ONLINE PRESENCE MANAGEMENT

Keep Your Business Accurate, Visible & Consistent Online

Maintain a professional digital presence across the places customers search, compare, verify, and evaluate your business with ongoing monitoring, updates, consistency checks, and visibility improvements.

Service Scope

Online Presence Management is an ongoing service designed to monitor, maintain, and strengthen the public digital presence of one business across its most important search, profile, directory, review, and branded discovery channels.

The service covers one primary business, one primary website, and one primary geographic market.

Each month, we review key online properties, identify inconsistencies or visibility opportunities, implement approved updates within scope, and maintain an evolving action plan for improving how the business is represented online.

The objective is to make sure customers encounter accurate, consistent, current, and professional information wherever they discover or research the company.

Monthly Online Presence Review

Each monthly cycle begins with a review of the business’s primary public digital properties.

The review may include:

  • Main website
  • Search engine visibility
  • Business profiles
  • Review platforms
  • Business directories
  • Social profiles
  • Branded search results
  • Local search presence
  • Major third-party business references
  • AI-assisted discovery observations where available

The purpose is to identify what has changed and which areas require attention.

Scope Boundaries

Online Presence Management is an ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and optimization service for one business and one primary website.

It does not include complete ongoing SEO management, unlimited local SEO work, unlimited directory submissions, unlimited Google Business Profile posting, unlimited social media management, unlimited review responses, guaranteed review generation, fake or purchased reviews, reputation suppression campaigns, legal takedowns, crisis communications, major website development, complete website redesign, dedicated backlink campaigns, large-scale digital PR, paid advertising management, or third-party software and platform fees.

Additional physical locations, brands, websites, or extensive profile networks may require separate scope.

Monthly workload is prioritized according to business impact and available service capacity rather than guaranteeing a fixed number of profiles, directory updates, reviews, search positions, or platform changes.

Search engines, AI platforms, review websites, directories, social platforms, and business-profile providers independently control indexing, verification, rankings, moderation, publication, and search-result presentation.

KizilCo can improve and maintain properties the client controls and assist with legitimate third-party profiles, but cannot guarantee control over every result, listing, review, profile, mention, or AI-generated response.

The service does not guarantee specific search rankings, review ratings, AI citations, traffic, calls, leads, conversions, or revenue.
