Service Scope
Meta Catalog & Commerce Manager Setup is a fixed-scope product-data and commerce-asset setup service for one business. It is designed for businesses that want to organize an existing product source inside Meta for catalog-based advertising and eligible Meta commerce features.
Commerce Eligibility
Meta controls eligibility for Commerce Manager, Shops, product approval, and available commerce features. The business, connected domain, product information, country, Page, Instagram account, and policies must meet Meta’s current requirements.
We set up the approved assets and submit available configurations where permitted. This package does not guarantee approval for a Meta Shop, product listings, commerce features, Marketplace visibility, or any specific Meta surface.
Catalog and Data Source Setup
We create or configure one Meta product catalog and connect one supported product data source. This may include Shopify, WooCommerce, or another approved product feed or file.
The package includes syncing or importing up to 100 standard product items. We review the standard information needed for a functional catalog, including product title, description, price, availability, destination link, image link, and other supported attributes supplied by the client.
Product Data Requirements
The client is responsible for providing accurate, current, policy-compliant product information, images, prices, availability, shipping details, return information, legal disclosures, and website links.
This package does not include product copywriting, product photography, image editing, pricing strategy, inventory management, product-page development, or extensive data cleanup. Complex variants, custom product builders, subscriptions, bundles, personalized products, advanced pricing rules, and large catalogs require separate approval.
Commerce Manager and Connected Assets
Where Meta permits, we create or configure one Commerce Manager commerce account and connect one Facebook Page and one eligible Instagram professional account.
Meta Business Portfolio access is required. Meta Business Portfolio & Ads Manager Setup is a separate service if the business portfolio, permissions, or core advertising assets are not already in place.
Catalog Diagnostics and Basic Corrections
We review the product data source, refresh settings, catalog health, and up to 20 current catalog warnings or item issues. We make practical corrections to standard field mapping or supplied product data where possible within the package scope.
Policy appeals, account recovery, complex feed errors, custom API work, source-code changes, platform troubleshooting, duplicate-resolution projects, and extensive rejected-product remediation are not included.
Catalog Readiness for Ads and Commerce
The completed catalog is prepared for eligible catalog-based advertising and Meta commerce use. This can support future catalog ads, dynamic product ads, Advantage+ catalog ads, or eligible Shops configurations.
This package does not create, launch, manage, or optimize a Meta advertising campaign. Meta Website Sales Campaign Setup, Meta Advantage+ Sales Campaign Setup, and retargeting services are separate products.
Client Inputs and Timeline
The client must provide Meta access, the connected business information, store or feed access, approved product data, product images, destination URLs, Page and Instagram access where applicable, and required commerce disclosures.
Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after all required access, information, product data, and approvals are received. Delayed platform access, incomplete data, policy restrictions, account limitations, or product-source issues may extend the timeline.
Scope Boundaries
This package does not include Meta Ads strategy, paid campaign setup, Pixel or Conversions API setup, checkout or payment setup, on-Meta payments or payouts, tax setup, shipping-rate setup, fulfillment, product-feed development, custom API integration, product copywriting, photography, website development, policy appeals, account recovery, ongoing catalog maintenance, or performance guarantees.
Meta approval, product visibility, sales, ad delivery, traffic, conversions, ROAS, revenue, and any specific business outcome are not guaranteed.
