Turn every lead, opportunity and sales activity into a clear next step.
Start with One Defined Sales Operating Model
We begin by confirming how an enquiry becomes a qualified lead, when it should become an active opportunity, who owns each step, what follow-up is expected, and what leaders need to forecast. Salesforce Sales Cloud is then configured around one approved lead-to-revenue process so the team works from one shared operating rhythm instead of personal spreadsheets, inconsistent stage names, and unclear ownership.
Structure the Core Sales Record
One client-provided Salesforce org is organized around the standard Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, and Activity records. Up to 35 approved custom fields, up to three record types in total, and up to six focused page-layout refinements can be configured across the included sales objects. The result is a practical record structure for lead source, qualification, account context, deal value, close timing, ownership, activity, and other information the team genuinely needs to manage sales.
Make Lead Ownership and Qualification Consistent
One lead process with up to eight approved statuses is configured around the client’s qualification approach. One native lead-assignment rule with up to six approved routing entries can direct new leads using agreed criteria such as geography, service line, source, company type, or another available field. Required information, simple validation, and clear ownership expectations help stop good enquiries from being left without a next step.
Give Every Opportunity a Clear, Disciplined Path
Up to two focused opportunity sales processes can be configured, each with up to ten approved stages. Stage names, order, probabilities, closed outcomes, and practical entry and exit expectations are aligned with the approved sales motion. Up to two Opportunity Paths can highlight key information and next-step guidance directly on the record, so representatives can progress deals consistently without turning the CRM into a rigid script.
Put Sales Activities Into One Working Rhythm
One Lightning Sales workspace is prepared with up to ten approved navigation tabs, record access, activity tools, working views, reports, and dashboard links needed by the included team. The setup can include practical task and event defaults, up to eight saved list views, and up to ten reusable client-approved sales email templates or Quick Texts. This gives representatives a clearer daily view of leads, opportunities, calls, meetings, follow-up tasks, and records requiring attention.
Automate the Essential Sales Handoffs
Up to five straightforward native Salesforce Flow automations can be configured, each with up to ten standard steps. These may assign or notify an owner, create a follow-up task, update an approved field, guide a handoff after a stage change, or keep a routine sales action from being missed. Complex multi-object automation, approval-process redesign, custom Apex, AI agents, external webhooks, and custom integrations are intentionally outside this focused setup.
Align Access With the Sales Team Structure
Basic sales access is configured for up to 15 named users using the client’s active Salesforce licenses. The included structure can cover one role hierarchy with up to four levels and up to six approved permission sets or permission set groups, along with the relevant object, field, tab, and record-visibility settings for the included sales model. Territory management, enterprise sharing redesign, delegated administration, and complex exception-based access are separate scope.
Prepare a Reliable Forecasting Foundation
Where the client’s active Salesforce edition and permissions support it, one primary native forecast setup is configured for the approved sales process. Opportunity stages are aligned to the available forecast categories, forecast users are matched to the included role structure, and the agreed team or management view is prepared. Forecast accuracy still depends on current opportunity data and consistent team usage; advanced quota design, territory forecasting, compensation planning, and CRM Analytics are separate services.
Make Pipeline, Activity, and Results Visible
Up to 12 approved Salesforce reports and one sales-management dashboard with up to eight supported components are configured using the included data structure. Reporting can cover lead volume and conversion, lead and opportunity ownership, open activity, pipeline value, stage movement, projected revenue, closed outcomes, or another approved sales measure supported by the client’s edition and available data. Cross-system reporting, complex historical trend design, data warehousing, and executive analytics programs remain separate.
Bring In One Prepared Sales Data Set
One prepared CSV import of up to 2,500 approved Lead, Account, Contact, or Opportunity records in total can be mapped and loaded into the included Salesforce org. The client supplies cleaned, deduplicated data in the agreed file template, with the necessary ownership and field values confirmed in advance. Broad data cleanup, enrichment, file repair, historical activity migration, data matching, deduplication projects, and migration from another CRM are not part of this package.
Test the Full Lead-to-Forecast Flow
We run one controlled validation cycle across up to 20 agreed sales scenarios. Testing checks lead capture and routing, record creation, ownership, required information, opportunity progression, activities, automation, user visibility, forecast availability where included, reports, and dashboard results. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved requirements remain unchanged, helping the team start with a stable and understandable sales system.
Train the Team and Hand Off a System That Can Grow
The client receives a practical Sales Cloud configuration summary covering the included data structure, sales processes, ownership, automation, access, forecasting foundation, reports, dashboard, and operating expectations. Two 60-minute live handoff sessions and 21 calendar days of post-launch support are included for questions and minor corrections within the original scope. Salesforce licenses, paid add-ons, usage, advanced forecasting features, data migration beyond the included import, custom development, integrations, and third-party fees are separate.
