Give every customer request a clear path to resolution.
Start with One Defined Service Operating Model
We begin by confirming how customer requests enter the business, which issues should become Salesforce cases, who owns each stage, when a case should be escalated, and what service leaders need to measure. Salesforce Service Cloud is then configured around one approved customer-service process so the team works from one shared operating model instead of disconnected inboxes, personal tracking methods, and unclear responsibility.
Structure the Core Service Record
One client-provided Salesforce org with active Service Cloud licenses is organized around the standard Case, Account, Contact, and Activity records. Up to 35 approved custom fields, up to three record types in total, and up to six focused page-layout refinements can be configured across the included standard service objects. The result is a practical record structure for request type, priority, source, customer context, ownership, status, resolution details, and other information the team genuinely needs to manage support.
Create One Clear Case Intake Path
One client-authorized native Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, or other supported case-intake channel is configured for the approved service process. One primary auto-response rule with up to six approved entries can acknowledge new requests using client-provided messaging and available case criteria. Additional channels, complex email services, social messaging, Digital Engagement, voice, telephony, external forms, and custom intake integrations remain separate.
Give Every Case a Consistent Path to Resolution
One core case process with up to 10 approved statuses is configured around the client’s service workflow. Status names, order, working expectations, ownership points, closure requirements, and up to 10 straightforward validation rules are aligned with the approved operating model. This gives agents and managers a shared definition of what is new, in progress, waiting, escalated, resolved, or closed without turning the service process into an unnecessarily rigid system.
Organize Ownership with Queues and Assignment Rules
Up to six approved service queues are configured for the included team, and one primary case-assignment rule with up to eight approved routing entries can direct new cases using agreed criteria such as request type, product, geography, priority, customer segment, or another available field. The setup creates a clearer first destination for incoming work while preserving the client’s responsibility for staffing, queue coverage, and ongoing workload management.
Give Agents One Focused Service Console
One Lightning Service Console app is prepared with up to 10 core navigation tabs and up to five focused console-page or utility refinements where supported. The workspace can bring together case records, customer context, activities, Knowledge, list views, reports, and the practical tools agents need during daily service work. Custom Lightning components, advanced console development, third-party widgets, and extensive workspace redesign are outside this focused setup.
Route Available Work with Enhanced Omni-Channel
Where the client’s active Salesforce edition, licenses, and enabled capabilities support it, one focused Enhanced Omni-Channel routing configuration with up to five straightforward routing assignments can be prepared for the included case workload. Routing can use approved availability, queue, priority, or capacity settings supported by the org. Complex skills-based routing, multiple channels, advanced capacity models, external routing, voice workloads, bots, and enterprise workforce-management design remain separate.
Escalate Cases Before They Are Forgotten
One escalation rule with up to five approved entries is configured around agreed time, priority, status, ownership, or other supported case conditions. Escalation actions can notify or reassign responsibility using native capabilities available in the client’s org. Entitlement management, milestones, service contracts, advanced SLA architecture, after-hours calculations, custom calendars, and complex multi-stage escalation programs are not included.
Help Agents Respond Faster and More Consistently
Up to 12 reusable Quick Text responses using client-provided copy and up to five straightforward macros can be configured where supported. These tools can help agents insert approved responses, complete routine case actions, update standard fields, or reduce repetitive clicks during common service scenarios. Content strategy, large response libraries, multilingual support programs, complex macro chains, and AI-generated service responses remain separate.
Build a Focused Salesforce Knowledge Foundation
Where Knowledge authoring is supported by the client’s Salesforce edition and licenses, one focused Salesforce Knowledge foundation is prepared for the included service process. Up to 10 client-provided Knowledge articles can be formatted, loaded, or published using the approved structure and available publishing controls. The client remains responsible for source accuracy, approvals, legal review, and ongoing content maintenance; large-scale migration, knowledge strategy, multilingual libraries, external portals, and AI search experiences are separate.
Align Access and Make Service Performance Visible
Basic service access is configured for up to 15 named users using one role hierarchy with up to four levels and up to six approved permission sets or permission set groups. Up to 12 approved Salesforce reports and one service-management dashboard with up to eight supported components are configured using the included data structure. Reporting can cover case volume, source, ownership, queue workload, status, priority, aging, resolution, escalation, Knowledge usage where available, or another approved service measure supported by the client’s edition and available data.
Test, Train, and Hand Off the Service Environment
We run one controlled test cycle across up to 20 agreed scenarios covering case intake, auto-response, record creation, statuses, queues, assignment, console access, routing where included, escalation, productivity tools, Knowledge, user visibility, reports, and dashboard results. One fixed-scope correction round is included when the original approved requirements remain unchanged. The client receives a Service Cloud configuration summary, two 60-minute handoff sessions, and 21 calendar days of launch support. Salesforce licenses, paid add-ons, usage, voice or telephony, Digital Engagement, Agentforce or AI, entitlement management, data migration, custom development, integrations, and third-party fees are separate.
