MICROSOFT SHOPPING ADS CAMPAIGN SETUP

Put approved product data in front of customers already looking to buy.

We build Microsoft Shopping campaigns around your approved catalog, priority products, conversion goals, budgets, and product-group structure—ready for final review and launch.

Service Scope

Microsoft Shopping Ads Campaign Setup is a fixed-scope campaign-build service for one Microsoft Ads account, one active Microsoft Merchant Center store, one existing approved product data source, one store, and one primary country. It is designed for e-commerce businesses selling eligible physical products that already have Merchant Center and product-feed foundations in place.

The service includes up to two Standard Shopping campaigns, up to six product-group subdivisions, and an initial negative-keyword framework of up to 20 approved terms or themes. Campaigns are delivered paused and launch-ready for the client’s final approval, billing confirmation, and activation.

Merchant Center and Product-Data Prerequisites

Before work begins, the client must have an active Microsoft Merchant Center store, a linked Microsoft Ads account, an existing product data source, approved product availability for the target country, and product information suitable for Shopping advertising.

This product does not create or repair Merchant Center, build or optimize a product feed, edit product titles or descriptions, correct product attributes, resolve disapprovals, configure shipping or tax settings, or obtain product-policy approval. Those activities belong in Microsoft Merchant Center & Product Feed Setup.

Shopping campaigns are intended for eligible physical products and merchant-approved inventory. Digital services, consulting packages, and other non-feed-eligible offers should use Microsoft Search Ads or another suitable campaign type instead.

Campaign and Product-Group Structure

We build up to two Standard Shopping campaigns around the client’s approved product priorities, category structure, target country, budget range, and commercial goals. We configure up to six product-group subdivisions to create a practical structure for product categories, priority items, or approved product segments.

The campaign structure is designed to make future monitoring and optimization easier. It does not include unlimited product segmentation, multiple stores, multiple countries, local inventory, custom labels, advanced feed rules, or additional campaign types.

Product Selection, Budget, and Bidding Direction

We configure the campaign settings, target country, budget direction, bidding direction, campaign priority direction, product selection, available exclusions, and initial negative-keyword framework. The negative-keyword framework contains up to 20 approved terms or themes intended to reduce obviously irrelevant search exposure within the fixed scope.

The client remains responsible for the advertising budget, account billing, product availability, prices, shipping promises, inventory status, and any changes to product data after campaign handoff.

Conversion Goals and Measurement Readiness

We connect the Shopping campaigns to the client’s existing Microsoft Ads conversion goals where available. This may include a purchase action or another approved e-commerce conversion goal already configured within the account.

Microsoft UET Tag implementation, conversion-goal creation, tracking repair, analytics setup, attribution configuration, CRM integration, offline conversion imports, and custom checkout work are not included. If conversion tracking is not already available, Microsoft UET Tag & Conversion Tracking Setup should be completed first.

Quality Assurance and Launch-Ready Handoff

Before handoff, we complete a practical quality-assurance review of the approved campaign structure, product-group subdivisions, settings, product selection, negative-keyword framework, destination URLs, and conversion-goal connection. You receive the completed Shopping campaigns in a paused, launch-ready state.

The client remains responsible for final campaign approval, activation, account billing, ad spend, product-feed health, policy compliance, and any platform review or delivery conditions after launch.

Client Inputs, Timeline, and Scope Boundaries

After purchase, the client provides Microsoft Ads account access, Microsoft Merchant Center access, the primary target country, approved product priorities or categories, budget range, existing conversion-goal details, and confirmation that the product data source is active and approved. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after all required intake information and access are received.

One consolidated revision round is included when submitted within seven days of delivery and remains within the original approved scope. Merchant Center setup, feed creation or optimization, product-data edits, shipping or tax configuration, product disapproval fixes, tracking implementation, Performance Max, local inventory, activation, ad spend, reporting, optimization, management, creative production, and performance guarantees are not included.
