WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Salesforce Field Service Operations Suite

Turn every customer case into a well-executed field visit.

Unify Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service around one operational workflow—from customer request and work order creation to scheduling, dispatch, mobile completion and leadership reporting.

One connected service record

When a customer needs onsite support, the request should not start in one system and end in another. This suite connects Service Cloud and Field Service around one service record, so the office team, dispatcher and technician work from the same customer, case and service history. The result is a controlled path from an incoming issue to a completed visit, with clear ownership and customer context throughout.

Designed around your actual operating model

We begin by mapping one approved field-service operating model: how requests arrive, which work belongs in the field, who owns triage, how jobs are prioritized and what makes a visit complete. This discovery phase turns existing habits into clear Salesforce decisions and gives your team a practical, shared method for handling routine service, repairs, inspections or installations.

From case to work order without lost context

Service agents can capture the issue, customer details and essential history in a Case before a field visit is needed. The implementation then establishes the approved handoff from Case to Work Order, carrying the relevant account, contact, asset, priority and service details forward. Office staff retain visibility after dispatch, while field teams receive the job information they need without re-keying it.

Work orders built for repeatable service

Work Orders, Work Order Line Items and supported related records are configured around the information that matters to your team: job category, urgency, customer location, asset or equipment details, required work, completion evidence and outcome. Work Types standardize common jobs with approved durations, requirements and instructions. This creates a repeatable foundation for scheduling, reporting and service quality while preserving the flexibility to capture the details that make each customer visit unique.

Territories, resources and dispatch readiness

Field operations need an understandable model for where work is performed and who can complete it. We configure a controlled service-territory structure, operating hours, named service resources and the approved skills or territory memberships needed for dispatch. The scope is designed for one operating model and one service team, not an open-ended workforce redesign. Dispatchers gain a usable foundation for assigning the right available resource to the right type of job in the right service area.

Scheduling and dispatch with clear control

The dispatcher workspace is shaped around the approved appointment lifecycle, from an unassigned job to scheduled, in-progress and completed work. Service Appointments are connected to the appropriate work order, and one practical scheduling and dispatch approach is configured using the capabilities available in the client’s active Salesforce licenses. Dispatchers can review assignments, reschedule when conditions change and keep field work visible without treating the calendar as a separate system of record.

Technicians equipped for the field

The Field Service mobile experience is configured for the approved technician workflow, allowing mobile users to receive assigned appointments, open job context, review instructions, update status and capture the agreed service information. The goal is a focused working experience that supports the job at hand, reduces calls to dispatch and returns usable completion data to Salesforce as the visit progresses.

Consistent completion and service reporting

A visit is only complete when the organization has the information it needs to close the loop. The suite defines the approved completion path for status changes, required fields, follow-up actions and supported service reporting. Where included features are available, we configure one focused Field Service service-report foundation using client-approved content. This helps convert technician activity into a clear customer and operational record rather than leaving outcomes in handwritten notes or separate attachments.

Automation for routine handoffs

Selected native Salesforce Flows automate predictable steps around case conversion, work-order readiness, assignment notifications, status updates and follow-up tasks. Each automation is limited to an agreed business rule and tested against the approved service process. The purpose is to remove repeatable administrative work without hiding important decisions from dispatchers or agents. Complex orchestration, custom code, external integrations and unapproved exceptions remain separate scope so the operating model stays supportable after launch.

Service communication that stays connected

Service teams need the right people to know what is happening without creating manual update work for every change. The implementation establishes selected native notifications, templates and case or work-order updates using client-provided copy. Agents can see field-service status in the customer record, while dispatch maintains the appointment lifecycle in Salesforce. Customer-facing appointment assistants, advanced messaging, voice, external portals and third-party communications remain separate approved scope.

Operational reporting for service leaders

Leadership needs more than a list of today’s appointments. We configure reports and service-operations dashboards around the agreed measures, such as incoming demand, case-to-work-order conversion, appointment status, workload, completion volume, overdue work and field outcomes. The dashboards are built from the data and definitions configured in the suite, so reporting supports action rather than creating a second version of the process. Advanced analytics, custom KPI modeling and data warehouse work are separate services.

Test, train and launch with confidence

Before launch, the team tests a controlled set of real-life scenarios covering intake, work-order creation, scheduling, dispatch, mobile execution, completion and reporting. We correct confirmed fixed-scope issues, document the delivered configuration and run role-based handoff sessions for administrators, office users, dispatchers and field users. Launch support gives the team a structured window to stabilize the approved workflow. Your organization supplies access, licenses, decisions, user details and clean source data; the service delivers a launch-ready field-service foundation.
