MICROSOFT MERCHANT CENTER & PRODUCT FEED SETUP

Give your product catalog the foundation it needs for Microsoft Shopping and Performance Max.

We set up Microsoft Merchant Center and one primary product feed, review the product data needed for eligibility, and prepare your catalog for future Shopping or Performance Max campaigns.

Service Scope

Microsoft Merchant Center & Product Feed Setup is a fixed-scope catalog foundation service for one Microsoft Merchant Center store, one primary product feed, one website or storefront, one primary market, and up to 100 active products or variants.

It is designed for e-commerce businesses selling eligible physical products that need a properly configured Merchant Center and product-feed foundation before launching Microsoft Shopping Ads or product-based Performance Max campaigns. Campaign creation, activation, and ongoing feed management are separate services.

Merchant Center Store and Website Readiness

We create or organize one Microsoft Merchant Center store using the business and storefront information approved by the client. We review the destination website URL, store details, storefront requirements, and practical readiness needed for Merchant Center setup.

The client is responsible for providing ownership access, legal business information, approved website details, valid SSL checkout, privacy policy, return policy, contact information, and any other information required for store approval. Merchant Center approval, platform eligibility, policy decisions, and manual reviews remain under Microsoft’s control.

Product Feed Setup

We configure one primary product feed for one approved target market. The feed may use a supported existing product-data source, scheduled feed URL, platform connection, or approved import method, depending on the client’s storefront and available data.

The service includes up to 100 active products or variants. Each product or variant requires complete and accurate source information from the client or the existing store catalog. Products beyond the approved limit, multiple feeds, multiple markets, custom feed rules, supplemental feeds, and advanced inventory feeds require separate scope approval.

Product Attribute Review and Readiness

We review the product information required for feed readiness, including product title, description, image, destination URL, price, availability, condition, brand, GTIN or MPN where applicable, product category, and other relevant attributes available in the source data.

We provide in-scope formatting and attribute-readiness guidance to improve the quality of the submitted feed. The client remains responsible for the factual accuracy of product information, prices, inventory, shipping commitments, tax details, legal claims, regulatory compliance, and product identifiers.

This service does not include unlimited catalog cleanup, product research, product photography, image editing, full product-copywriting projects, SKU restructuring, inventory-system repair, or data collection from suppliers.

Shipping, Returns, and Storefront Policy Readiness

We review the visible readiness of shipping, return, privacy, contact, and storefront-policy information needed to support product-feed eligibility. We identify missing or inconsistent information that should be addressed before the store and feed are relied on for advertising.

We do not draft legal policies, provide legal or tax advice, configure fulfillment operations, set shipping rates, create return workflows, or guarantee approval of any policy or product.

Feed Submission, Linking, and Diagnostics

We configure the approved feed-submission method and, where the source supports it, scheduled feed retrieval. We link the Merchant Center store to the approved Microsoft Ads account and review the visible feed diagnostics after submission.

If product or store issues appear, we provide in-scope remediation guidance for the approved feed and product limit. Large-scale disapprovals, policy appeals, repeated troubleshooting, account recovery, Microsoft support cases, and out-of-scope source-data corrections are not included.

Handoff and Next Steps

You receive a concise implementation handoff covering the Merchant Center store, product-feed connection, products within scope, diagnostics reviewed, and the practical next steps before advertising begins.

After the feed is active and suitable for product advertising, the next logical services are Microsoft Shopping Ads Campaign Setup or Microsoft Performance Max Campaign Setup.

Client Inputs, Timeline, and Scope Boundaries

After purchase, the client provides Microsoft Advertising and storefront access, website ownership access, primary target market, up to 100 approved products or variants, complete product data, product images, pricing, availability, brand and identifier information, shipping and return details, privacy and policy pages, and the approved product-data source or feed URL where available. Standard delivery is 10–15 business days after all required access and information are received.

One consolidated revision round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. Campaign setup, campaign activation, ad spend, Performance Max setup, Shopping campaign setup, UET Tag implementation, conversion tracking, advanced feed engineering, custom code, product disapproval appeals, ongoing feed monitoring, product catalog management, reporting, optimization, and ongoing management are not included.
