WHAT YOU WILL GET

Professional, consistent, ready-to-use branding for your business.

This package gives your business a complete visual identity foundation for your website, social media, business cards, email communication, documents, presentations, and marketing materials.

Package Overview

The Complete Brand Identity Package is designed for businesses that need a professional, consistent, and ready-to-use visual identity.

This is not just a logo design service. It is a complete visual identity package created to make your business look polished, professional, and consistent everywhere your customers see your brand.

The process starts with a brand discovery questionnaire so we can understand your business, audience, style preferences, competitors, and overall brand direction.

We then begin logo concept development and continue creating or refining logo directions until the final visual direction is selected. Once the final logo direction is approved, we polish the selected logo and build the full brand identity system around it.

Logo Concept Development Until Final Direction Is Selected

We do not limit the branding process to only one or two logo concepts.

Your business will receive logo concept development until a final logo direction is selected. We will continue creating and refining logo directions based on your feedback until we identify the visual style that fits your business, industry, audience, and brand positioning.

Once the final direction is approved, we will polish the selected logo and prepare the complete logo suite for web, print, social media, and business use.

The included Copyright / IP Ownership Transfer Document covers the final approved logo and final approved brand identity assets created and delivered as part of this project after full payment is received.

Trademark registration is not included. If you want to legally register your business name, slogan, or logo as a trademark, that should be handled separately through a qualified trademark attorney or trademark filing service.

Salesforce Reports & Dashboards Setup

Turn Salesforce activity into information your team can act on.

Configure Salesforce reporting around clearly defined KPIs, focused reports, practical dashboards and controlled folder access—so sales, service and leadership teams can review performance using shared definitions and validated Salesforce data.

Start with the Decisions the Reporting Must Support

We begin by identifying the questions leadership, managers, and operational users need Salesforce to answer. One KPI and measurement workshop defines the included audiences, business definitions, reporting periods, ownership, filters, targets, and decision points. The reporting package is then designed around approved measures rather than creating a large collection of charts that look polished but use inconsistent definitions.

Confirm the Reporting Data Foundation

The included Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, record ownership, stages, statuses, dates, and source values are reviewed before report construction begins. Up to five standard or existing custom report types can be used across the package. Where the required relationships are available, up to two focused custom report types can be configured. New object architecture, major field redesign, complex historical reconstruction, and remediation of incomplete source data remain separate.

Define One Practical KPI Framework

Up to 12 approved KPIs can be documented for the included reporting package, with a clear name, business definition, source record, calculation approach, owner, reporting period, and expected audience. KPIs can focus on pipeline, activity, conversion, service, productivity, aging, outcomes, or another measurable process represented in Salesforce. Forecast methodology, finance reporting, revenue recognition, statistical modeling, and executive performance-management programs remain separate.

Build Focused Pipeline and Conversion Reporting

Included sales reporting can measure approved stages, opportunity value, ownership, age, movement, source, conversion, win or loss outcomes, and related activity where the necessary Salesforce records are populated consistently. Reports are built from the client’s actual process and available data rather than assuming that every organization uses the same pipeline model. Historical stage reconstruction, snapshot programs, territory redesign, and predictive forecasting require separate scope.

Make Activity and Follow-Up Visible

Activity reporting can organize supported Task, Event, email-related, or other available engagement records around ownership, status, due date, completion, account, contact, lead, opportunity, case, or another approved relationship. The quality of these reports depends on users recording work consistently and on the activity-capture features enabled in the client’s org. External email analytics, telephony data, marketing engagement, conversation intelligence, and unsupported activity sources are separate.

Create Service and Operational Views

Where Case, Work Order, or another included service record is available, focused reports can show intake volume, source, queue, ownership, priority, status, aging, escalation, resolution, completion, or another approved operational measure. The package does not create missing service processes or repair inconsistent status usage. Entitlements, milestones, workforce optimization, complex SLA calculations, and cross-platform service analytics remain separate.

Build Up to Fifteen Custom Reports

Up to 15 approved Salesforce reports can be configured across the included KPI plan. Reports may use supported filters, groupings, summaries, charts, bucket fields, row-level formulas, summary formulas, cross filters, joined formats, or field-to-field filters where appropriate and available. Each report is given a practical name, description, folder location, and intended audience. Complex reporting workarounds, unsupported calculations, large joined-report models, and custom analytics development remain separate.

Create Two Focused Dashboards

Up to two Salesforce dashboards can be configured with up to eight supported components each. Dashboard components may include charts, gauges, metrics, tables, or other native visualizations supported by the source reports and the client’s edition. Up to three approved dashboard filters can be distributed across the included dashboards where supported. CRM Analytics, Tableau, embedded custom analytics, advanced interactions, and custom visualization development are not included.

Organize Folders and Access

One practical report-and-dashboard folder structure is configured with up to six approved folders or subfolders. Viewer, Editor, or Manager folder access can be aligned for up to 20 named users, roles, groups, or territories where supported. Salesforce folder sharing does not independently grant access to underlying records or report capabilities, so final visibility remains dependent on object permissions, field access, sharing, role hierarchy, report permissions, and the running-user context.

Configure Focused Delivery and Subscriptions

Up to six approved report or dashboard subscriptions can be configured where the client’s Salesforce edition, permissions, recipient access, frequency limits, and notification capabilities support them. Delivery can use the schedules and conditions available in the org. High-volume distribution, external recipient delivery, custom email production, automated exports to external storage, regulatory distribution, and third-party business-intelligence delivery remain separate.

Validate Numbers, Filters, and Visibility

One controlled validation cycle covers up to 20 agreed scenarios across KPI definitions, report filters, totals, groupings, formulas, dashboard components, folder access, user visibility, and subscriptions where included. Results are compared with approved Salesforce records or client-provided control totals. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the approved definitions and source data remain unchanged. Reporting accuracy cannot exceed the completeness, consistency, permissions, and historical availability of the underlying Salesforce data.

Document, Train, and Hand Off

The client receives a KPI dictionary, report and dashboard inventory, folder and access map, validation record, configuration summary, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce licenses, additional reports or dashboards, CRM Analytics, Tableau, Data 360, Einstein, Agentforce or AI, historical snapshots, complex forecasting, external data, data migration, large-scale cleansing, new process implementation, custom development, integrations, continuous report administration, and third-party fees are separate.
