Service Scope
Microsoft Performance Max Campaign Setup is a fixed-scope campaign-build service for one business, one Microsoft Ads account, one website or storefront, and one primary geographic market. It is designed for businesses that want a single automated campaign structure built around approved conversion goals, audience signals, budget direction, and available assets.
The service includes up to two Microsoft Performance Max campaigns and up to four total asset groups. Campaigns are delivered paused and launch-ready for the client’s final review, billing confirmation, and activation.
Conversion Goals and Campaign Readiness
Before campaign build begins, the client must have reliable Microsoft Ads conversion tracking already active or purchase Microsoft UET Tag & Conversion Tracking Setup separately. We review the existing conversion goals and identify the approved actions the Performance Max campaigns should optimize toward.
Depending on the business, these may include lead submissions, purchases, bookings, add-to-cart actions, qualified website visits, or another approved conversion goal already available in the account. Tracking implementation, event mapping, attribution repair, CRM integration, offline conversion imports, and technical troubleshooting are not included.
Campaign and Asset Group Structure
We build up to two Microsoft Performance Max campaigns and up to four total asset groups. The structure is organized around the client’s approved offers, products, destination pages, conversion priorities, audience direction, and budget range.
We configure the available campaign settings, locations, language direction, budget direction, automated-bidding direction, destination URLs, and asset-group structure needed for the approved scope. Additional markets, websites, offers, business units, products, or campaigns require separate approval.
Audience Signals
We configure up to four audience signals to give the campaigns a practical starting point for reaching relevant customers. These signals may use approved demographic, interest, remarketing, customer, product, or other supported audience direction available within the client’s account.
Audience signals help guide automated delivery but do not guarantee that campaigns will serve only to those audiences. Audience sourcing, customer-list research, data cleanup, consent collection, list uploads, CRM integration, and ongoing audience optimization are separate services.
Assets and Product Selection
We configure the client-supplied text, image, logo, and other supported campaign assets within the approved asset groups. The client supplies all approved copy, brand assets, images, claims, offers, calls to action, and destination URLs required for the campaign.
For retail campaigns, we can configure product selection from one existing, active, eligible Microsoft Merchant Center store with approved product data. Merchant Center setup, product-feed creation, feed optimization, product-data corrections, disapproval fixes, product photography, product copywriting, and inventory management are not included.
Quality Assurance and Launch-Ready Handoff
Before handoff, we complete a practical quality-assurance review of the campaign settings, conversion-goal connection, audience signals, asset groups, supplied assets, destination URLs, and product selection where applicable. You receive the completed campaigns in a paused, launch-ready state.
The client remains responsible for campaign activation, billing, ad spend, platform approval, product-feed health, policy compliance, and actual delivery after launch.
Client Inputs, Timeline, and Scope Boundaries
After purchase, the client provides Microsoft Ads account access, the primary market, approved conversion goals, website or storefront URLs, budget range, up to four audience-signal directions, approved offers, client-supplied text and image assets, logos, and Merchant Center access if product promotion is required. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after all required intake information, access, tracking, and assets are received.
One consolidated revision round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. Campaign activation, ad spend, monitoring, reporting, optimization, management, UET Tag or conversion-tracking implementation, Merchant Center setup, product-feed work, disapproval fixes, video production, video assets, creative production, copywriting, landing-page development, account recovery, policy appeals, and performance guarantees are not included.
