Connect the Work Behind Your Business
Coordinate Several Related Workflows
This service is designed for business processes that cannot be managed effectively by one isolated automation. We connect multiple workflows that work together across lead management, scheduling, onboarding, approvals, delivery, billing, or customer support.
Define the Operating Goal
We begin by identifying the business outcome the automation system must support, including the teams involved, the current operating challenges, the desired improvements, and the final result the business needs to achieve.
Map the Workflow Sequence
We document how one workflow begins, how information moves to the next stage, and what event or status change starts each connected workflow.
Connect Approved Applications
The system can connect up to five approved applications already used by your business. Each application is evaluated according to its role, available integrations, permissions, records, fields, and place within the overall process.
Define the Primary Triggers
Up to three primary triggers can begin the included workflows. These may include a new form submission, updated record, completed appointment, payment event, approval, status change, or another supported business action.
Build Shared Data Logic
We map the information that must move between workflows, including contact details, record IDs, statuses, owners, dates, categories, tasks, and other required fields.
Configure Coordinated Actions
Up to twenty-five total actions or steps can be configured across the system. These actions may create or update records, assign tasks, send notifications, update statuses, start follow-ups, or transfer information between applications.
Add Conditions and Branching
Basic filters, conditions, and practical branches help the system respond differently according to status, category, ownership, required information, or another defined business condition.
Coordinate Notifications and Tasks
The automation can notify the right team member, create internal tasks, request human review, and keep the process moving when a decision or approval is required.
Plan for Exceptions and Handoffs
We identify common issues such as missing information, failed actions, duplicate records, rejected approvals, or incomplete steps and configure practical notifications or alternate actions within the approved scope.
Test the Complete Sequence
The connected workflows are tested with sample records to confirm triggers, conditions, data mapping, actions, notifications, handoffs, and final outcomes across the complete system.
Launch With a Clear Handoff
After testing, the system is activated or prepared for activation according to platform access requirements. The client receives an explanation of the workflow sequence, required inputs, and basic operating expectations.
Expand the Automation System
This service covers one coordinated system with up to three connected workflows. Additional workflows, advanced branching, custom integrations, API development, data migration, subscriptions, and ongoing administration can be scoped separately.
