Service Scope

One website, one GA4 property, one web GTM container, and up to ten existing events for one 30-day period. Includes four scheduled checks and up to two minor corrections within a combined three-hour implementation allowance.

Check the health of agreed tracking events on a regular schedule. Identify changes that interrupt measurement and apply a bounded allowance of minor configuration corrections.

Pricing and Service Period

The price is USD 599.00 for one 30-day service period. Renewals are arranged separately and are not billed automatically by this product.

Confirm the Monitored Events

We record the selected events, expected behavior, tag destinations, and the client contact for reported changes. The baseline must already be operational before the service period begins.

Perform Four Scheduled Checks

We review the included events through available diagnostics and representative website actions. Significant anomalies are reported with the observed evidence and the recommended next action.

Apply Included Minor Corrections and Report

We apply up to two minor tag, trigger, or parameter corrections within three implementation hours. One monthly log records checks, issues, corrections, and items requiring separate work.

Testing and Quality Review

• Review the included events at each scheduled check
• Retest any correction against its expected behavior
• Record unresolved problems and the reason separate work is needed

Client Requirements

The client retains ownership of accounts and supplies the information and permissions needed for the approved work.

• An operational baseline and appropriate account access
• A list of monitored events and expected actions
• Advance notice of relevant website, consent, or integration changes
• One named contact for approvals, account ownership, and consolidated feedback
• Timely access, usable source data, and approval of the agreed measurement definitions

Delivery and Revisions

The 30-day period begins on the agreed start date after baseline access and the monitoring list are confirmed. Four scheduled checks are distributed across the service period. Minor correction work is limited to two corrections and three implementation hours in total.

A factual correction to the service log is included. New tracking requirements and implementation beyond the stated correction allowance are separately scoped.

Important Scope Boundaries

• 24/7 monitoring, guaranteed uptime, or emergency on-call support
• New events, new platforms, complete rebuilds, or custom development
• Unused-hour rollover, hosting charges, or work after the service period

Software, hosting, cloud usage, phone usage, paid apps, and third-party connector fees are purchased separately. Measurement is limited by available data, platform capabilities, consent choices, and browser behavior. No specific sales result or complete attribution of every customer is promised.
