Service Scope

One eligible website and one Clarity project. Includes installation through one supported route, review of up to five representative page templates, and up to five custom tags using existing available signals.

Add supported behavioral measurement through Microsoft Clarity. Configure access, masking, useful segmentation, and collection checks before your team reviews recordings and heatmaps.

Pricing and Service Period

The price is USD 499.00 for the complete one-time project within the stated scope. Additional websites, accounts, quantities, data preparation, or implementation requirements are quoted separately.

Review Eligibility and Collection Settings

We confirm the website is suitable for Clarity, review existing installations, and agree on masking and consent settings. The package is not offered for websites targeting people under 18.

Install and Organize the Project

We configure one Clarity project, the selected installation route, team access, and up to five custom tags from existing page signals. A supported GA4 link is added when available and approved.

Check Collection and Masking

We verify representative visits and masking behavior across up to five page templates, then provide a usage guide covering recordings, heatmaps, filters, and collection limits.

Testing and Quality Review

• Confirm representative test visits appear in the project
• Check intended sensitive-field masking on selected templates
• Validate included custom tags and available account links

Client Requirements

The client retains ownership of accounts and supplies the information and permissions needed for the approved work.

• An eligible website and approved Clarity account ownership
• Website or GTM publishing access
• Approved masking choices and applicable consent settings
• One named contact for approvals, account ownership, and consolidated feedback
• Timely access, usable source data, and approval of the agreed measurement definitions

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 3–5 business days after all required access, source data, approvals, and supported account capabilities are confirmed. External account approvals, unavailable data, platform processing, and client-dependent development can affect the schedule.

One consolidated correction round is included for the approved definitions, configuration, quantities, or factual findings. New objectives, replacement datasets, extra accounts, changed designs, and additional features require a separate scope.

• Native mobile SDK implementation or custom application events

Software, hosting, cloud usage, phone usage, paid apps, and third-party connector fees are purchased separately. Measurement is limited by available data, platform capabilities, consent choices, and browser behavior. No specific sales result or complete attribution of every customer is promised.
