Service Scope
Microsoft Video & Connected TV Ads Campaign Setup is a fixed-scope service for one Microsoft Advertising account, one eligible primary geographic market, and one campaign in a single selected format: Microsoft Video Ads or Microsoft Connected TV Ads.
Online Video Ads are intended for video-enabled digital experiences, while Connected TV Ads are intended for full-screen streaming environments. The client selects one format before work begins. Setup of both Video and Connected TV campaigns requires separate scope.
Campaign Foundation
We configure one campaign using the approved business objective, primary market, audience direction, budget range, schedule, bidding direction, frequency-cap direction, and final destination paths. The campaign is structured for awareness, reach, video views, consideration, or another approved upper-funnel objective supported by the selected format.
The service does not include media planning across multiple markets, multiple campaign types, test-and-learn optimization, or post-launch restructuring.
Video Creative Configuration
We configure one primary client-provided video asset and up to two supporting video variations. The setup includes placement of the approved video files, brand elements, destination URLs, calls to action, and available campaign fields required for the selected format.
The client supplies final approved video assets, messaging, logos, subtitles, legal disclosures, calls to action, and destination URLs. Video production, scripting, editing, animation, motion graphics, voiceover, captions, resizing, thumbnail design, creative strategy, and stock licensing are not included.
Audience, Geography, and Frequency Direction
We configure up to two approved prospecting audience directions based on the client’s ideal customer, market, offer, and campaign objective. Where available for the selected format and market, the setup may also include initial content-suitability or genre direction.
We configure geographic targeting, schedule, budget, bidding, and frequency-cap settings according to the client’s approved plan. Audience-data research, customer-list preparation, data cleanup, consent collection, customer-audience uploads, remarketing setup, and ongoing placement or audience optimization are separate services.
Destination and Measurement Readiness
We connect up to three approved website, landing-page, product-page, service-page, or other campaign destination URLs. Where an existing Microsoft conversion goal is available, we connect the campaign to the approved measurement objective and review its visible readiness before handoff.
Microsoft UET Tag installation, conversion tracking, attribution configuration, CRM integration, offline conversion imports, landing-page development, website changes, and analytics implementation are not included.
Quality Assurance and Handoff
Before handoff, we review the campaign structure, video assets, targeting direction, destination URLs, budget settings, frequency settings, and available measurement connection for obvious setup issues. The campaign is delivered paused and launch-ready so the client retains final control over activation and advertising spend.
One fixed-scope correction round is included for minor setup corrections. Platform availability, inventory, delivery, eligibility, and performance can vary by market, audience, creative, budget, competition, and Microsoft Advertising policies. Reach, views, leads, sales, and return on ad spend are not guaranteed.
Client Inputs, Timeline, and Scope Boundaries
After purchase, the client provides Microsoft Advertising account access, the selected format, primary market, campaign objective, budget range, approved audience direction, final video assets, logos, approved messaging, destination URLs, and access to any existing conversion goals. Standard delivery is 7–10 business days after all required information and assets are received.
Campaign activation, ad spend, live monitoring, reporting, bid or budget adjustments, frequency changes, creative production, UET Tag or conversion-tracking implementation, audience-data work, retargeting, landing-page work, CRM or funnel integration, optimization, and ongoing management are not included.
