, primary text, headlines, calls to action, destination URLs, and visible policy status within the approved campaign scope. The review considers message clarity, offer alignment, creative variety, audience relevance, call-to-action strength, and whether the ad experience supports the intended customer action.
This service provides findings and recommendations only. It does not include new ad creative, video production, graphic design, photography, copywriting, or ad rebuilds.
Tracking, Attribution, and Data Quality
We assess the available Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event configuration, conversion priorities, attribution settings, and reported conversion data relevant to the account. The review identifies visible tracking gaps, unreliable signals, missing event logic, duplicate events, or measurement issues that should be addressed before scaling spend.
Pixel installation, Conversions API implementation, event repair, consent configuration, CRM integration, Google Tag Manager work, and technical tracking changes are separate services.
Landing-Page and Conversion-Path Review
We review up to three relevant destination URLs for message alignment, offer clarity, trust signals, call-to-action placement, mobile readiness, conversion friction, and suitability for paid Meta traffic.
You receive practical recommendations on issues that may reduce the quality of traffic, leads, bookings, or purchases. This package does not include landing-page design, development, copywriting, website edits, or funnel implementation.
Policy, Asset, and Account-Risk Review
We identify visible policy concerns, account-asset issues, access dependencies, delivery restrictions, rejected ads, and other risks that may require attention. This is a practical review based on the access and information available at the time of the audit. It is not legal advice and does not guarantee approval, reinstatement, or resolution of Meta policy decisions.
30-, 60-, and 90-Day Action Plan
The final report organizes the findings into a prioritized action plan. It distinguishes the issues that should be addressed immediately from the improvements that can be made after foundational tracking, account structure, creative, landing-page, or audience work is complete.
The roadmap is designed to help you decide what to fix first, what can wait, what should be tested, and whether the account is ready for additional budget.
Final Deliverable
You receive one detailed Meta Ads Account Audit & Action Plan in PDF or equivalent digital format, plus one 30-minute review call. The report includes the reviewed account scope, prioritized findings, performance observations, account and campaign notes, measurement concerns, landing-page observations, and recommended 30-, 60-, and 90-day actions.
Client Inputs and Timeline
After purchase, the client provides view-level access to the relevant Meta Ads account and completes the onboarding form with business information, website links, target audience, priority offers, goals, current account status, available historical performance data, monthly budget range, and desired conversion actions.
Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after required access and intake information are received. Missing access, delayed information, additional ad accounts, brands, websites, markets, campaigns, or assets may extend the timeline or require separate approval.
Review, Clarifications, and Scope Boundaries
One consolidated clarification round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. This audit does not include account changes, campaign rebuilds, campaign launch, budget changes, Pixel or Conversions API implementation, catalog or Commerce Manager work, ad creation, copywriting, landing-page development, ongoing optimization, or management.
Recommendations are based on the account access and information provided by the client and do not guarantee reach, traffic, leads, conversion rate, cost per result, ROAS, revenue, policy approval, account recovery, or any specific business outcome.
