Service Scope

This one-time editing package covers one business or creator, one existing brand, one English-language video batch, and five finished videos of up to 60 seconds each. Each video is delivered in one agreed 9:16 vertical format. The source-footage allowance is up to 10 minutes per finished video and 50 minutes in total. The package uses footage supplied by the client.

Pricing and Service Period

The package price is USD 499.00 for the complete one-time production package described below. It covers the stated deliverables and revision allowance. Additional work is quoted separately.

Review the Footage and Agree on the Editing Brief

We hold a briefing session and review the supplied clips, intended audience, key message, and references for the five videos. We agree on the subject and desired sequence for each edit, identify the preferred clips, and confirm the brand elements to use. Source footage must be usable and intelligible; reshooting and restoration of badly damaged material are outside the package.

Build the Five Short Edits

We trim, sequence, and combine the selected footage into five vertical edits of up to 60 seconds each. Basic cuts, simple transitions, cropping, and audio-level adjustments are included. We apply supplied brand elements and add readable English on-screen captions. The client confirms names, technical terms, business facts, and the accuracy of caption wording before final export.

Prepare Covers and Apply the Review Rounds

We create one cover image for each finished video using an approved frame or supplied photo and the existing visual direction. The client reviews the five drafts as one batch. Two consolidated revision rounds cover corrections to the agreed cuts, caption wording, and brand placement. New concepts, replacement footage, additional video lengths, and alternate versions are quoted separately.

Check and Deliver the Final Videos

We review the exported videos for playback, orientation, caption legibility, audio levels, and the agreed duration. We deliver five MP4 files in 9:16 format and five cover images. The target export size is 1080 by 1920 where the supplied footage supports it. Additional aspect ratios, editable project files, upload copy, scheduling, and publication are separate services.

Testing and Quality Review

Client Requirements

The client supplies accurate business information, the source materials needed for this package, and one named contact for approvals and consolidated feedback. Where account work is included, the client provides authorized access and retains account ownership.

Delivery and Revisions

Standard delivery is 5–7 business days after usable footage, brand assets, and the agreed editing briefs are received.

Two consolidated revision rounds cover the approved footage, editing direction, caption wording, and supplied brand elements.

Reshoots, new concepts, replacement footage after approval, translations, additional aspect ratios, and editable project-file handoff are quoted separately.

Important Scope Boundaries

The following items are outside this package unless purchased or agreed separately:

• Original filming, photography, actors, or on-location production
• Advanced animation, complex visual effects, or extensive footage and audio restoration
• Translation, voice-over recording, and purchase of audio or stock assets
• Publication captions, uploading, scheduling, live publishing, or account management
• Additional accounts, brands, languages, quantities, or formats beyond this package
• Third-party software subscriptions and additional paid asset licenses
