MICROSOFT ADVERTISING ACCOUNT & BILLING SETUP

Start Microsoft Ads with the account structure and billing foundation in place.

We set up the Microsoft Advertising account, administrative settings, access roles, and billing readiness your business needs before conversion tracking, Merchant Center work, or campaign creation begins.

Service Scope

Microsoft Advertising Account & Billing Setup is a fixed-scope account-foundation service for one business, one Microsoft Advertising account, and one primary geographic market. It is designed for businesses that need a properly organized advertising account before implementing UET tracking, connecting Merchant Center, importing campaigns, or launching Microsoft Ads.

The service establishes the administrative structure, account settings, user access, and billing readiness required for future advertising activity. Platform eligibility, identity checks, payment approval, and policy compliance remain subject to Microsoft’s review and the client’s submitted information.

Account Foundation and Administrative Settings

We create or organize one Microsoft Advertising account using the business information approved by the client. This includes the core account profile, account naming, organizational structure, visible administrative settings, and the setup choices required for the account to be managed clearly over time.

Before setup, the client confirms the legal business information, primary market, time-zone preference, and currency preference. These settings are selected only from the information approved by the client because some choices can be difficult to change after account creation.

Billing Readiness

We configure the account’s billing-readiness settings and identify the actions required before advertising spend can begin. We provide practical guidance on the billing profile, payment-method process, and account settings that need client confirmation.

The client enters and maintains all payment-card, bank, tax, authentication, and billing credentials directly. We do not collect, retain, or store payment-card data, banking details, passwords, or verification codes. Payment approval, billing limits, payment failures, and tax treatment are controlled by Microsoft and the client’s payment provider.

Access, Roles, and Account Control

We configure access for up to three client users based on the roles approved by the business. We also provide an ownership and access checklist so the business retains clear control over its Microsoft Advertising environment after handoff.

The client remains responsible for maintaining secure credentials, approving user access, enabling any required account-security controls, and removing former staff members, agencies, or vendors when appropriate.

Handoff and Next Steps

After setup, you receive a practical handoff confirming the completed account foundation, approved settings, access structure, billing-readiness status, and the next actions required before advertising can begin.

The next logical services may include Microsoft UET Tag & Conversion Tracking Setup for measurement, Microsoft Merchant Center & Product Feed Setup for e-commerce, or the appropriate Microsoft Ads campaign-setup service.

One fixed-scope correction round is included, along with 14 calendar days of post-setup support for minor in-scope corrections.

Client Inputs, Timeline, and Scope Boundaries

After purchase, the client provides the legal business name, approved business details, primary market, time-zone and currency preferences, authorized user emails, and any documents or actions required for Microsoft verification. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after all required information and access are received.

Microsoft account verification, identity verification, payment approval, payment-card entry, tax advice, billing disputes, account recovery, support tickets, UET Tag implementation, conversion tracking, Merchant Center setup, product-feed work, campaign creation, campaign import, creative production, ad spend, reporting, optimization, and ongoing management are not included.
