MONTHLY SEO MANAGEMENT

Keep Improving Your Organic Search Performance

Turn SEO into an ongoing growth process with continuous monitoring, optimization, technical maintenance, content planning, and monthly decisions based on real search performance.

Service Scope

Monthly SEO Management is an ongoing SEO service designed to continuously improve the organic search visibility, technical health, content relevance, and search performance of one existing website.

The service covers one primary website, one primary geographic market, and the agreed priority pages, products, services, categories, and search opportunities selected for the monthly SEO program.

Each month, we review current performance, identify the highest-priority opportunities, implement approved improvements within scope, and update the SEO action plan based on current website conditions and available search data.

The objective is to create continuous SEO progress rather than treating optimization as a one-time project.

Monthly SEO Strategy

Each monthly cycle begins with a review of current priorities and the areas most likely to create meaningful SEO improvement.

Monthly strategy may consider:

  • Search performance changes
  • Priority business services
  • Priority products or categories
  • Ranking opportunities
  • Technical issues
  • Content gaps
  • Search intent changes
  • Competitive activity
  • Indexing conditions
  • Internal linking opportunities
  • Local SEO opportunities
  • Authority development needs

The exact work performed each month may change as the website develops and new opportunities become more important.

SEO Performance Review

We review available organic search performance to understand what improved, declined, or changed during the reporting period.

The review may include:

  • Organic search clicks
  • Search impressions
  • Click-through rate
  • Average search positions
  • Organic traffic
  • Organic landing pages
  • Conversions where tracking is available
  • Search query trends
  • Branded search performance
  • Non-branded search performance
  • Geographic performance
  • Device performance

Performance data is used to guide future optimization priorities.

Google Search Console Monitoring

Where access is available, Google Search Console is reviewed regularly as part of the monthly SEO process.

Monitoring may include:

  • Search queries
  • Search impressions
  • Organic clicks
  • Click-through rates
  • Landing page visibility
  • Indexing status
  • Sitemap status
  • Page indexing issues
  • Core Web Vitals observations
  • Search enhancement reports
  • Manual actions
  • Security issues

Important findings are incorporated into the monthly optimization plan.

Google Analytics Review

Where Google Analytics or another approved analytics platform is available, organic traffic behavior may also be reviewed.

The analysis may include:

  • Organic users
  • Organic sessions
  • Landing pages
  • Engagement
  • Conversions
  • Revenue where applicable
  • Lead activity
  • User behavior
  • Geographic traffic
  • Device performance
  • Month-over-month trends

SEO performance is evaluated in relation to business outcomes whenever reliable conversion tracking exists.

Keyword Visibility Monitoring

We monitor important search queries associated with the client’s products, services, and organic growth priorities.

The review may include:

  • Existing ranking keywords
  • New keyword visibility
  • Ranking improvements
  • Ranking declines
  • High-impression queries
  • Low-click opportunities
  • Commercial keywords
  • Informational keywords
  • Local keywords where applicable
  • Long-tail search opportunities

Priority keyword targets may change as the website begins gaining visibility for new searches.

Search Intent Review

Search intent is reviewed as part of ongoing optimization to make sure important pages continue to match what users expect from relevant searches.

Intent may include:

  • Informational
  • Commercial investigation
  • Transactional
  • Local
  • Navigational
  • Comparison-based
  • Problem-solving
  • Recommendation-oriented

Where a page is not aligned with the search intent behind an important query, adjustments may be recommended or implemented.

Technical SEO Monitoring

The website’s technical SEO foundation is monitored for issues that could affect crawling, indexing, or organic visibility.

Monitoring may include:

  • Crawlability
  • Indexability
  • Robots.txt
  • XML sitemap
  • Canonical tags
  • Redirects
  • Broken links
  • HTTP errors
  • Duplicate URLs
  • Mobile accessibility
  • Internal page discovery
  • Structured data observations
  • Core Web Vitals observations

Minor technical corrections that fall within the monthly scope may be implemented directly.

Large development projects may require separate scope.

Indexing Monitoring

We monitor whether important pages remain eligible for search engine indexing.

The review may include:

  • Indexed priority pages
  • Pages removed from the index
  • Crawled but not indexed pages
  • Discovered but not indexed pages
  • Duplicate page observations
  • Canonical conflicts
  • Noindex issues
  • Redirected URLs
  • Sitemap inconsistencies
  • New page discovery

Important indexing issues are prioritized according to business impact.

On-Page SEO Optimization

Priority pages are continuously reviewed and improved based on search performance and identified opportunities.

