WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Salesforce CRM Setup & Customization

Build a Salesforce CRM your team can use consistently—and scale with confidence.

Configure a structured Salesforce foundation for customer data, sales progress, user access and reporting—so a growing or established organization can work from one disciplined CRM without unnecessary complexity.

Build Salesforce Around One Approved CRM Process

We begin with one focused CRM architecture workshop covering how a lead enters the business, which customer records the team needs, how ownership should work, what qualifies an opportunity, and which outcomes management needs to see. The Salesforce org is then configured around that approved operating process instead of leaving users with generic fields, disconnected records, and an unclear path from first inquiry to closed business.

Establish the Core Customer Data Model

We organize the standard Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Activity records around the relationships your team needs to manage. The resulting structure creates a practical source of truth for people, companies, potential revenue, ownership, and customer-facing activity. Custom objects, complex junction relationships, industry-cloud data models, and large architectural redesigns are separate services.

Configure Up to 25 Approved Custom Fields

Up to 25 approved custom fields are created across the included standard objects. Field names, data types, picklist values, help text, required information, and field-level access are aligned with the approved process so users can capture information consistently. Formula fields, advanced dependencies, encrypted fields, external IDs, and extensive restructuring of an existing data model may require additional scope.

Shape Record Types and Page Layouts

Up to two approved record types are configured in total where different record experiences are genuinely needed. We refine up to five standard page layouts so the most useful fields, related information, and actions appear in a clearer working order. The package is designed for one core CRM operation; multiple divisions, extensive layout variants, Dynamic Forms architecture, and complex conditional interfaces are scoped separately.

Define Lead and Opportunity Progress

One approved lead process with up to eight lead statuses and one opportunity sales process with up to ten stages are configured. Stage names, order, probability, closed outcomes, and required working expectations are aligned with the client-approved journey. One focused Opportunity Path can also highlight key fields and practical guidance so users understand what belongs at each stage without turning the CRM into a rigid script.

Prepare One Focused Lightning Workspace

One Lightning app is prepared with an approved navigation structure of up to eight core tabs. The workspace brings the relevant CRM records, activities, reports, and dashboard access into a cleaner daily experience for the included team. Extensive Lightning page development, custom components, mobile-specific builds, Experience Cloud, and industry-console configuration are not included in this foundation package.

Structure Access by Job Function

Basic access is prepared for up to ten named users using the licenses available in the client’s Salesforce org. The included structure can cover one role hierarchy with up to three levels and up to four approved permission sets or permission set groups. Object, field, tab, and record visibility are reviewed for the included CRM model, while enterprise sharing redesign, territory management, delegated administration, and complex exception rules are separate.

Add Practical Data Discipline

Up to five straightforward validation rules can be configured to protect essential information at the appropriate point in the approved process. Required fields, controlled picklist values, stage expectations, and clear user-facing error messages help reduce incomplete records without introducing heavy automation. Salesforce Flow, approval processes, Apex, custom code, and multi-object automation are intentionally reserved for separate implementation scope.

Create Clear Views for Daily Work

Up to six approved list views are prepared so users and managers can quickly reach the records that matter, such as new leads, owned opportunities, records needing attention, active pipeline, and closed outcomes. The final views are selected around the approved access model and available data, giving the team a simpler working rhythm without creating an unmanageable library of overlapping filters.

Build Reports and a Management Dashboard

Up to eight approved Salesforce reports and one dashboard with up to six supported components are configured. Reporting can cover lead volume, conversion, opportunity stage, pipeline value, ownership, activity, or another agreed management measure supported by the included data model and Salesforce edition. Advanced analytics, CRM Analytics, cross-system reporting, historical trend architecture, and executive data warehousing are separate services.

Test the CRM With Representative Scenarios

We run one controlled validation cycle using up to 15 agreed scenarios. Testing checks record creation, required information, layouts, record types, lead and opportunity progress, user visibility, list views, reports, and dashboard results. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved requirements remain unchanged, helping the team begin with a stable and understandable CRM foundation.

Document, Train, and Hand Off the System

The client receives a practical configuration summary covering the included data model, fields, record types, layouts, sales process, access structure, views, reports, dashboard, and operating expectations. One 90-minute live administrator or team handoff session and 14 calendar days of post-launch support are included for questions and minor corrections within the original scope. Salesforce licenses, paid add-ons, migration, automation, custom development, integrations, and third-party costs are separate.
