META ADS MANAGEMENT

Keep Meta campaigns under active review with disciplined budget, audience, creative, and delivery decisions.

This monthly service manages up to three approved Meta campaigns for one business, one ad account, and one primary market. It turns live performance data into routine adjustments, asset refreshes, monthly reporting, and decisions grounded in the approved campaign goal and budget.

Service Scope

Meta Ads Management is a recurring management service for one business, one approved Meta advertising account, and one primary geographic market. It is designed for businesses with active Meta campaigns that need regular performance review, practical optimization, reporting, and clear next-step decisions.

The service is sold with a three-month initial commitment and continues monthly thereafter unless changed or cancelled under the agreed service terms.

Account and Campaign Readiness

Before management begins, the client must provide appropriate Meta access, active or approved campaigns, accurate business information, current offer details, working destination URLs, and the data sources required for the selected campaign goal.

For website lead or sales campaigns, the relevant Meta event and website purchase, form, or booking path must already be working. This package does not install, repair, or redesign Meta Pixel, Conversions API, event tracking, consent configuration, website checkout, forms, or landing pages.

If the account requires initial strategy, audit, campaign build, catalog setup, or tracking setup, the relevant Meta setup service must be purchased separately.

Campaign and Ad Set Limits

Management includes up to three active Meta campaigns and up to six active ad sets at one time. These may support approved awareness, traffic, lead, message, sales, catalog, or retargeting goals where the necessary assets and data sources already exist.

A new campaign architecture, major campaign rebuild, new conversion location, expanded market, new brand, additional website, additional ad account, or campaign volume beyond these limits requires separate approval.

Ongoing Optimization

We review campaign performance weekly and make practical in-account adjustments based on delivery, spend, audience response, approved objectives, available conversion data, creative performance, and Meta platform controls.

Optimization may include approved changes to budget allocation, schedule, bid or delivery settings, placements, audience settings, exclusions, ad distribution, destination URLs, and campaign controls.

Where eligible and appropriate, we may use Meta automation or Advantage+ settings. Feature availability is determined by Meta and may vary by account, campaign type, business category, and market.

Audience and Delivery Management

We refine existing audiences, exclusions, retargeting settings, and delivery controls within the approved campaign structure. This may include managing existing website, customer, catalog, or Meta-engagement audience sources where the client has the required rights and permissions.

Customer-data cleanup, CRM integration, new Pixel or Conversions API work, new audience architecture, large-scale segmentation, and advanced lookalike or retargeting setup are separate services.

Creative and Campaign Updates

The service includes up to four new or refreshed ad variations per calendar month using client-provided or client-approved images, videos, product details, offer information, and message points.

We format approved assets into Meta ad fields and may make up to two approved destination, offer, or campaign-setting updates per month. Creative production, photography, video editing, motion graphics, extensive copywriting, new landing pages, and full creative strategy are not included.

Budget and Spend Control

The client sets and funds Meta ad spend directly through the approved Meta advertising account. We do not increase the approved budget or make a material budget change without client approval.

Meta may distribute delivery unevenly across individual days under its own budget rules. The client remains responsible for all advertising spend, payment issues, taxes, fees, and charges invoiced by Meta.

Reporting and Monthly Strategy

Each month, the client receives one practical performance report covering the relevant metrics available in Meta Ads Manager, such as spend, delivery, reach, clicks, leads, messages, purchases, cost per result, return on ad spend, or other approved campaign measures.

The service also includes one monthly 45-minute strategy call to review performance, business changes, priorities, risks, and recommended next actions.

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide timely access, approvals, product or service information, active offers, destination URLs, campaign budgets, compliant creative assets, and accurate business disclosures. The client is responsible for responding to leads, messages, orders, customer-service issues, inventory changes, and website or checkout issues.

Delayed approvals, missing assets, account restrictions, policy review, broken destination pages, tracking problems, or changes to business priorities may delay optimization work or require a separate scope.

Scope Boundaries

This service does not include Meta Ads strategy, account audit, Meta Business Portfolio setup, Ads Manager setup, campaign builds beyond the included management limits, Pixel or Conversions API setup, conversion-event repair, catalog setup, Commerce Manager work, product-feed work, policy appeals, account recovery, creative production, landing-page development, website changes, CRM setup, sales follow-up, or performance guarantees.

Leads, sales, revenue, ROAS, cost per result, conversion rate, audience size, approval status, ad delivery, and any specific business outcome are not guaranteed.