Optimization may include:

  • SEO titles
  • Meta descriptions
  • H1 headings
  • H2 and H3 structure
  • Keyword targeting
  • Search intent alignment
  • Existing page copy
  • Topic relevance
  • Internal links
  • Image alt text
  • Page structure
  • Calls to action where appropriate

The number of pages optimized in a particular month depends on the complexity of the work and the monthly priorities.

Content Optimization

Existing content may be improved when stronger relevance, clarity, or topical depth is needed.

Optimization may include:

  • Strengthening service explanations
  • Improving product information
  • Expanding weak sections
  • Clarifying important topics
  • Improving search intent coverage
  • Adding supporting terminology
  • Updating outdated information
  • Reducing unnecessary repetition
  • Improving page organization
  • Strengthening commercial relevance

Reasonable optimization of existing content is included.

Complete production of large volumes of new long-form content is not included unless separately scoped.

Content Opportunity Planning

We continuously identify potential content opportunities based on search demand, website gaps, customer questions, and competitor activity.

Recommendations may include:

  • New service pages
  • New landing pages
  • Blog topics
  • Resource pages
  • FAQs
  • Comparison content
  • Location content
  • Product education
  • Topic clusters
  • Supporting articles

Recommended topics are prioritized according to business relevance and SEO opportunity.

Content Gap Analysis

As the SEO program develops, we compare existing website coverage with search opportunities that remain unaddressed.

Potential gaps may include:

  • Missing commercial pages
  • Missing informational content
  • Weak topic coverage
  • Missing customer questions
  • Missing comparison content
  • Location gaps
  • Product category gaps
  • Supporting content opportunities

The monthly program helps gradually close the highest-value content gaps over time.

Internal Linking Optimization

Internal linking is reviewed and improved as new pages are created and existing content develops.

Optimization may include:

  • Contextual internal links
  • Links to priority service pages
  • Links to products or categories
  • Blog-to-commercial page links
  • Related content links
  • Anchor text improvements
  • Orphan page correction
  • Topic cluster connections

Internal linking helps strengthen page discovery and relationships between important website topics.

Website Structure Review

We monitor whether the website continues to maintain a logical SEO structure as pages, products, services, and content are added.

The review may include:

  • Navigation
  • Page hierarchy
  • Service organization
  • Product organization
  • Category relationships
  • Content clusters
  • Crawl depth
  • Internal linking
  • Priority page accessibility

Major architecture redesign is outside the standard monthly scope but may be recommended when necessary.

Competitor SEO Monitoring

Relevant competitors may be reviewed periodically to identify changes within the organic search environment.

The review may consider:

  • New ranking pages
  • Keyword visibility
  • New content
  • Service pages
  • Product pages
  • Topic expansion
  • Backlink activity
  • Search result positioning
  • Local search presence
  • New competitive opportunities

Competitor monitoring is used to support strategy rather than automatically copying competitor activity.

Keyword Gap Opportunities

As search visibility develops, we continue identifying keywords for which competitors may appear but the client currently has limited or no presence.

Potential opportunities may include:

  • Commercial keywords
  • Informational keywords
  • Long-tail searches
  • Local searches
  • Comparison queries
  • Product searches
  • Service searches
  • Customer questions

Relevant opportunities may be added to future optimization or content priorities.

Backlink Profile Monitoring

The website’s backlink profile may be reviewed at a high level for important changes.

Monitoring may include:

  • New referring domains
  • Lost backlinks
  • Important new links
  • Suspicious link patterns
  • Unlinked mention opportunities
  • Competitor authority observations
  • Linkable content opportunities

This service includes monitoring and strategic observations.

Dedicated link-building campaigns or extensive backlink cleanup are separate services.

Authority Development Opportunities

We may identify legitimate opportunities to strengthen the website’s external authority over time.

Potential opportunities may include:

  • Industry directories
  • Business associations
  • Partner references
  • Supplier links
  • Resource pages
  • Unlinked brand mentions
  • Editorial opportunities
  • Local organizations
  • Industry publications
  • Original content assets

Active outreach or larger authority-development campaigns may be separately scoped depending on the opportunity.

Structured Data Monitoring

Where structured data exists, we monitor priority pages for obvious errors or inconsistencies.

The review may include:

  • Organization
  • LocalBusiness
  • Product
  • Service
  • Article
  • Breadcrumb
  • WebSite
  • WebPage
  • Other relevant markup

Minor corrections may be included.

Large-scale schema development may require a separate structured data project.

Local SEO Management

For businesses serving defined geographic markets, monthly work may include relevant local SEO activities.

These may include:

  • Google Business Profile observations
  • Local keyword visibility
  • Website location signals
  • Location page optimization
  • Business information consistency
  • Local internal linking
  • Local content opportunities
  • Review presence observations
  • Citation consistency monitoring

The exact local SEO activities depend on the client’s business and monthly priorities.

Google Business Profile Review

Where applicable and access is provided, the Google Business Profile may be reviewed as part of the broader local SEO program.

The review may include:

  • Business information
  • Categories
  • Services
  • Business hours
  • Website links
  • Service areas
  • Profile completeness
  • Review presence
  • Website consistency

Ongoing posting, full reputation management, and continuous review responses are not automatically included.

Brand Search Monitoring

We monitor relevant branded searches and owned search-result assets where appropriate.

The review may include:

  • Brand name visibility
  • Brand + service searches
  • Brand + product searches
  • Business profiles
  • Website titles
  • Review profiles
  • Search result consistency
  • Third-party brand references

Important inconsistencies or opportunities may be added to the monthly SEO action plan.

AI Search Visibility Review

Where relevant data and tools are available, monthly SEO reviews may include emerging AI-assisted search visibility.

This may include observations related to:

  • AI referral traffic
  • AI search citations
  • Generative search visibility
  • Priority pages receiving AI traffic
  • Brand presence in AI-assisted discovery
  • Search engine AI reporting where available

AI search optimization remains integrated with the broader SEO foundation rather than treated as a replacement for traditional search optimization.

Conversion Performance Review

Where reliable conversion tracking exists, we evaluate how organic traffic contributes to business outcomes.

The review may include:

  • Lead submissions
  • Calls
  • Purchases
  • Appointments
  • Quote requests
  • Registrations
  • Revenue
  • Organic conversion rate
  • Landing page conversion performance

This helps prioritize SEO activities based on business value rather than rankings alone.

SEO Opportunity Prioritization

Each month, identified SEO opportunities are organized according to priority.

Prioritization may consider:

  • Potential business impact
  • Search demand
  • Current visibility
  • Competition
  • Technical urgency
  • Conversion value
  • Required implementation effort
  • Existing website authority
  • Strategic importance

This helps ensure monthly resources are directed toward the most meaningful work first.

Monthly Implementation

Approved SEO improvements are implemented throughout the monthly service period when the necessary website access and platform functionality are available.

Implementation may include:

  • Metadata updates
  • Heading improvements
  • Existing content optimization
  • Internal linking
  • Indexing corrections
  • Sitemap adjustments
  • Redirect corrections
  • Technical SEO settings
  • Basic structured data corrections
  • Search Console configuration
  • Local SEO improvements

The action plan may identify:

  • Completed optimizations
  • Current technical issues
  • Pages to optimize next
  • Content opportunities
  • Keyword priorities
  • Internal linking opportunities
  • Authority opportunities
  • Local SEO priorities
  • Measurement improvements
  • Longer-term recommendations

The plan evolves throughout the engagement as previous priorities are completed and new opportunities emerge.

Monthly Performance Report

The client receives a monthly SEO performance summary based on available data.

Reporting may include:

  • Organic traffic
  • Search impressions
  • Search clicks
  • Keyword visibility
  • Landing page performance
  • Conversions where available
  • Indexing observations
  • Completed SEO work
  • Important gains or declines
  • Current opportunities
  • Recommended next actions

Reporting focuses on meaningful trends and actions rather than simply delivering raw data.

Strategy Review

A monthly SEO strategy review is included to discuss performance, completed work, current priorities, and upcoming opportunities.

The review may cover:

  • Performance changes
  • SEO work completed
  • Technical concerns
  • Content opportunities
  • Keyword priorities
  • Competitor observations

  • Google Business Profile where applicable
  • Existing SEO tools
  • Relevant plugins or applications

Client approval may be required before significant page, content, URL, or website changes are implemented.

Scope Boundaries

Monthly SEO Management is an ongoing optimization and monitoring service for one website.

It does not include unlimited website development, unlimited content writing, complete website redesign, major website migration, large-scale custom development, unlimited new landing page creation, dedicated public relations campaigns, guaranteed backlink acquisition, professional photography, video production, paid advertising management, or third-party software and publishing fees.

Large technical projects, major website restructuring, extensive content production, advanced link-building campaigns, reputation crisis management, or additional websites may require separate scope.

Monthly workload is prioritized according to SEO impact and available service capacity rather than guaranteeing a fixed number of page edits, keywords, backlinks, articles, or technical tasks every month.

SEO is an ongoing process, and search engines continuously change how websites are crawled, indexed, interpreted, and ranked.

KizilCo does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, AI citations, search-result features, leads, conversions, or revenue.
